Hey! My names brodie, moved up to west suburbs of Melbourne about 11 months ago, in desperate search for a new place to live as owners of this house are selling. Easy going bloke, work anywhere from 5-7 days a week full time within civil construction. Love meeting new people, very social kind of person. If I’m not working I’m usually at the gym or spending time back home with family. Love cooking and prepping meals for my weeks ahead, hate being lazy and always clean up after myself. Let me know what you have listed and we can go from there! Thanks in advance
We have a room available in Taylors lakes. Its a double story house with fast NBN internet and Netflix included in Rent. Rent per month is $750 ($175) per week. We also have a smaller private room downstairs for $150 per week. Water, gas and electricity will be divided with the residents. You will have access to 2 x toilets and 1 x bathroom (shower and spa bath). Watergardens shopping and train station is 10 min walk (2 min drive). Its a well maintained house and is very clean. Quiet location with minimal noise. Call Joseph
A light bright lovely three bedroom two bathroom townhouse located 5 minutes from Watergardens shopping centre and a 10 minute walk to the train station, is only a half hour trip into the City. It features large living area with Comfortable sofa and big screen tv , tiled floors and carpeted upstairs, leafy green courtyard and street parking available. Own bathroom .
I currently rent a large two storey, 3 bedroom house, and have been here for 10 1/2 years. My housemate (female, 27) who has been here for 3 1/2 years is moving back to NZ due to family reasons, on 17th Dec. So I am now in search for a new housmate (long-term) - NOTE: it's not available till *after* the 17th Dec. For your personal use: The main bedroom with walk-in-robe and full ensuite. There is a queen size bed in the room, you can use it, or I can put it in the spare room. I sleep in one of the smaller bedrooms, and use the other bedroom as my study/storage. The house has two living areas, good sized kitchen, large laundry, largish back yard, smaller separate court yard with clothes line, and a secure double garage. It's ducted heating throughout, but aircon is downstairs only (so can get rather hot upstairs during summer). Bus 421 outside, goes to Watergardens train station/shopping center (or just walk there in 15 min or so). In the other direction the bus goes to St. Albans station (about 40 min). If you drive, then quick access to major arterial roads (Melton Hwy, Calder Freeway, Western Ring, Citylink, and Tullamarine airport). House is surrounded by lots of parkland and recreation areas, and the road outside is a popular walking strip as a result. House is furnished (nothing too fancy) with all the usual stuff you'd expect to find in an established home, but there is enough spare space if you have things you want/need to bring. Just recently (finally!) got NBN (unlimited data) and I'm using secure Wifi around the house. *About You*: Be considerate, not too noisy, clean and reasonably tidy person that can contribute to a safe and stress-free home. Other than that, just be yourself. *About Me*: I'm mature age (40+), and a product of the 80's. I'm happily single, never married, never had children, but I do have 2 pedigree cats (Australian Mist), both female, spayed, both 11+ years old, and they'll happily provide you with free cat therapy ;-) My interests are computers, programming, gaming, watching Twitch/Mixer...and ... well, whatever grabs my interest at any particular time. I am somewhat of an introvert .. but not in an uncomfortable or awkward way. To use a quote from Spaceballs.. "I'm my own best friend". In 2014, I decided I'd 'had enough' of my 20 year career in I.T, and wanted to shift to something more social/community oriented. Since then, I've been studying full-time at Deakin - I've almost completed a Bachelor of Psychology, but I put that on hold temporarily so that I could do some post-grad studies in IT - will try to complete the psych degree after that. I've also just completed 4 years volunteering as a 'Community Visitor', with the Office of the Public Advocate (OPA). Just google 'OPA community visitor' if you don't know about it. No more pets, as my two cats are more than enough (and they won't like other pets being around anyway). Please make sure you can *easily* cover the following shared living costs: - Total Rent is $1521 per month ($350 p/w), and I pay this in advance on the 14th of each month (which works out to $175 each per week). - Total NBN is $75 per month, and I pay this in advance on the 1st of each month (which works out to ~$8.50 each per week). Which essentially means that each month, in advance, you pay $734 (which incl. rent/nbn for the month that follows). I might consider 2 weeks at a time also, but certainly prefer monthly (since that is what I pay). The only other shared expenses are electricity and water (every 3mths), and gas (every 2mths). You'd be expected to contribute a fair share towards bills when they arrive. As I'm home alot, I tend to contribute a greater amount towards those bills. You must be a non-smoker (it's not negotiable), as I have mild asthma that is easily triggered by smoke, perfume, cleaning fragrances etc...so you need to be really, really considerate of that. Rather than go on any more (which I could), best you contact me if interested and we can take it from there.
Hi! We have 1 rooms available for rent, if your looking for a temporary stay or even long term. Prefer single female but couples both working are accepted for extra cost. Walking distance to bus 420 from watergardens train station to sunshine station via station road, brimbank shopping center, cairnlea, deer park or 425 bus to St Albans Kindly send SMS for inquiry.
I am currently unemployed - mostly due to health concerns, although I have been looking for part-time work. I can currently afford about $150 p/w (or closer to $250 if bills/internet are included) When I'm not scouring the job boards, or hurrying to medical appointments, I like to game or read. I'm generally a quiet person, tidy, no pets (though I love animals) and a non smoker. I have a lot of books, they're my pride and joy, and and my one real indulgence. The last few places I have had to leave most of them in storage. Ideally I'd like to move somewhere that I can set my bookshelves up, and have my library with me. (Six bookshelves of varying sizes - equivalent to about three queen mattresses)
I'm a full time worker, i love a good laugh and am always in a happy mood! I dont do much with myself apart from work, sleep and gym. But i do also enjoy hanging with friends! Im clean, and cant stand a messy kitchen, i respect others privacy aswel as expect it back.
Hi! I'm 22 and live with my 2 year old beagle, Alfie. I work part time in Docklands and I play soccer 3-4 nights a week. In my spare time I like to eat, watch documentaries and listen to music. I currently live in Bundoora but as my lease here is ending soon, so I'm looking to move elsewhere. I'm hoping to live with someone/people roughly my age who enjoy having a laugh, a game of Mario Kart and who don't mind puppy cuddles.
Hi! My name is Allie, I'm twenty one years old and work as a waitress. I am a very artistic person, bright and friendly in nature. I enjoy a good chat, and am also happy in my own company. I was raised with great manners and am very respectful of those I live with. I clean up after myself and don't come home and/or leave at ridiculous hours of the morning and night. I'm looking for down to earth house mate that are happy to have a meal together but also know when to give me my space. People that respect each other and the shared living spaces.
