I’m a researcher at the University of New South Wales, (Australian Defence Force Academy) and have been in Canberra on and off for 10 years. I like to keep my things tidy but am also pretty relaxed about things generally. I’m social and like meeting new people, but tend to be pretty busy and independent. I like yoga, camping, cooking, road trips and spend most of my extra time working for my freelance floristry business or on my postgrad thesis. Hi! I'm looking for accommodation from late March 2025. I'm 43, work full-time, love to bake and am usually out and about doing random activities such as going for a ride or yoga class. I'm respectful of others' spaces and having lived in share houses before, I understand cleaning rosters etc. required to make the house homely for all housemates. Because I am also studying, I'm looking for a large room that can comfortably fit a double bed and desk with room to move. Or if the room is smaller, access to a study would be great. An unfurnished space would be my preference. I will be away on weekends each fortnight and will have my partner stay over on the alternate fortnight.
