I would prefer to be in a female only shared place or my own granny flat/caravan. If I stay at a shared place I would feel more comfortable with living with mature or elderly lady. More than happy to give you a hand if you need kind of daily assistances. I'm an introverted person who appreciates quiet and simple living. I'm busy with my study and spend most of my free time with reading books. I don't have people over and go to bed early. I don't drink, don't smoke, don't use drugs. I'm sensitive to noise of TV and radio and music, so it would be much appreciated if you aren’t into those or are ok with using headphones. I've lived in Lemon Tree Passage and need to find a new place because my landlord's personal circumstance has changed and that they want to sell the place ASAP. We are also looking for a home that will accommodate our one well-behaved dog. Our dog, Lucy, is a 2-year-old Whippet x Kelpie. She is fully house-trained and a valued member of our family. We are both responsible tenants. We are currently on Centrelink, and Joanna is a dedicated student. I have a job lined up as soon as I get my driver's license back, and I am actively working on that.
