Hi! I'm Stacey, a 25 year old female working in North Sydney as an Account Manager at a Data Analytic company. During the week I am very much a routine person, and consider myself quiet and respectful but open to socializing with flatmates as well. A BBQ or quiet drink in the evening or on weekends is great! I love music (my piano is back home in New Zealand) and art (I love to paint). Weekends are typically spent with friends. I enjoy getting outdoors and going for a drive and a hike, or heading to the beach in summer to read; swim and relax. I'm currently living in Wollstonecraft with one female and two males. We've been here for two years and everyone has recently decided to split up the flat. I have my own bedroom furniture, but no large white wear or common furniture. I'm also looking for parking either off-street, or residential street parking. I need to be out of my current place by Monday 7th of November, so am looking for something within the next 2 weeks.
Hi future flat mate or mates :) I've recently moved from Perth to Sydney. I got an exciting job transfer with the company I was working for in Perth. I am an accountant by trade (but not by nature haha). I am originally from South Africa and moved to Perth in 2013 with my family. It has been a big life and career move for me but I'm ready for my next adventure here in Sydney! I am easy going and I can get along with most people. In my spare time I'll be exploring the city and I'm a keen surfer so I'll hopefully catching some waves up and down the coast. I'm super keen on getting out and about and meeting people and discovering all which Sydney has to offer. Please feel free to contact me if you'd think that I am a suitable flatmate. Feel free to ask for references etc. Thanks, Jaryd PS: If you're and AFL fan...I will continue supporting the Fremantle Dockers but may consider going to a few Swans games.
I recently moved to Australia from South Africa. I'm easy to get along with and I'm looking for a place to make me feel more at home in Sydney. I keep my house clean and tidy, however, there might be a few pairs of shoes on the ground in my room which won't impact you at all.
I'm a PhD student. I like B-movies, comic books, and cooking. In Canada, I live in Kensington Market (Toronto). It's a pretty diverse and culturally vibrant neighbourhood in the middle of the city. I'm used to living in a shared house with dogs and cats and I like being in places with a sense of community. I'm studious but social, easygoing but tidy. I'm happy to meet via Skype to get to know you and see if I'm a good fit. I have a reference (available on request) from when I lived in Randwick
Hey future flatmates! Originally from Newcastle, travelled all over Aus growing up. I am an easy going person, who enjoys a healthy and active lifestyle. I very much enjoy my own space and downtime and equally love to socialise and meet new people. I am currently looking for a short term (3month) rent/house stay in Sydney, preferably the North Sydney area, but am open to other options. Relocating to Sydney for a work placement for 3 months, beginning Oct 31st. I'm also still studying to finish my Uni degree. Fun for me comes in all different forms, from reading a book or watching a movie to getting outdoors and exploring, discovering new places/people. - Non-smoker - Clean and tidy - Female

Very easy to live with, love creative spaces. Looking to stay for 4 months max.

*** NB NOT MOVING OUT UNTIL NOVEMBER *** Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with ex housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.

Hello guys. I'm brazilian, 26yo, studying Software Development in TAFE till July/2017. Currently looking for a cheap private room =P....Personally I'm quiet, calm, polite, nerd, very tidy & clean. I mostly like to stay at home doing my computer stuffs/studying/gamming.... Please, if you have or know someone that have an empty room I am more than happy to have a look at it. Thankk you =]
I am open and communicative man with good manners and tidy habits. The major part of the day I am spending on work outside the flat. Afternoons and nights, if I'm not outside, I will probably spend reading books and listening to music. The next period until the arrival of my family (July/August 2017) I would like to share flat expenses with a flatmate with whom I can achieve good communication. During daytime over some weekend I wish if there are a possibility to host my friends (everything would be previously agreed).
Hi there, I would consider myself a pretty easy going person to live with, I'm clean and tidy but not fanatical, I love a chat and catch up but also independent. I lead a life of balance so some weeks I'll be jam packed with work, friends, family, markets, hikes, brunch, whatever goes and then other weeks I'll be fairly quiet and chilling out with a book or movie. I'm looking for somewhere that feels comfortable and welcoming...I'm an honest, respectful and considerate person and want to live with someone/people who shares those same values :) I'm semi-flexible with moving date and length of stay is preferably 'long term' 9-12mth +
Great 2 bedrooms apartment with large living room, 2 balconies with lots of natural light, facing North with amazing views, swimming pool, a private parking and a laundry. The place is not brand new with fancy floors new kitchen and bathroom but has this feel good mood, a place that offers peace even after a tough day at work everything goes away. You will bring your own twist making your place also yours, there is no worries moving things around. The Neighbourhood is fun and friendly most of them are young families, once a year we do a BBQ at the swimming pool. They're also sometime so quiet that feels we’re the only ones living in that building. Price: per week (includes water and internet bills). Electricity bills sharer every month. I am looking for fairly quiet people, not a party house. However your friends are welcome for watching a game or movie... I like to keep a clean house, kitchen and bathroom included YOUR BEDROOM: The room has a good size and comes furnished (you just need your own bed linens, blankets and towels). It has access to the second balcony (called "the VIP balcony”) it has the best view for sunrises. THE LOCATION: - 10 min away walking distance from Neutral Bay Military road with plenty of buses for the city day and night - 10 min away walking distance from Coles, the Oaks, Cammeray Miller Street, Restaurants pub and cafe - The best Japanese restaurant ever Toriciya is just downstair, there is also a great cafe - 10 min drive to the city - 15 min from Manly beach - Plenty of parks for walks/training Send me a message to book your visit.
Looking for a furnished (preferable) room around Neutral Bay/Cremorne/Crows Nest/Cammeray/North Sydney! I'm a 26 year old American who's working 30+ hours a week and am not home too often, but every now and then I like to hang out with my flatmate(s), maybe watching some tv with a glass of wine :) I'm hoping to find laid back, easy going and friendly people to live with, who encourage positive vibes and don't mind me coming in and out of the house.
I'm a 20 y.o. part time working student looking for a room! My lease is going up in December and would love to find some great roommates to share a place with. I'm relaxed, outgoing and quite a homebody! I like to keep my space neat and be considerate to those who live around me. Keen to find the right place for me to live whilst I study and work!
I work full-time in Sydney CBD in the financial industry, and am looking for somebody to team up with/move in with who appreciates a comfortable and clean home which is a bit of sanctuary but also doesn't mind a couple of drinks and a chat.
I work full time as a assistant teacher educator in early learning. i have both dual citizenship, australian and italian, i like to be friend with my flatmate, i don't like to live with a moody flatmate, or selfish, i would like when i come home from work to have a friendly chat with my flatmate, i respect the privacy as well. On the free time and during the week i go at the gym after work, and during the week as well. I'm sociable and friendly
Hi everyone, I am a final year law/psychology student who is currently studying full-time in Canberra. I will be moving to Sydney in December for further studies, so I am hoping to find a place to move in Dec. I am a friendly person but at the same time, I respect other people's privacy as well. Most importantly I am also clean and tidy. I don't party - I spend most of my time studying, eating and sleeping, so there will not be any issue with noise. I have been renting in Sydney and Canberra since 2009 so I understand what it means to be a good housemate - to be courteous, flexible, considerate and respectful of other housemates and of course to pay my rentals on time.
Great proximity to Crows Nest, North Sydney and North Bridge, 2 min walk to bus stop to CBD/ Chatswood.Great sunny room in spacious apartment. Very comfortable security living with local Harris Farm, chemist/dr, pubs, restaurants and clubs just a very short stroll 1 block away. North facing unit ensures bright sunshine and warmth. I love it.
