Hey guys! I’m Nila, I’m 23 and studying a Master of International Relations at Melbourne Uni, while working part-time at Oxfam Australia in Carlton. When I’m not studying or working I’m mostly out with friends picnicking in Edinburgh Gardens, having a beer at the pub or going to a gig, music festival, or on the odd camping or hiking trip. At home I’m usually watching a good tv show (or trash tv, let’s be honest), reading, cooking or trying to keep my houseplants alive. I’m looking for friendly and down to earth housemates who are open-minded, clean and willing to do their fair share around the house (the usual stuff), respectful of other people’s space and downtime but also keen to have a chat/drink/dinner together every now and then! I’m a huge animal lover and have plenty of experience living in share houses here in Melbourne and overseas. I’m looking to move in around late October, but willing to pay rent from when the room is available. If there’s anything else you’d like to know about me please get in touch!
Hi! I'm a Bachelor of Arts international student from Singapore, currently studying at the University of Melbourne. I am usually seen studying and doing my readings for school, but I don't mind having a chat or hanging out sometimes. I don't mind pets and I like to keep things neat and clean. I love to cook and exercise! I would prefer a place that is within walking distance to UniMelb, or have free transportation options to get to the school.
Hi guys, My name is JK originally from South Korea looking for a single room. I am clean and stay quiet at home but I could go full on socializing when the time is right. I love cooking and sharing food with stories of our own. I work full time in hospitality in the Richmond area so possibly looking for the room nearby. Feel free to contact me if you have a good kitchen and room. Peace!
Very quiet and organized, not a party person, but also very funny.

Hello, I’m looking for a room in Prahran, South Yarra or Windsor. Ideally the closer to The Alfred hospital would be best as I’m studying there. Also wouldn't mind living in Southbank, South Melbourne or the CBD either. Or alternatively looking for someone else to team up and share a 2 bedroom house or apartment with. I’m a student who also runs a semi lucrative side business. Money isn’t an issue so I have no trouble with paying rent and bills on time. Can provide a reference for this too. I’m a busy person and easy to get along with. I work a lot and at times will be in and out of house a fair bit.. Also there will be some nights you'll get to yourself if you're someone who likes their space. I know I do. However, I'm also quite social and chatty too with lots of interesting stories to tell. I have a cat. He’s black and white and very domesticated and sweet. Ideally, I’d like to have him with me. However, my mum also loves him too and he’s quite old. So can leave him at home with my mum rather than taking him with me if necessary. I also love many other animals, so if you have dogs, I’m happy to help out with dog walking or minding your pets. Very into health and fitness - eat healthy, lift weights, pole dance, taekwondo... Passionate about mental health and helping others. I’m very laid back, non judgmental, respectful of others, clean up after myself etc etc... Get in touch if keen xx
We are easy going and laid-back students from Sri lanka looking for a place to stay in the city (close to La Trobe street) while we study at the William Angliss Institute. We are quite easy to get along with and we make friends with anyone easily. we probably wont be in most of the time mainly due to Uni but we would very much enjoy an occasional beer and the occasional outing. we are respectful of other peoples space and privacy and no, we are not gay but we don't have any issues with anyone who is. ps. accommodation is needed asap
21 year old student at University of Melbourne. Social and outgoing, working mostly nights in hospitality. Interested in music, sports (footy and NBA), and travel.
Hey! My name is Viji and I'm a full time professional, working as an Operations Manager. Born and raised in Melbourne, I barrack for the pies (don't hold it against me) and I enjoy going to the gym to keep fit. I do like to have a few drinks on a Friday/Saturday with colleagues and friends though I'm not an every weekend party animal and I am always up for a chat.
My partner Tiarna and I are both vegan, non-smokers, quiet, neat, down-to-earth, happy and easy to get along with :) We're moving from the Gold Coast to Melbourne to explore the arts (and coffee) scene. We are dance teachers and performers who also work in online business (we have a secure income). We love socialising, cafe-hopping and having a chat with others over a drink, but also very much value our solitary time, and always respect this of others. We're open to any questions!
I moved interstate almost a year ago and have been experiencing Melbourne ever since. I’m a full time bartender, and work some days also so I’m not home a lot but when I am, I like to cook, binge Netflix, or play with my cat. I go to music festivals, hang out with friends and explore new places and travel. I’m fairly laid back and clean. I have a year old cat who is so tiny and very cuddly. Ideally looking to start a new sharehouse in these areas with some cool people and have our own little thing going on but open to moving in somewhere if it’s suited. Move in date is flexible.
I'm an easy going person. Always open for a chat, neat and likes to cook. I finished my bachelor in psychology. Last year I traveled already for 8 months and I decided to come to Australia with a work holiday visa. I still want to improve my English and get to know the culture and lifestyle better.
