Its close to public transport, its nice quiet and small. Coles, multuple fast foods, just up the road. Maccas down the other end. Train station only 1k away, bus stops are within walking distance, there's a park if you have a child on the weekend. Its a lovely house, secluded in a way, you dont hear any traffic. Im moving out of the main bedroom, so this comes with aircon and a wardrobe, its the biggest room in the house. Bills are included in rent.

I am a third year student studying a bachelor of nursing and paramedicine at Australian Catholic University in Banyo. I am clean and tidy and a very respectful person to live with. I often get up early and get home late, but don't worry, I am very quiet when I do! I love practicing yoga and I keep very busy with my studies during semester, so you probably won't see me much. I also love going away to the Lockyer Valley to visit my parents, where I often stay up to a week. I work a variety of shifts at The Prince Charles and Caboolture Hospitals whilst also a few nights a week at my yoga studio.
