Hello, my name is Nuam and I am an 18 year old who is currently studying year 12. I am a tidy, respectful and considerate person who cleans up after themselves. I love animals so I wouldn't mind having them around the house if you are a pet owner. I absolutely love playing and watching footy (AFL) and am a sport enthusiast, but I don't mind if you have zero interest in sports. Apart from playing sports, I like to read books in my spare time and enjoy spending time with my friends on the weekend.
I have one room available for female tenant in a three bedroom house in Deer Park. The other two rooms are occupied by two young (23 and 25 years) female tenants. One girl is a university student while the other one is a full time working professional. The rent is 140 dollars per week and all bills (electricity, gas, water. ADT security monitored system) are included. Bond of $600 and fortnightly upfront payment is required. The house is located in a quiet street with bus stop on doorstep. Walking distance to: Brimbank shopping centre (5 min.), local shops and coffees (10 min.). Victoria University (15 min.), Ginifer or Deer Park train station (20 min.). The house is very clean and situated on a well maintained block. It has two air-conditioners, ducting heating, monitored security system, roller shutters on windows and security doors. Parking on driveway (one spot) and on street but also garage can be negotiated separately. This is an ideal place to study and rest after long working day and it is the right place for university students and/or working professionals. You will be more than satisfied to live in this place. Total of three people will share the house and it is expected to maintain clean shared areas, to be friendly, polite, respectful and sociable. This is not a party house. Rooms are not shared, strictly one person room. No drugs or excessive alcohol use, please. Sorry, but pets are not accepted.
The house is roughly 800-900m to St. Albans Station and Alfrieda Street shops and supermarkets. Recently Renovated, new kitchen installed, rooms with robes, two baths and toilets. The rooms are very large and comfortable, bed, desk and chair will be provided. I will upload pictures soon. Only one room is available as exitent tenant is moving out on 28th May.

Have shared houses before and am honest, easy to get along with, and respectful of others space and property. I am reliable and able to pay my rent and utilities on time. * application pending* I am a 33, female with 2 fairly chilled out cats. I work in community healthcare with non fixed rosters, sometimes random and also studying nursing full time at uni. (At the moment work is in Geelong mostly and uni is st Albans.) I am a fairly sociable person (My friends would say I'm larger than life TBH, its almost like my signature move) but do need to hibernate a little sometimes too. In my down time I might decide to sew a costume to wear out to geeky costumed themed events, try to crochet things, binge on netflix or play the odd video game. Most weekends I like to dance....either as a complete dork around the house or on the dance floor of a club. Sadly its mostly around the house in some trackie's or PJ's with uni in the mix I'm a big kid at heart and happily subscribe to the motto that the first 42 years of childhood is the hardest. (My once teenage housemate can tell you as far as 'dinosaurs' go, I'm pretty cool and will only do my natural little mumma trait thing every now and then. I have no children other than cats and can either lead you to a cheeky kebab at 4am or bed depending on your needs.) I do also have the ability to be a professional when I need to be, which is mostly when I'm working or on placements. All for food adventures and other outings (maybe not a hike, but I will cheer you on) I'm also all for the occasional tabletop game if that were an option. I am an outdoor smoker who will use an ashtray, (I get a bit miffed when other smokers don't use an ashtray or bin their butts.) I do drink occasionally too, but its usually not daily or sometimes even weekly/monthly. I can easily respect communal spaces by tidying up after myself and my cats, along with sharing general duties. Respect of private spaces of others is a big deal to me. (I would honestly have no issue calling someone else getting into your private space uninvited) Mentioned earlier the 2 cats: They are indoor/outdoor, desexed, domestic and mature aged, mother and son. They serve as my steady companion animals and serve each other as companions while I study and work. They are litter/garden trained and are usually pretty chilled. As for accommodation needs: I need an an unfurnished room that will fit a queen sized bed, a desk and a chest of drawers. (I do have a whole house worth of furniture though) I am flexible and open to sharing a flat/house with just one other person or with several others, I'm usually fairly adaptable, and am looking for something that will cover me for a fair few months.
I'm a young French man who's came discovering country. I came here for working as agent operation (import/export) and dance teacher in center of Melbourne! I always laugh and smile, I love meet new peoples and learn some differents way. Hope to see you soon guys ;)
