My name is Mickael from France. I am currently looking for a nice, clean and quiet place to live in for the next 6 months. I am honest, and very respectful to others. I am also an outdoor lover, as i spent the last 4 years travelling in New-Zealand, Japan, Australia. I work in a vegetables farm located in Richmond, I use to wake up and sleep early, so living in calm and quiet place is important to me. Also like to enjoy a nice chat and share a good cup of wine (yes...I'm french!). Looking forward to meet you! Cheers!
We are quiet, reserved people who spend most of our time working or studying. We are clean and tidy and enjoy meeting and interacting with new people. Neither of us are heavy drinkers.
This Unit is place in the middle of the hill. It is nice and quite most of the time and also with a good view. (I mean when you drive pass, not in the house.) This unit comes with 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Only one room for rent only, I will leave a room for our family members. They come visit us occasionally, so you will have your own bathroom for the most of the time. We are new to Tassie, so most of the furniture we bought are brand new. The house is fully furnished with Couches, washing machine, oven, air- conditioning, heat pump in living area and TV (Will have one, we are still choosing). The room will come unfurnished. (negotiable) The price is $180 for single, $250 for couple (Share bills, Unlimited NBN Internet available) We are looking for someone who is easy going, respectful, clean and tidy to share with. Sounds like you? Come and enjoy the quiet and chill life style with us in Mornington.
2 university students who are finishing in 2019 and moving to Hobart to undertake flight training. Both of us will be busy flying most of the time due to the intense curriculum, do like to socialise a little, but both friendly and social. Always on time with rent and bills, always split cost of food and don't eat it all. Quiet people, good cooks who enjoy cooking a lot, both clean and tidy so no mess from us. Obviously we both enjoy flying (its our job), enjoy hiking and exploring new places, new to the area, enjoy movie nights and eating out. Both pretty chill guys. Looking for two rooms preferably on the east side of the river.
Hi there, We are three guys who have known one another since high school and have lived together for a while. We are a sociable and pretty tight-knit bunch, we enjoy having a relaxed drink, playing video games together (Smash Bros), and hanging out and watching Netflix. We cook communally most nights and keep a tidy environment, and generally look out for one another. We have a super-friendly cat named Bam who is literally the most chill creature on the planet. The owner of our current house wants to move in so we are currently looking for a new house and we would like a fourth housemate so we can get a bigger place. We are very actively searching for a new house and have a few good leads on some nice properties. We have a budget of approximately $150 - $200 per person. Between the three of us, we own everything required to furnish a house so all that is need is your own bed (unless the house is furnished). The house will include an espresso machine for those who are coffee drinkers, unlimited internet, as well as a great printer available for those who may be undertaking postgraduate studies. Our ideal housemate would be a professional or postgraduate student (these are just a guide - don't let this put you off if you are interested) with a stable financial situation. Someone who is looking for a social house but not a party house. Someone who enjoys sharing a bottle of wine and eating dinner together. A little about us: Kevin is a design student who also has a casual position as a support worker for people with disabilities. He enjoys photography, drawing, and potatoes. Jeff is just finishing up his degree and is looking for a full-time position as an engineer. He enjoys travelling, wine, and avocados. Tim will be starting a PhD in December, and is supported by a government scholarship and also works as a tutor at the university. He enjoys reading, talking about the news, wine, and Anzac biscuits. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or you think you might be a good fit for us. We look forward to meeting you, Tim, Jeff & Kevin

Hi there, we are Laura and Henry! We are both from Hobart originally, but have been living in Adelaide for the last 6 years for study and work. Henry is a Vet (domestic animals), Laura is a scientist (genetic research). We are both friendly and social people, who enjoy hanging out, watching movies, sharing a meal and a few beers, but we are not looking for a party house as we both get up early for work/study full time. We like to keep our space clean and tidy but are not neat freaks. We are respectful, mindful and generally pretty quiet, though we love to have a discussion or share a story over a bottle of wine every now and then. Our hobbies include reading and discussing books, gaming (video and tabletop), hiking, camping, cooking and catching up with friends. We both love animals and like living with them so long as they are well trained and friendly. We both have family in Hobart, so we are pretty much guaranteed to be out of the house at least two nights a week visiting them. We have a lot of our own furniture which we are happy to use communally, including book shelves, wine rack, fire pit, TV (its not very big), Xbox, washing machine, and a full kitchen including microwave, slow cooker, kettle ect.
