Hi All, I’m looking for a room in a house share pretty much anywhere within 30 minutes of Mount Lawley - I have my own car 🚙 I’m 23 & have lived in share-houses since I was 18, so I know the drill. I’m respectful, quiet & love my space but also very open to be social. Ideally would love to live with some people around my age, but also open to living with anyone/family’s etc. I would also be open to looking after animals if you are FIFO. I am working 2 jobs & studying full time doing a Masters of Education at ECU. My budget would be up to $250pw, but can budge for the right place. I moved back to Perth, from Sydney in January 2025 as started a new job in February 2025. I work shifts so will need a place that allows me to sleep all sorts of hours. I don’t smoke and am quiet, clean and love having relaxing music 🎵 and listen with headphones on. I have relocated for work and will be waiting for my partner to join me in 2027 for house hunting. I have quite a few household appliances and belongings , a push bike, a water-rowing machine, and a medium Thule roof box (as drove from Sydney) so will also require undercover storage space. I enjoy the outdoors, kayaking, rowing and have started Pilates at the gym.
