Cannon Hill is a great suburb central to everything, the train is a 10-minute walk, bus stop to the city directly across the road, cafes restaurants at your fingertips. Cannon Hill plaza a 10-minute walk and Westfield Carindale only 10 minutes in the car. The apartment is new and very modern inside, fully furnished including the bedroom you are renting, you have a Queen size comfortable bed.The room is 3.4X 3.3 in size so not small, double robe and mirrored doors, TV point in the bedroom. Your own large modern bathroom has a bath and shower. The balcony is great in summer and has city views which are awesome. Netflix, the apartment is air-conditioned.
This is a clean, fresh & somewhat tropical apartment. There is aircon and fan with built ins in room. Just 5min walk to the train station or short walk to the shops. Quick drive down the road to get on the motorway to get down the coast or north to the airport. A nice balcony for a bbq with two or three friends. Not a party house but 6km from city if want to party. There is a cage down stairs to lock up push bike. Rules are to leave the place the way you find it. To be kept tidy but also clean. No smokers, drug users, couples or party animals.

Awesome balcony overlooking the pool with City Sunset views! The huge room is upstairs next to a massive kitchen with Gas stove & dishwasher, The bathroom would be shared with 1 other as there's two more downstairs. 2x Living rooms if you want to chill in your own space. Woolies & Coles is only 4 mins walk away, and Cannon Hill Train station is only 10 mins walk. It's only a short uber to Oxford street restaurants and Bulimba cinema & ferry terminal. Bills included in the rent, pool maintenance and landscaping is too. A bunch of really easy going guys ( & Girl) a good balance between keeping their own space and being social.

We're going on a 3 week vacation from 19.02.18-12.03.18 and we are offering our private bedroom in a shared townhouse that comfortably sleeps up to 2 people or a couple. The room has a queen sized bed, 2 night stands, a build in wardrobe, an AC and a ceiling fan. Your own bathroom is across the hall. The bathroom has nice, fairly new furniture, a toilet and a shower/bathtub. You'll be sharing the downstairs living and dining area with our lovely roommates Rafa and Nati. They are very busy working and studying though which is why you will have the place to yourself most of the times. The kitchen and living area are equipped with everything you need to feel at home (cooking facilities, dining table, couch, TV with Netflix, guest toilet, AC etc.). We also have a small garden for you to enjoy. We have a garage if you have bulky gear/equipment with you. The complex also includes a pool, gym and barbecue area that you can use. Parking is available in the parking area of the complex. You can reach the city center (South Bank, CBD, Fortitude Valley in 25-30 min by bus (215). A shopping center is just 7 min away on foot (Groceries etc.). The Westfield mall in Carindale is just 10 min away by bus. A couple of nice parks are also close by. The place is perfect if you're just arriving in Brisbane and need a base to get settled and find your own apartment or house. Rafa and Nati are the nicest people in the world and help you with everything. Our minimum requirement is a week, but feel free to contact us if you're looking to stay a bit shorter. You will only need bedroom gear I can help with draws but that’s all I really got. It’s has a private front court yard that could be used for a coldy or just to lay in the sun. Down stairs is kitchen,lounge, dining, laundry and toilet and upstairs is all the bedrooms. It Would just be you and I here which means you get just as much say can put you on the lease as well.
