This is a fantastic 3 bedroom apartment with spacious lounge and dining area available in Cammeray. The lounge room opens out to a private balcony, which overlooks Middle Harbour. ( and the small communal pool) Cammeray is nestled between Crows Nest, Northbridge and Neutral Bay which allows different options for shopping, restaurants and bars. Closest options on Miller Street (walking distance) is Harris Farm for grocery shopping and The Public (great bar with live music on Sunday) There is a bus stop at the end of the street with buses going into the City approx every 15 mins during the week. If you miss one of these though there are always buses available from Miller Street which is a nice stroll in the morning. Uber back from the city approx $15 which is great for those days you just can't. We have a good selection of household items, lounge, washer/dryer, dining table, side tables and kitchen stuff. however, new flatmate is more than welcome to add to the home with their own stuff. Those with a Smart TV will be highly regarded.
Hello, Gerard here. Australian born and Sydney raised with a bit of travel in between. A lover of the outdoors and music along with many other interests and currently settling in to the wonderful age of 29 and enjoying that last little bit the 20's have to offer. I work full time and study during the week as an Electrician and enjoy many other facets of that industry including Audio Visual, Security and Automation. I like to cook and try to keep fit and healthy through eating and exercise but I also certainly don't mind a few beers or red wine or some decadent food from time to time. A strong believer in clean and uncluttered common areas as well. I am rather sociable and like getting to know people, especially if I'm living with them. I also do really appreciate my own solo chill time and am respectful of others too. Looking forward to the possibility of meeting with you!
41 yer old professional moving from Melbourne to Sydney for a role in North sydney. I enjoy hitting the gym after work (crossfit) and try to be healthy foodwise. I also enjoy the occasional social outing but enjoy the home as a place for some peace and quiet time. I enjoy the social side of house sharing and enjoy a good chat every now and then over dinner with the occasional beer or wine - red of course. I am originally from Sydney and have many friends out west and in and around the city so I may not be home on the weekends often. Typical guy who loves all sports and talk on hours about most of the american sports and all aussie sports.
I’m an easygoing and clean person who works as a high school teacher. I love to make new friends and have a good time with my flatmates as well as spending time by myself. (I recently rescued a cute tabby kitten called Porkins. He’s well trained and loves a belly scratch plus a big purrer. So, we are kind of a package now)
Looking to move any time after 24th November 2017. Looking for a house share situation or an apartment that has good storage spaces. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a 5 shelf -6ft tall bookshelf, a push bike, 2 cd racks, a glass top dining table that stores flat and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space some things could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Looking for a place that has a CLOTHES DRYER for those rainy days off when I have to do my laundry. I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Hello future or prospective flatmate☺️ A bit about me: I am moving from Brisbane to Sydney next year to begin my graduate program in professional services in February 2018, aiming to move by mid January. I will be working in the city full time and working alot of over time during the week, aswell as excersing before or after work. I am very well traveled, a positive and happy person and you will rarely see me without a smile on my face. I am incredibly easy to get along with ,very friendly, clean, tidy and respectful. Plus, I'm tiny so I hardly take up any room. I’ll always be up for a glass of wine, trying out new places to eat or just hanging out. I am looking for a flat mate or flatmates who are: -All about good vibes -Wanting to live in a modern apartment close to the city and to public transport -In their 20s or early 30s -A full time working professional or the like -Values cleanliness If you think we might be a good match or if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to message me (I don’t bite), I look forward to hearing from you 🙂
Hey! We are a couple seeking to move out early Dec into a place that would be comfortable having a dog around - we have a 1 year old fully trained, loveable and entirely soppy english pointer. He doesn't bark (we know everyone says that but you'll only hear a peep once in a blue moon), he sleeps during the day and is never left alone as we have a few puppysitters that care for him during the days if we know we'll be mia. My partner Coco is and actress and I am an engineer. What we love: We are both active and love to get amongst all the activities Sydney has to offer, so I wouldn't say we are homebodies although the Sunday arvo nap is a beaut treat when we can fit it in! Cocheene is a fantastic cook and I like to dabble also, but we also love to eat out with friends and fam. We have both lived with other people before so certainly know how to be neighbourly, more importantly, recognise the importance of the odd freshly baked treat being left on the counter for sharing! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you are cool with all the above!
Hi guys :-) I am a 18 years old German girl. I currently work as a demi pair in Cammeray but I am looking for a new accomodation for the middle of February for a few months. However, I am looking for a new job for February too. It would be my first time to share an accomodation but I am a very communicative and open-minded person. I enjoy every day and I am not very complicated. In addition I am very organised and responsible. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon:-)
My name is Amanda , I'm 29 years old. I work in Northbridge, so I'm hoping to find somewhere nearby that is close to shops and restaurants. I'm looking at moving mid-January. I would love to find some housemates to team up with that would be friends as well or find a welcoming existing share house. People who want to end the week with a couple of drinks or dinner out and be a bit social would be ideal. I am always up for a good laugh and can be there to vent if needed. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of people's space and possessions. My friends and family live far away and I don't get to see them much so it would be nice to have them stay every now and then. They are no problem when they visit though :) I own a car, so I will need parking, street parking is more than fine. Message me if you think we'd get along or you have a room that would suit!