Hi All, I am a 26 year old happy-go-lucky female. I will be moving to Melbourne on 1st September 2018. I am a looking for a place to land in and start this new venture. I am working as a IT professionally but am not as boring as it sounds. I prefer to stay clean and organised personally. Your room your rules.. but hoping that the common areas will be sorted out on a mutual understanding. I like hanging out with friends.. have a occasional wine-movie night.. cook occasionally and share take-away. Looking for someone co-cordial to live with who may/may-not turn into a friend. Cheers!
We are coming from Turkey planning to live and work in Melbourne for a year. Most of the time we will be outside working or entertaining the city, so we need a place to stay that preferably is not so far away from the city center.
We're a couple from Brazil very friendly, tidy, reliable and clean! We love to talk, drink wine and cook when we back from the school or work in the night! We're very respectful with our flatmates!
Hi there, I am Bibo 27 years. A recent UTS graduate and decided to move to Melbourne cus fuck Sydney! And also, I got offered a full-time job in Melbourne :) I will be working with Heinz all week from 9-5 roughly and will probably get a lot of free products from their wide range of brands to bring home! I enjoy running in the evenings, and go to bed fairly early. I enjoy relaxing on weekends, not really the party guy anymore, had a fair bit of that and I'm kind of done with that scene! But I do enjoy going out for drinks on the weekend and having a nice dinner somewhere. I love cooking and love sharing my food. I enjoy kite surfing, going to the beach, and going on adventures. If you believe we'll be a great match, don't hesitate to hit me up :) Cheers Bibo

Hey! We are Jenni and Jack from Glasgow, Scotland (both 24) 😃 We are looking for an accommodation that is located near or in St Kilda. Jack and I have been travelling south east Asia for the last few months and are excited to start our journey in Melbourne. We are fun, warm hearted and confident people who will talk to anyone and everyone when given the opportunity. We have lived together for over two years so know the importance of keeping the place clean and tidy haha! We are looking to get jobs in our professions when working in Melbourne; I am a teacher and Jack is a personal trainer. We both enjoy keeping fit, one likes it more than the other... and cooking meals from scratch is something we both really enjoy. In our flat at home we love hosting get togethers with friends to enjoy food and drinks. We arrive in Melbourne early September and are very excited about it! Please contact us if you have any other questions 😀
I'm an outgoing guy and loves to socialise out of work. Working and running my own business in the CBD makes sense for me to live within city fringe/CBD. Pretty active person and likes to be out and about. I go to gym most days and love to be part of sporting activities. I can cook and aware of hygiene and respectful of personal space. I am born in Melbourne and has always been in the suburbs and now looking to experience City life!
Hello there! We are a young couple from Spain. We have recently graduated in Biomedical Engineering by the University of Barcelona and we will go to Melbourne on October on a Working Holiday Visa. Our plan is to work there for 6 months and then travel a little bit around Australia and hopefully other countries! We would like to live in a small studio by ourselves or have our room in a shared property. We love a good pint at the pub, chill time at home (watching soccer and Netflix movies/shows), doing sports, etc. We are super friendly and respectful. We have both shared flats before with other individuals and we have never had a problem. We are after housemates we can be friends and socialise with, but who are also clean and respectful of the shared areas. Also, we are both fluent in Spanish, Catalan and English but would love to share the house with some English-speaking friends so we can practice the language! Olivia and Miguel
Hi, My partner and I are looking for a 1 bedroom apartment to stay in for a couple of months at the start of September. Preferably Southbank area but we are flexible. It would be absolutely perfect if the flat has a pool and a gym as we've got used to having these in our current place! We are friendly, tidy people and will treat your flat with respect for the duration of our stay. We are not looking for shared accommodation! Looking forward to hearing from you :)
I am extremely chilled, work in the media industry and I have the best 5yo black Labrador named Sunny who is my world. Hoping to find a fellow dog-lover who doesn't mind having dogs live inside. I am reliable, professional and am as comfortable keeping to myself as I am chatting amongst friends/acquaintances or strangers. I am currently living in my hometown in southern NSW and am looking to make the move to Melbourne as soon as possible. I am currently in search of a fulltime job which I should come my way pretty soon given my extensive experience and qualifications in marketing/communications/journalism. I won't be making the move to Melbourne until I have my professional future sorted. I don't mind which part of the city I live in but I guess that could change depending on where I am located with work. However the main sticking point is definitely being able to live in harmony with my beautiful best friend, Sunny!
I am clean, neat and tidy but also very easy going - Not much phases me. I enjoy meeting new people and making new friends but also enjoy my own time. I like to contribute to household chores and maintenance and will go out of my way to help others if needed. Some of my interests include live music, playing guitar, playing basketball, baking and going for walks. I am coffee dependent. I also recently discovered an interest in puzzles. I have a few plant babies and will happily care for yours as my own if ever needed.
