I'm looking for an individual female to share a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with two other females. I'm sorry but men or couples will not be considered. The rent is $300 per week including all bills, access to Netflix and Stan and a cleaner who will thoroughly clean the apartment on a fortnightly basis. The available room is fully furnished, has a queen-size bed as well as a desk and built in robe. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other female. Unfortunately no car parking is available so the room would be ideal for a student as the apartment is a 3 minute walk from the Carnegie train station and only one stop away from Monash University (Caulfield campus). If required I am also happy to supply linen and towels for use during your stay and naturally anyone sharing the apartment will have full use of all household items (I.e. pots, pans, washing machine etc.). The apartment is brand new, fully furnished and in an excellent location: - 3 minute walk to Carnegie Train Station (16 minute travel time into Flinders St) - 4 minute walk to Koornang Road where you will find a numerous amount of cafes and restaurants, all the major banks, post office, library and everything else you would expect on a busy strip. - 6 minute walk to Woolworths supermarket. - 8 minute drive to Chadstone Shopping Centre. Parking: Unfortunately, as the property is so close to the train station, street parking has a 2 hour time limit between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 1pm Saturday. Smoking: Okay provided you’re an outside smoker.
Hi, my name is Ben and i'm from Singapore. I am currently in my third year at Monash University majoring in Marketing. I enjoy playing most sports or just chilling at home. I also enjoy cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. If i'm not chilling at home, I also like to go out (or stay in) for a drink or 2. Will be back in Melb on the 23rd of Feb, hoping to find a place soon, so i don't have to crash with friends for too long :(
Hey there!!! I'm a uni student studying culinary. I currently work full time as a chef in d city. Im clean, tidy, helpful and most importantly share house trained. I like my own space but won't mind if u intrude at times. Also you won't be seeing much of me as my work n school takes most of my time. I enjoy long chats over a meal or a few drinks. So if you think I fit into d role of ur ideal housemate then please get back.
Hi! I am Ivy, currently studying at Monash Uni. I am quite busy and spend most of the time at school. I am a relaxing, friendly person but clean and tidy as well. No partying or smoking.
I'm a very chill housemate, tidy and respectful of other people's spaces. I like to socialise and have drinks/watch movies and whatnot with my housemates but I will also spend a bit of time in my room painting and drawing. I'm vegetarian and like to cook a bit, am also great at taking care of the dishes. I have a cat who is very loving and energetic, loves cuddles and being played with so I'd be happy to share his attention with others.
Uhh I got a PlayStation and projector, a pretty awful sense of humour...uhhh...I’m pretty easy going, I’m fairly into but snarky about TV/film/music...I will let you eat my food without harbouring resentment. Always on time with rent. I’m not messy in common areas.
2 kiwi girls (we are a couple) looking for (preferably) a 1 bedroom apartment or room in an apartment with bills included. Furnished would be great as we are coming from NZ and we won't have any furniture! We are moving to Melbourne on the 20th April for PhD study and work. Preferably we would like to live in the inner city suburbs/not too far away from the CBD by public transport. We’re very clean and respectful, enjoy cooking, sports/gym, and are very excited to explore Melbourne when we arrive! We love cats so if you have one, all the better!
Hi. I am Chris and I am looking for a place in a shared house/apartment. I work full time as a public servant. In my spare time I enjoy catching up with friends, reading and listening to music. I've lived in several share houses over the last 12 years and enjoy the social aspect of share houses. I'm looking for easy going sociable flatmates. As I work full time during the week, I would prefer a household that was reasonably quiet on weeknights.
I am currently second-year Law/Commerce student at Monash! I work part-time at a cafe in Doncaster. I am a super friendly and sociable person who enjoys having a good time with others! I love attending gigs and painting.
I work full-time as an account manager. I volunteer as an AFL Auskick volunteer on sundays at the MCG. I mostly keep to myself with my job being 9-5 mon-fri. I’m near, tidy, self-sustaining and am a great listener in conversations. I don’t make much noise however I am very friendly and easy to get along with.
I'm coming over to Melbourne from Perth to start my masters mid-year at Monash. I work part-time as an environmental scientist. When I'm not working or studying I enjoy going rock climbing, reading books, or watching movies. I've lived in share houses for the last 4 years, and am very clean.
I’m a 22 year old health student at Deakin Uni and also working at a fight gym, my hobbies include martial arts etc. I am an easy going individual with a good outlook, so I get along with people quick! I’m a welcoming person who respects space as well.
Hi there! I'm Lena. I'm a quiet-but-friendly 23 year-old, currently studying Sociology and literature at Monash Clayton. I'm a nonbinary queer person, so very understanding to fellow LGBTQIA+ folks. As far as housemate 'style', I deeply value honest communication, and respect. I've been sharehousing for roughly 5 years. I'm hoping for somewhere that is safe and restorative for all of us. My cat Eli is friendly with other cats (once introduced responsibly) and very chill. He has (to my knowledge, he's a 9-year-old rescue I've had for a year) never damaged any soft furnishings. I have a new fridge, and bedroom furniture but no washer dryer or vacuum etc. Because of my disabilities I need to be close to public transport as I sometimes can't walk far. I'm a spoonie (person with limited energy as a result of chronic illness). I love a good cup of tea, book, succulent garden, chat, netflix evening. I'm an experienced share-house-erer and I've lived in Melbourne a year (NSW before that). Please let me know if you or anyone you know have a safe room I can rent ASAP! Looking forward to meeting you and your home :)
Hello fellow flatmate-ers! I'm currently looking for a place to move into (either this year or start of next year) with like minded folks! My interests are: Yoga (philosophy of it and asanas) Movies and Tv shows (hence the study path) Photography Being outdoors (as much as I like being indoors) Please feel free to contact me if I sound like the kind of person that you'd like to hang out with!
