Hey, two Deakin uni students looking for a place to stay in the Eastern suburbs of melb!! Weŗe both friendly, easy going people who love to have a good time but also pretty laid back. Have lived in a shared house before and would like to meet new people so hmu!!
Pretty quiet area. Has a very regular bus around the corner on the main road and goes straight to Chadstone shopping centre. Tram line within 3 bus stops range, the train is 15 mins walk. Fairly modern flat with wooden floors, a nice bathroom, a separate toilet. A great shower, gas stove and oven. The network is unlimited and getting upgraded to NBN some time next year. A supermarket within walking distance and an aquatic/gym center in the nearby area. Food places in both directions of the main road.
I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Business in Brisbane, QLD, and I'm looking to move to Melbourne (eee so exciting)! I'll be studying at RMIT in the city so I'd really like to find somewhere that has convenient access to public transport as I won't be driving. My preferred length of stay is 6 months or longer! :) I love coffee, movies, video games and hanging out with friends! As much as I love social outings I do enjoy my alone time as well. I love my space to be tidy and I'm more than happy to pitch into things. I also love to bake (Snickerdoodles are my specialty!) :) My plan is to make the move to Melbourne in the middle of June so I'll be settled and ready to smash out Semester 2 at RMIT. I've already got my eye on a few places and I'm coming down for a trip in April to have a look at them!
Hey, I'm Sarah and I've just moved to Victoria for an internship in sports media for six months. I've lived in Adelaide for the past 20 years, so I'm excited to live in a different city for a while. I love sport, cooking and cafe-hopping. I will be studying and working - casually and at this internship - throughout the week; and then look forward to some downtime on the weekends. I'm looking for a share place, as I come from a busy family home in South Australia!
Affordable and extremely close to Deakin University. Close to multiple public transport options and supermarkets. We have a big back yard, optional Netflix and off street parking. Room is unfurnished but has a built in wardrobe but the house has everything you need. It is essential that you are commited to paying rent and bills on time, and doing your share around the hourse. The room is unfurnished. Rent: $607 a month. bond: $585
A little bit about me; I'm 27, American (but also have australian citizenship), casual drinker on the weekends, pretty adventurous, and love playing sports. I’ve lived here for 2.5 years in Caulfield North but due to my roommate wanting to take over the lease, I’m looking for new accomodation. I’m very open minded, non judgmental, relaxed/chilled out. Looking to live with people I can chat with but also can have my own time because we all need that. Definitely want my own room as well. Looking to live in these areas because my work is based in Camberwell. I work for WEX, a business credit card company based in the US. Let me know if you think I'd be a good fit!
Hi I'm currently changed my job and I need to find a new place which is closer to work. Perfectly would be a place between my workplace ( Dandenong south ) and my hockey practice ( hawthorn ) I'm working on a working holiday visa with half a year left and hopefully my second year coming soon. I'm not a backpacker who's traveling around the whole time. I'm here to stay in Melbourne and work. I work as a cabinet maker which might could bring you advantage if you have some nice ideas I can build and in my free time I join a field hockey team and probably will be at the pitch a lot. If not I like going to the gym or take a ride to the beach with my body board. I would like to get more in contact with some people who can show me around in Melbourne and are up for a chat.
Looking for a team up with 2 or 3 other women, I'm very social but also like quiet alone time like everyone, I'm an electrician, 20 years old, play volleyball and netball, I'm really active and love the outdoors, camping, fishing, animals, particularly dogs, surfing, rockclimbing, and love the beach ... A lot, Im clean and tidy, and love cooking and gardening, etc I have a dog so I'm finding it hard to get a place!
Work as a nurse and study medical research. Have two dogs and a cat that will be with me. I’m pretty shy in new situations. Have two labradors, one who is very calm, relaxed, chill. The other is still young and has lots of energy, loves people and just wants to be around you. Have a cat who think he’s a dog but instead of meowing to get your attention he’ll just knock on your door. Only looking for a place for 6 months at this stage.
Single room available with own lockable bathroom and shower room. Fully furnished town house and the available room is furnished with double bed and mattress. Free unlimited internet and all bills inclusive. Laundry room with new washing machine. Fridge will be shared. Interested in a genuine female tenant who is tidy, organised and prefer someone who is quite. Strictly no outsiders welcome! Very close proximity to Deakin University and 10 minutes bus ride via route 767. Close proximity to woolworths and Chadstone. $230 week rent with all bills included payable weekly and $230 bond is required. I’m a full time student and prefer a student to rent the vacant room. No time wasters and please inquire if your genuinely interested.
Hey-oh! I am in the market for a new home as my current one will be undergoing a full-scale makeover in May. I work full-time in secondary education as an IT Manager, when I'm not working I'm either doing something music related, tinkering, or playing boardgames. I'm looking for a place longterm as I absolutely hate moving. I'm looking for the following: -No party houses - sorry but I'm getting old -Housemates that like to do activities (Hikes, snowboarding, scuba, archery, Tough Mudder, etc) -Folks that can keep things semi clean (I'm ok with a little mess) -People that are happy to crash on the couch, chill and chat -Game of Thrones viewing sessions. Venues receive double points for each member that likes B-grade movies. Triple points if a dog is included in the house. If contacting me, puns are looked upon favourably. Crazy people need not apply.
