We are super close to Canning Bridge Station (5 minute walk max) and are along the bus route to Curtin University, if not it is a 5 minute drive max to Curtin. Bills are also not the expensive and are split evenly between us. The house is not much to clean and comes already furnished all you have to bring is yourself and your furniture and belongings for your room. Bills may not be included in the rent but they are not very expensive.
Great location with view to the river. Easy access to freeway close to everything. The available room is at top floor. Easy going house mates, quite house. An adopted 2years old Greyhound is also in the house.
I'm an employed 28 year-old engineer who relocated permanently to Perth from Malaysia last November. Have lived with my current housemate for almost a year now with no problem as I am easy-going, considerate, respectful, neat and tidy. She can attest to that :) I'm moving because she will be moving back to Bunbury with her husband once the lease ends. I believe in the saying 'Don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you', hence I appreciate sincerity and honesty. I enjoy video games (have a PS4 but don't worry I will not fight for the TV as I have my own), going on amazing road trips, beaches, coffee-hunting, keeping fit and planning to take up guitar in due time (I promise to keep it quiet!!). I'm open to different adventures and activities as I'm excited to explore this beautiful new place I'll be living in for awhile. Though I am always down for adventures or night-outs, I also enjoy a quiet night in with movies and respect personal space. Not a FIFO but my work occasionally requires me to go offshore 1-2 weeks at a time. I'm looking for a room with a budget of 160-170pw (no bills included) or 180-200pw (bills included). Room doesn't have to be furnished as again, I have my own furnitures but preferably with good-sized BIR and able to fit queen size bed, a desk and bookshelf/ dresser (I might have to choose between the two :( if it doesn't fit). And sorry, I would prefer only females but couples excepted.
Heyy guys , I’m an international student originally from Sri Lanka who’s working partime and also doing an internship in engineering field.. I studied electrical engineering and looking for a job from that field. I’m a person who prefer a clean neat and tidy house with friendly housemates.. I prefer if the place is less noisy and definitely not a party animal... I prefer studying during the night time so I might be awake till late night and usually talk to my parents during the night time too .. I love watching movie and reading and also cooking and I prefer a very clean kitchen and bathroom importantly.. Thank you
Hi! I’m really easy going, enjoy a chat from time to time but also respect people’s personal space. I’ve lived out of home for a while as my parents decided to stay over east.. so this is nothing new to me! Im hardly home on the weekends and some nights during the week,I have my own queen sized bed and mattress and I’m really just looking for a place to call home as my previous home owner is now renovating and selling the property. :)
Originally from Albany, living in Mandurah and starting at UWA next semester studying Bio-Med. I'll be studying full time and enjoy going out a lot but still will pull my weight around the place. Bills won't be an issue and I'll be able to easily pay everything on time with no drama's. I went to boarding school during high school so I know all the in's and outs of a share house. I enjoy being active and going to the gym and getting out or maybe having a quiet night in my spare time.
I am very friendly, easygoing and extrovert. I am very organized and I respect privacy. I am not noisy and i like calmed environments.
Hi all. Looking for a fully furnished room to rent preferably with females. Currently studying at Curtin University so ideally hoping to be somewhere close to Uni or the city. It would be great to have a parking bay provided as I own a car. Also hoping there is a park or river nearby the house so I can run sometimes! I'm clean, friendly, quiet, and respectful. Spending most of my personal time reading books, watching Netflix, running and doing yoga. Have a budget of $160 a week. Can move in ASAP. Thanks!
Originally from Geraldton moving to Perth for university. I’m studying nursing and currently work in aged care as a carer. Looking for an affordable place for me and my pup (small jack Russell terroir.) He doesn’t bark and is very quiet lovable dog.
I’m currently studying a Master of Occupational Therapy and working part time so I am generally pretty busy and tend to keep to myself during the semester. I’m a relatively quiet person, I like to spend my downtime outdoors or reading, although I do enjoy having a glass of wine with friends. I’m looking for a place close to Curtin uni in a laid back, peaceful house with housemates with whom I can have a friendly relationship.
I am a very social person who loves to strike up a conversation with just about anyone. I love to cook and have a passion for painting. Full-time student at Murdoch University.
Hi I'm Karen & even tho I'm 49 I'm a young 49 yr old @ heart! I'm a single mum but my daughter is not living with me. I have a 10yr old white Maltese Shitzu cross called Chester. He is a very friendly dog, more like a sooky dog. I usually keep to myself but would also like to meet new people, have a drink, watch a movie or a chat!
Pretty chilled easy going person, working full time in the city for an insurance company, recently completed a marketing/journalism degree at Curtin. I'm originally from Bunbury, love the beach, a big fan of cooking,a big reader at heart and have a big appreciation for film, photography and music. Happy to mingle with both boys and girls, preferably somewhere in their 20s. Looking for a home with easy going people, happy to socialise and get rowdy but I appreciate some down time. In saying that, I do socialise quite a fair bit so most of the time I probably won't even be home. If you have pets that's an added bonus because I'm a big fan of furry creatures. Looking for a home close to the beach, willing to be further out of the city for this reason.
Hey i'm Alex, I'm Aussie I've just come back to Perth after travelling around outback WA working in some sick pubs, I'm super chill, honest, very reliable and very clean. Looking for a chill place for summer and somewhere to sleep! I work in hospo so I'm always busy and never home, love a laugh, love the beach and good vibes!
I'm going to be doing part-time study next year at UWA. I previously did full-time study. I intend to return to Perth to study and do part-time work. I can be pretty quiet to start off with but I do like a chat when I get to know someone. I enjoy watching movies, making cocktails, playing board games and listening to history podcasts. I also like cooking but I won't pretend to be very good at it. I'm pretty relaxed with whatever people do but I tidy up after myself and expect other people to within reason. I would prefer live with people around my age. I would prefer to live relatively near a train station but it's not a deal-breaker.
Hi I am Lea. I am originated in Hong Kong but moved to Perth 2 years ago to study in Murdoch. Having the experience of living in homestay and share house, I am a housemate who is pretty easy-going, tidy and respectful for other people's space. I am relatively quiet however I am happy to socialise. A dinner chat with wine would be perfect for me. I love art and crafting. As an animal science student, I am looking for people (ideally girls at similar age) who are happy to have animals around the house as I may own pet birds/cat in the future. I am looking for share house/ whole property to share especially in south Fremantle/ Fremantle since I love the beach but of course other suburbs are also taken into my consideration. Don't forget to shoot me a message if you are interested!
Im easy going, can hold a conversation. Clean; tidy and punctual. I regard myself as an introvert but that doesn't stop me from being able to socialise. Just an all round good guy. when I am at home I usually spend the time cooking or winding down. If you have any further questions feel free to send me a message!
Hi there. Just some background about me. My names Simon, I’m a 24 year old male and working full time. My background is Scottish/Chinese and I was born in Sydney but grew up in Malaysia. I am a very laid-back type of person who is sociable but also tend to keep to myself for the most part. I work a lot but in my down time I enjoy photography, martial arts and cooking. I do enjoy the odd night out but I’m always aware of my surroundings and am respectful of those I live with. I would like to find a place with one or two people at maximum as it avoids the hassle of splitting bills evenly etc.
I am a twenty year old female who is renting room from my sister's mum and I am looking to move out soon. I am starting university in the new year, and I work in retail currently. I have two fighting fish that I will be bringing with me, and if pets allowed then my dog but that isn't a requirement as she is still welcome with my parents. I am a quiet, introverted person. I write, read and do lots of volunteer based work as well as my job.
