I live in a great area of Carseldine, thats super quiet and chill, but also close to the train station and only $25 uber into the Valley. We have a big yard, ceiling fans and screened windows (have never really needed air con as the house doesn't get that hot) The bathroom is shared - however I am the only other housemate (the dog goes outside) and the shower and toilet etc are seperate. Off street parking. Internet and Netflix included in rent. Whoever moves in will be joining me on the lease - so will need to submit an application to my real estate and pay bond, but I will help with all of that :)

I am looking to rent a room, not only to save money, but to live in an area more convenient/flexible. I do not drink nor smoke. I work full time hours in a call centre and I study counselling externally part time. I very rarely use the kitchen/fridge for anything as I not one that likes to cook - prefer to buy fresh food daily for work. I don't watch TV nor want to use lounge-room. I don't have much of a social life, apart from at work and I would NEVER bring anyone into the house, as I have respect for security and privacy of others that live with me. The very little time I do have, outside of work, I like to go on walks, surf the internet and study. I am very clean person, and would much prefer to live in a house with people that prefer the same - fair/good hygiene. I will help out cleaning the bathroom and toilet/floors.
