Having lived in a range of suburbs and housing arrangements I am looking to move again. I have finished up a work contract and need to move in the next month. Clean and easy going, I love reading and painting. I eat pretty healthily and have an A+ selection of teas. I would love to live with some lovely people who would become a friend (but not need to hang together all the time). Plus I have a majestic dog, who is incredibly well trained.
I am a great mix of both respectful and fun. I love a good chat but also need time for my study (doing my final honours yr in occupational therapy). I manage one of the entertainment sections at Luna park and love working out! It would be a big win for me if you happen to have a garage in the appartment- I could pay extra and bring my gym equipment and set it up and you could use it 😉 win win right?
Hello! I’m 34 years old student from Brazil seeking for a single room close to public transport. I’m very clean, tidy and active person and love the beach and animals and gym (not addicted). Feel free to ask if you want to know more about me :-) Cheers Olivier
Hey. Im Is. I’m from a small country town in Victoria. I moved up here for uni and study full time. I also work at an RSL and Nanny for a family. When I’m free I love heading to the beach or going for a run or kicking the footy. Don’t head out clubbing often. More into heading to the pub with some mates.
Aussie girl who has just moved home from Germany. Moving to Sydney from the Mid North Coast to start a new job in the CBD. I like a glass of rosè on a Friday eve and getting out in the sunshine on the weekends! Im looking forward to moving back to Sydney and exploring the city again.
I am a 24 year old female that is making the move to Sydney from the country! I am an easy-going person who enjoys socialising, cooking, and going to the gym, I also enjoy my own personal space, so I understand when people like to be alone, or have their own time. I am a tidy person, who can clean up after themselves and like to maintain a clean and drama-free household, with preference on a female-only household. I am a full-time working professional and will be out for most of the day. I am seeking a private bedroom, bills included on rent would be an added bonus. I am looking for mid-long term accommodation. If this sounds like a good fit for yourself, and your household feel free to send me a message.

I'm a 50 year old professional - I live in Regional NSW and have my own consulting practice. Work brings me to Sydney 2 out of 4 weeks, during which I work out of an office, in Neutral Bay. I'm busy during the day and lead a pretty quiet life at night either at home relaxing or out visiting friends and / or at the theatre.
Chris: I'm a 20 y/o student from Byron Bay studying at Billy Blue college of Design in Ultimo. My interests include football (keen Everton fan), graphic design/drawing and going to the beach. Catherine: I'm a 22 y/o student studying Comm/Law at Macquarie Uni. I grew up on the North Shore (Gordon), but would love to move closer to the city. My interests include spending too much money on food/uber, dogs and netflix. We are both easygoing, clean and not a hassle to live with. We love going out for drinks, but also staying in and playing board-games (preferably also with drinks). Chris also loves to cook, which invariably leaves Catherine to do the washing up. We'd love a place with similar aged like-minded people. Although we would respect other flatmates' privacy when needed, some banter would be ideal! Didnt know how to upload a photo of both of us hahah

We enjoy being outdoors as much as we can whenever we aren't working. Spending our time socialising, shopping and relaxing. We both lve busy lifestyles though juggling some study and work in the city. We are a very easy going couple, who are looking to find a great place to reside and be surrounded by nice friendly flatmates. I'm 24 years old and in Sydney for a six months internship. I'm working three days a week and the other days I spend hanging out with existing friends, making new friends and retreating from all the buzz by closing my room door behind me. I've lived in shared flats for more than five years now, so I do have heaps of experience with all sorts of people. At the moment I live in Darlington, but my contract ends soon and that's why I'm looking for a new place to stay. I'm happy to move as of today and I need a place until somewhen July-ish. I really got to love Darlington and so staying somewhere close would be ideal for me. I'm very flexible in terms of living conditions: If you're rather quiet and reserved I can adjust to that and work around you, if you're more of the party type I'm happy to discover some unknown places in the neighbourhood together, it's really up to you. I'm familiar with sponges and dishwashing liquid, I also know how to use a vacuum cleaner. So if you're looking for an adaptable, respectful flat mate and don't mind an occasional sarcastic comment: here I am.
I'm a 22 years old student from Germany. I'm uncomplicated, clean and quiet, but I also like having fun and meet other people. Send me a message or emai
Hey we have an unfurnished room available in a fully furnished apartment, available from mid to end of Jan (not 100% sure on date yet) preferably for long term stay. Apartment is really spacious with a huge outdoor area and small yard. Room itself is not huge but can easily fit a double bed/chest/bedside table and has built in robes and direct access to the outdoor area. There is plenty of spare space in the apartment for extra storage if it's needed. Rent is paid fortnightly and includes bills (Foxtel, Power, Internet and Netflix) Easy commute into the City and walking distance to North Sydney, Neutral Bay and Crows Nest. Car park may also be available.
I enjoy harmonious living, I am clear on boundaries. Can communicate clearly and kindly, and love being around people as well as my own company. I'm well travelled I've lived in London, New York as well as rural Areas. I meditate, dance, paint portraits and am involved with the human awareness institute which runs workshops in love and intimacy. I'm certainly young and healthy for my age( which is just a number)
The place is fully furnished so not a lot of room for extra furniture. The room available is also semi furnished if you prefer with a bed, mattress (although these are quite old) and a set of drawers. Built ins inside the room and it is the second biggest room in the house. Happy to get rid of this furniture too if need be. Street parking with no limit is available at the bottom of the complex. Internal Laundry with a washing machine inside the flat and a massive balcony. I will be uploading more pictures of the apartment furnished later in the week. There is an outdoor pool available in the complex and it is located a very convenient walk either from the bus-stops or the train station. Heaps of coffee shops in the area and really nice culture.
