Hi, My names Drew, I’m a quiet down to earth guy, I keep to myself and I'm a very clean and tidy person, I'm easy going and like to solve problems quickly since I hate bad atmospheres, I'm very considerate of others, I don't drink but don't mind others drinking. I don't do drugs, nor have crazy parties. Ill be spending most of my time working or going to the gym. I'm looking to move in with people that are not entirely but somewhat the same, I would rather prefer moving in with females since they tend to be more sensible and mature minded, clean and considerate. Thank you for reading and hope to hear from you soon. Drew
Hi i’m From India and planning to study in Sydney . I love dancing around , singing and always there to help you . I’m looking for an affordable place with somebody with whom I can gel well .
I'm an occupational therapist, with a full time job. I'm a sociable person, but do enjoy my own space to recharge. I like doing gym classes, crafty activities, spending time at the beach & trying out cafes/restaurants
I am in my last year of uni with three jobs, all very to different to each other! I'm a neat and tidy person and love to cook! Little bit of a health freak when I want to be, which is hard because I love food. Love to have a chat every now and then but also like my own time.
G’day, my name is Mark, I am 44yr old single gentleman from the UK. I have been residing in Oz for 17yrs and have a long history of renting share accommodation across Australia. I am easy going, clean, considerate, respectful and social. My hobbies include tennis, fishing, swimming & watching English football. I don’t party and I am not looking for that type of environment on an ongoing basis. I am home 60-70% of the time, so from a home security perspective, I am your man! Saying that, the majority of the time you will not even notice that I’m at home. I consider myself a proud and happy father whom is down to earth. I have 4 children, 3 of which live with their mother in Dundas & my eldest son William whom is 20 also lives with his Mother in Maroubra. I would like to have 1 child stay over from time to time, on the weekend maybe once a month, either Victoria 9 or Harry 6. That’s if convenient, however not essential. My youngest is Charlie who is 2! I have been separated after 10yrs of marriage, since December 2016. With both mothers I have a healthy co-parent relationship. I have been on the Centrelink Disability Support Pension for a couple of years & therefore you will never have any issues with me paying rent, or on time! I am currently in the process of seeking employment on a casual basis. I do sincerely hope that you would consider me as a suitable applicant for your accommodation. I am happy to answer any further questions that you may have. Many thanks in advance and I look forward to hearing from you soon, Cheers Mark

One great large bedroom with your own private bathroom, in a brand new apartment. The unit is fully furnished, including your room which has a very comfortable queen size bed, mirrored built-in wardrobe, bedsides, lamps etc. Ducted heating & cooling. The room has stunning river vista. My balcony is awesome and not somewhere people want to leave. Seeking a long-term busy career Professional 30's plus (preferably, but will talk to younger mature persons) to share my apartment. Someone who views a home as a sanctuary, prefers a homely energy and secure living space, in preference to a party house. Believes in share etiquette, is clean, neat & respectful within the home, and of others. References & background checks/ID/references etc will need to be conducted. I am working some odd shift work at the moment at times, so need someone aware of that & respectful as sound can travel. It's a pretty chilled home, somewhere to be at home in & relax. Not looking for peoples friends constantly wandering in and out, who are not renting here because it's not huge & just for peace of mind for both of us. I barely have people over & am seeking the same. I'm looking for someone who respects privacy & is fairly quiet & a considerate person. Trust is of paramount importance to me & it should be to you. Looking for a person I do not have an issue with in regards to paying rent on time, or personality clashes. Not a party house. No drugs. I recycle. Use minimal cooling for Green purposes. Set on the 4th floor with a huge balcony area for a bit of outdoors, inside. Bike & walking paths along the river are downstairs, a lovely park. Being close to Parramatta's CBD all await you. It's really easy for getting about by ferry to the CBD (Circular Quay) within a 7-minute walk. Camelia Station is a 7 minute walk. Buses are within a 3-minute walk and take under 5 minutes to get to Parramatta train station. Or a 7-minute bike ride which is how I do it. Woolworths, McDonalds etc at Rosehill are very close by (within 3 minutes walk). There is a lovely local pub within a 5-minute walk & a couple of good restaurants. Western Sydney Uni is within a 5-minute walk. Rosehill Racecourse is nearby. You are right on the river and as such, can walk along it to get to EAT street. On street parking is available. Rent is payable 2 weeks in advance plus 2 weeks bond. 1 months notice to be provided to vacate.
