Hi! I'm 42 years old and work full time (9-5, office-based with one WFH day a week) in the APS. Most of my spare time is taken up with yoga, swimming, reading, writing and bushwalking. I'm fairly quiet and independent at home but still like to catch up with housemates for a cup of tea or a meal here and there.

I have a lot of experience in sharehousing. I'm clean and considerate of the people I share spaces with.

I have plenty of furniture and kitchenware that can either be brought into a new home or put into storage, either works.

I'm looking for a medium to large unfurnished room with enough space for a queen sized bed, as well as somewhere to park my car (on or off street is fine).

I'd like to find the right place with the right people. I'm open to a range of suburbs in and around Hobart.