Hey there, I'm Henny a 30 year old female looking for a sharehouse. I am returning to Hobart after spending the past year living in Perth. I previously lived in West Hobart for 3 years where I lived in a sharehouse with some great roomies. Looking for a relatively social house but not a party house, just somewhere that everyone gets along and we can share the odd bevvie after a long working week.
I am very friendly, but will happily stay out of anyone’s way. I’m great to play games or do outdoor activities with and don’t leave a mess around the place, usually. Right now I’m currently on a bit of a gap-year, so contact until early December won’t work. At the very least I’ll have some good stories to tell!
Currently working as a Registered Nurse at the Royal Hobart Hospital. I'm calm, caring and enjoy spending time with others. I am clean and always ensure that I am considerate of others, having lived in a share house previously. Love Netflixing days at home, as well as days eating out and exploring with friends.
Quiet full time shift worker. I work from 1430 till 2230 most days at the hospital. Ideally would like a person that works full time and that understands the requirements of living with a shift worker. I have a 3 bedroom home and external space for those times entertaining of friends becomes late. I am quite and respectful of others, social and understanding of ‘me’ time. I have an 'open home' policy in regards to friends/ partners and and a spare room for guests. All utilities costs are shared.... unlimited internet/ hydro/ water/ Netflix and monthly gardener. I have a beautiful cat that is super friendly and loves cuddles on the occasion. He is settled in his home, so sorry not looking for people with other pets. The home is fully furnished in all rooms and comes with off street parking. Heating/ cooling and a relaxing all day sunny deck for those summer afternoon BBQs with friends. I love to cook and share my 'harvest'. If you'd like to know more, please get in touch. My home is LGBT friendly and I welcome people from all 'corners' of the world.
I am an energetic person who loves the outdoors, staying active and reading a good book. I try to live a reasonably sustainable lifestyle and would prefer to live with people who share or respect these values. I am clean, tidy and like to sit around for a casual wine and communal meal every now and then.
Close to eastlands, bus, 50m public swimming pool, parkland... waterview south to Bruny Is. Newly renovated bathroom, toilet & kitchen, freshly painted bedroom(s). The rent is negotiable (between $150-200) depending on which bedroom you take and whether (or not) the rent is all inclusive (of bills). The place is around 800 m from the Esatern shore side of the Tasman bridge (5 mins to Hobart CBD). It has a lovely garden, albeit if in need of care.

Hey Guys, I'm Sam. Hobart's a pretty cool place, I've lived here most of my life. Next year is looking a little bit up in the air for me, pondering a bit of travel but could also very easily stick around in town for a while to come! My current lease is finishing up and I'm looking for somewhere to lay my head for at least a few months over summer with the potential to stay around longer. I work full time in eco-tourism along with a little side gig at a bar, so in between all of that and travelling and catching up with some friends I don't tend to be at home a whole lot. When I'm around I love to have a chat and a wine, share a meal and a few laughs. I like to think of myself as a pretty clean and organised person to live with and always keen to help out and contribute to the household! My main base for work is located a little out of the city, so pretty open as to where I live as long as it's within a 15-20min drive to town. Look forward to chatting with you soon :)
Hi, my name is Zoie and I am currently studying full time at UTAS. I am looking to move closer towards Hobart. I am looking for a place available towards the end of October. I am a pretty quiet person, when I'm not out with friends or at the university campus i'll be at home reading, watching Netflix or studying. I enjoy cooking for myself, but I don't cook every night. I am also currently looking for a part time or causal job I consider myself a very clean person, and am always cleaning up after myself. Also, I did write $200 as my maximum, but starting in January I will be willing to go up to $220.
Hey there. I'm a late twenties gal looking for a new place to live for the next year. I'm about to start my final year in Master of Clinical Psychology and work 20-30h per week as a youth worker. I'm looking to live with some fellow twenty-somethings who work/study full time, but more importantly, I'm looking for excellent humans to live with. I'd love to have a chat, if you think I might be a match for your place x Available Jan 31 but can negotiate on the move in date :)
