I am moving from Nowra and I am going to be working full time in Canberra during the week. I just work, I watch Netflix, enjoy doing my puzzles and going out for dinner with friends. I'm not that exciting lol. I wouldn't need to use many other areas of the house, most important is just a room and bathroom plus microwave and kettle (would be happy to have these in my room). I would be going away most weekends unless there was an emergency at work or an event attend. I am clean, tidy and respectful of others. Would prefer/need private/own batheoom/ensuite. thanking you

I'm a full time worker who loves walking in her spare time. I'm clean and tidy and keep to myself. I have a place on the far south coast and will be travelling between the two. I'm quiet and respectful and also happy to mow, clean, pet walk, share chores etc. I'm looking for quiet preferably self contained furnished accomodation with its own bathroom. However with the right home and combination I'm happy to fit in with one or two others and source appropriate furniture.. I also need preferably under cover parking but would try off street parking. I will be working in the office in the cbd full time (by choice). I prefer to travel to work by public transport so availability would be great. My start date is 14 October 2024. If you have something that might suit me please make contact. I am open to giving anything a try as I'm not familiar with all the surrounding suburbs but if you think I'd be able to access the cbd easily happy to investigate options. Also happy to house sit if you happen to have to be away for any length of time.
