The Apartment This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a large balcony and modern kitchen. You will get your own room with a walk-in robe and your own bathroom with a huge bath (shower over bath) for only $210 a week + bills. The room has an air conditioner and ceiling fan. If you are a student, the room will fit a desk. This apartment is only 3 years old and therefore is very clean and there is no damage to the property. Note that the furniture in the apartment is not mine, it was just on the advertisement. I have yet to move in, so it will be decorated a lot nicer and more modern. I also keep a fairly active lifestyle (running, cycling, rock climbing, etc). Most of the time, anyway :) Ideally I need at least room for a desk with a PC and books etc., on top of regular storage. I also have a car, motorbike and two bikes (pedal power) that will need to go somewhere relatively safe. I'm looking preferably for somewhere with more than one bathroom, and if there's undercover parking or space for my car (and/or motorbike) that's a big incentive for me!!! I have just moved over from WA to work as a full time nanny for three beautiful children and am looking for a place to stay. Hi im Jay, im very relaxed and easy going, clean, I like having social drinks with roomates but my big nights are done with, i do watch abit of live music and play guitar (electric so its quite) in the afternoons to relax, i usually keep it pretty quiet durng the week just run or ride alittle, on the weekend i try and be out as much as possible and i mountain bike most weekends. More than happy to live with pets. Im a electrician and work fulltime and some weekends. I do have some furniture, tv, tv cabinet, fridge, washing machine if needed and would love to have somewhere to put my bikes and possibly my car.
