Both bedrooms have large wardrobes with sliding doors and one also has an en suite attached. There is air-conditioning, dishwasher, clothes dryer, washing machine, microwave and fridge here. Other things you should know: -The building allows pets, but I already have a bird so you would only be able to bring in another bird. -I am flexible about which room I'm in. One has air-conditioning and an en suite and a larger windows than the other. Both have fans. If you wanted the room without the air con, I do have a spare heater that you can plug into a powerpoint -you will need to submit a rental application and have your name on the 6 month lease. Bond is $400. -you will also need to bring your own bed -a lot of the furniture belongs to the current house mate so I will be taking a trip to Ikea and replacing this.