I'm Danica, I'm 25 and about to start a new position in the CBD. Looking to find a housemate who is keen to find a 2 bedroom apartment together around Cammeray or Neutral Bay area! I'm friendly, very clean/tidy and ideally looking for a place to settle for at least a year or so. I anticipate I'll be working longish hours to begin with but would like to team up with someone whom is up for a wine & chat!
I am an easy going guy who takes the world as it is. I love socialising, but do respect the privacy of others and expect the same. I am flatsharing at the moment, but the person I am sharing with is super untidy and messy which drives me nuts. I like to be proud of my home. I am a Landscape/Maintenance Gardener and have a ute with tools and machines and Ideally need somewhere to safely store some of them. If not a lug is not available, I would need some secure storage. I can move as soon as I find the right place.
Currently working with kids, i'm looking for a flat to share with a good ambiance. I'm easy going and sociable, respectful and not afraid about household.
We're a friendly Dutch couple looking for a place Sydney. We've lived in Sydney for five months and travelled through the countey for the last past months. Now it's time for us to come back to Sydney and start working again until around mid January. Nik is 32 and is an engineer. In Sydney he works as a warehouse manager. Froukje is 30 and a social worker but works as a receptionist in North Sydney. We're non-smokers but love a glass of wine in the weekend. We're keen on living in a clean place, so we will always keep the place tidy. Froukje loves to cook! We're social but quiet and respect someone's privacy and like to go our own way as well.
I am a mature (61) independent, reliable, house proud, home body female with quality friendships that provide many opportunities for getaway weekends or holidays. My family are all overseas so I go home once a year on average. If you feel like a chat over a wine, I'm there, but just as easily can retire to my room to work on projects, chill or watch TV. I'm Dutch born but family immigrated to Canada when I was very young. I've worked in the IT industry my entire career, currently an IT Project Manager in finance industry. I like convenience in my life so prefer to live quick walking distance to the train station or an express bus into the city. I am hoping to find a situation with a modern unfurnished queen size air conditioned bedroom with lots of built-in closets and my own bathroom would be a preference and off street undercover/secure parking. Obviously a compromise might be necessary. I've been in my current share arrangement for 6 years so looking to settle somewhere for long term.
MORE LIKE A HOUSE: The place is located in the most central suburb on the lower North Shore, a few minutes to Neutral Bay, Cremorne, North Sydney, Crows Nest. Hi! I'm Marle van de Ven, 21 years old and living in The Netherlands. I'm studying Food Innovation at HAS University of Applied Sciences. For my internship at Wicked Foods I am coming to Sydney. This internship will be from November 20th until March 9th and this will also be the time that I will stay in Sydney. I love cooking, eating, traveling, photography, sports, and meet new people. I hope to find a nice and clean place to stay, where I can enjoy my time in Australia. Due to my internship, I will sometimes work quietly, but I am also really in for a drink! I hope I will make a lot of new friends with whom I can experience Sydney! Cheers

New flat mate wanted for a spacious art deco apartment, in a building of 4 units, in Cammeray. The apartment is light and airy, with high ceilings. It has near new carpet and paint. The apartment is fully furnished - you just need to bring furniture for your room. Communal backyard with clothesline. There's plenty of street parking. Express bus stop to the city, or crows nest, 20 metres from the front door. Less than a five minute walk to all of Cammeray's great cafes and restaurants. There are several supermarkets and grocers nearby too. Your bedroom is a good size with plenty of natural light. It easily fits a double bed. No built-in wardrobe unfortunately, but there's a clothes rack and chest of draws if you'd like them. The room is separated from the other bedroom by the bathroom.
Hi. Im an Executive Chef in Surry Hills. A restaurant called Longrain. I am looking at moving in the new year and would like to live in a share house. As a chef I work late most nights. You would have the house to yourself a lot. I also consult for a kitchen in Tokyo, I'm there 4 times a year. I'm divorced. it was an amicable separation and we are still friends. I co-parent my 2 year old son. (he is a joy to be around). He loves dogs. I'm allergic to cats. I'm neat and tidy. I also believe its best to hire a cleaner to save any major stress. I'm looking for a 3 bedroom house so I can have 2 and share with one other flatmate. (a room with a large sunroom attached would also suffice.) Only female flatmates for my son's sake. I currently live in a share situation with a student. She leaves at end of term. I have enough furniture to fill a 2 bdrm place already. I would prefer to live with another professional, responsible, clean and tidy person. If you would like to talk more call me or message here.
