I am an incoming international student who will be studying for a Masters degree in Data Science at Monash University (Caulfield campus) from July 2019. I have previously lived on campus accommodation (experienced both in a private bedroom and in a shared bedroom) during my undergraduate days, so I am not totally unfamiliar to shared accommodation. I have previously worked for approximately 4.5 years as a software engineer. My hobbies include playing music for community symphonic bands, participating in sea sports, but I will have to see whether I have the time and space for that when I arrive in Melbourne. I will also be looking out for part-time student employment if the opportunity arises. Do note that I am currently out of Australia (as at June 2019) and will only arrive in Melbourne, Australia on 15 July 2019.
My name is Kate, 20 year old Filipino studying nursing and working part time in party!! I'm in the city a lot so I'm looking to move into a place close to the station. Would be amazing to live with flatmates who are keen to hang out every now and then, and can hopefully become mates instead of just roommates!! I enjoy pizza nights while watching Netflix, casual drinks, road trips and havin’ a cute little doggo in the house would be a bonus! :D
Hi, I’m a registered nurse who works in various hospitals (The Alfred, St Vincent’s, Epworth to name a few), Asian background with 2y/o female Maltese Shih tzu dog named Hannahrose. She’s well trained and very friendly small dog. So, basically I’m looking for a pet friendly house or room to rent by end of June or earlier. I’m very tidy, respectful person who loves travelling, fitness, cooking, photography, outdoors and music (singer at church). I hope to find flatmates who are like minded or a property that allows me & my dog to stay. Ps. My budget is flexible, depends on what’s on offer. Thank you. Brigitte
I am studying at Monash University. I'm looking to live in a quiet, clean and somewhere fun to live with easy going housemates. I keep everything tidy and clean and expect the same from my housemates. I am also open for teaming up and looking to move into a new house. I am also flexible with the duration of the stay and move in dates and can consider short term as well.
I am chill, always down to joke around and make new friends ;) (Share a few beers to better know each other works too) I am clean, tidy and respectful and also ask for it to be reciprocated. Else, I don't mind! I love to travel and to eat :P not saying I am a cook... just that I love foooood! Happy go lucky! P-S: my flight arrive at 10PM on the 8th of July... so for any visit even if i would love to do either way, I ll have to wait for the 9th... unless I may move in directly? As for my budget, it is maximum 280 all bills included I'll pay on time, no worries ;)
Easy going, social, shared before, moving for full time work. Like people, pet friendly. Definitely a non smoker looking for a non smoking household. I would prefer to live with people closer to my own age, and I'm not looking for a student house. I would prefer a furnished room. I like to cook. Apparently I sing to myself when I'm happy. I like chilling out, often by reading or writing, and I'm hoping to improve my water colour skills this year. I enjoy tea and a chat with housemates, but I value privacy too. I'm currently Canberra based but moving to Melbourne to start work July 22.
Hi there! I'm planning on moving out in late July/ early August and looking for the right house mate! I work full time, so looking for someone who isn't a big partier but doesn't mind having people over for some dinner/ drinks every now and again. In my spare time I love to cook and I'm a big movie buff. I love going out on day trips or just relaxing on the couch with a book in hand. My preference is to find a place and I'm planning to bring my furniture (dining table, couch etc), however anything extra someone brings will be an added bonus. I also have a 6 month groodle pup (doesn't shed) but she will be staying with my parents. However I hope to have her come around on weekends so hopefully the perfect housemate will love animals!
Hi there! l’m looking for a new place to call home. I’ve been doing this share house thing for a while and so I understand the importance of personal space, respect and communication, and believe that your home should be your sanctuary. I’m in my early 30’s and I’m a 9 to 5er who works in the city, in the health sector. On week days I’m mostly doing my own thing. I try and get to the gym 2-3 times a week, but generally I’m out of the house between 8am and 6pm. I’m an early riser on weekends and always open for a cheeky morning coffee with company. I don’t smoke, or drink often, but I don’t judge others on their lifestyle choices (but would prefer no smoking inside!). I don’t have any pets of my own, but would be ok living in a house with pets. I’m a respectful person and I clean up after myself, and would prefer to live with respectful people who do the same. I would love to be a part of a home where on the odd occasion we share a meal, watch a movie, binge watch a show etc, but also have a mutual understanding of when its necessary to do our own thing... I love to socialise, but I also really love my own company. It’s all about balance.
Hi! I'm a student moving to Melbourne this September, looking for a place around Moorabbin/Bentleigh. I'm clean and organized and love animals. Pets are no problem for me. My schedule is super busy so won't be around a lot, but I love talking to people and I'm super friendly. Not a party person but it doesn't bother me. I'm just here to work/study. I occasionally cook up a fancy meal and I don't mind sharing :)
