We have one double/queen size room available for rent. Room will easily fit double bed, and will fit a queen (pictured), has a very large built-in wardrobe and storage loft. Also has a nice green outlook. The house is fully furnished. The room available will be unfurnished. The architecturally designed house is huge! Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two north facing balconies (one with bbq), plenty of indoor storage, internal laundry, separate kitchen / dining to the living area and high ceilings. The house's central Lower North Shore location, in Cammeray, makes it an easy walk to Crows Nest, Naremburn, St Leonards Station or Cammeray shops/bus stops. There's usually plenty of free street parking (in a cul-de-sac). You would be sharing with two girls in their thirties and a shy cat. You would be sharing a bathroom with one of us. We are non-smokers, easy-going, active, friendly, respectful and both work Monday to Friday 9-5. Please only easy-going, professional, respectful, clean and tidy people looking for a place to call home need apply (we're looking for someone who is 28-45 years old, please no students, shift-workers/night-owls or smokers). Must also like cats.
I’m a relaxed soul, practicing the art of life balance with my gorgeous furry friend Arrow the labrador. We don’t want much, really - other than a lovely warm household to share space with. He is low maintenance and comes out with me every day (training as a Therapy Dog). As a therapist, I don’t see many clients face to face anymore as it is mostly on-line mentoring (which I do from home mid afternoons) or I”m teaching up at the local college. In the evenings I’m very chilled, but I do love to chat and have an occasional wine. Mostly up and outdoors by 8am for walk / hikes & yoga sessions, I do appreciate a quiet and private retreat kind of space. Ideally you have a room that is larger than average - or maybe a studio / granny flat duplex available? Also it would be ideal to have an outdoor area for Arrow and I to sit when we are home. Do we sound relaxed and friendly enough for your home?

Moving from Melbourne to Sydney for work. My Partner is joining me December 4th so we will be looking for more permanent bigger place. Very relaxed, not much bothers me. Very social and often out with friends or out getting some exercise. Love a drink and a bike ride on the weekend. Will ideally be learning to surf. Home is to cook, eat, sleep and enjoy some quality banter with friends. Ideally live with someone/people we can become friends with. My partner is very much the same. Both working full time in the clinical health industry.

Japanese lives in Sydney! After a long term Private room :)
I'm a South African 24 year old female - looking to further my studies in coding, where after I will job hunt in AUS in the business analytics field. I consider myself a lively lift-you-up kind of person. I am driven (career, studies and goals), I enjoy staying fit - exercising, gymming, running etc. I love to go out for drinks with friends or just hang out and rent a hilariously predicable rom-com and chill out on the couch with some pizza (or cheesy fries). I'll always try to keep the mood light and consider myself an expert bargain hunter. My boyfriend and I are looking to rent/share temporarily in NSW, Sydney while we get comfortable with our surroundings - where after we will hopefully find a place to rent of our own.
After a few months living in Perth, I am returning to Sydney for my dream job in St Leonards. Therefore, I am looking for a studio or granny flat relatively close to work as I, after 6.5 years in share houses, would like to live on my own again. I am a Danish lady (have lived in Australia for the last 2.5 years) and it's important to me, to be in a place that is a "home", so I take pride in keeping my space clean and cosy. I meditate daily (so a quiet place and calm atmosphere is important) and I like to stay healthy through exercise (yoga and dancing) and good food! love cooking (with home-grown herbs if possible) in a clean and well-equipped kitchen and being low-key in my home. I don't have any pets of my own but am a cat lady so if there happens to be one around in the neighbourhood, that’s a huge plus in my book! Also, I love being outside so a place relatively close to some nature (a beach, a park, the river etc.) would be luxurious!
