Me:
- Work full time in IT for the government;
- Police checked due to work;
- No issues whatsoever with law, drugs, alcohol, gambling;
- Clean, respectful, calm, drama free, pay my bills on time;
- Have perfect rental history/references;
- Australian citizen, willing to show my identity documents, proof of my work, describe in overall terms what I do at work, explain my connections to other countries and provide information on my overseas travel history in the past 5 years.
You:
- professional person or a couple with similar points as described about me but there is no need to have police check or work for the government. You can be PR or citizen of Australia.
I am looking to share 4 bedroom house/townhouse (of a total rent $650-900) with one professional person or a couple to:
- have own bedroom, own office room and own bathroom;
- split rent and bills equally between occupants;
- have location close to beautiful walk path. e.g. North Lakes (near Lake Eden) | Woody Point | Scarboroughg | Newport | Shorncliffe | Sandgate;
- be able to work from home up to 4 days a week;
- have opportunity to let my friends stay couple of days in my office room (if they visit me which is not often);
- allow my future partner live at this place if that is required (with rent adjustment);
- if you currently have place but it does not fit the above and you would like to relocate (within 6 months) to a place which does fit, I can rent from your current place and then at the end of your lease we can together find a better place and relocate.
Other:
- For team up to rent a house I am happy to spend around $3k on furniture/appliances (Ikea style in lite/timber colors) and offer 3 months' advance payment if that increases our chance to rent it;
