Hi! Long message ahead so we won’t be wasting time exchanging messages. PROFILE :
I am 43 year old, Female. My job is remote-virtual assistant based in Ireland and another client in the US. A family Consultancy Business (me & my husband) can provide Bank Statements and Company Profile docs. Work hours : I am following the Irish/Atlantic Timezone which I will be needing to work on night shifts (Mon-Thurs only) with meetings online around midnights. I wont be too noisy as I do the paper works and documentations only and few minimal calls when needed during day time Australian time. Hence I needed an ensuit bath. I needed at least 4-5 Months from Mid-December to April tops or maybe more.

PREFERRED HOUSEMATES : Females, Students or Family/Couple with kids, without kids, with pets. Doesnt matter.

BUDGET : 400-450$ per week incl. bills

INQUIRY : I need a solo studio atleast. Or a room with attached /
ensuit bath. Doesnt matter how many people are living inside the house as long as I have my own bathroom.

AREA : Around Frankston Line and/ or Crandbourne Pakenham Line. As I have my fitness classes in Hughesdale-Oakleigh. The CBD, Brunswick, Carlton, Southbank area is also a choice as train line is very much available there.

TIMELINE : Mid Dec or beginning of 2027 Jan. I am moving to Ireland in about 6 months from now. I need a short term-temporary place.

Reason why I mention this, is because some owners are picky with their tenants’ status. I can provide a copy of my documents per request.

Other things about me: I am an early Millennial. Some of the International Students that works with me usually calls me “Auntie” because I am really am to them. I have an old soul, I love crochet and canvas painting as a hobby and dancing as my fitness. But hey! You can invite me to rave parties or just a dinner or a coffee. I’ve seen quite alot in this life, lived in Europe and the Middle East for sometime. I am tidy, respectful of personal spaces and used to live with other people. I can jive with any ethnicity. With cooking, I won’t be taking so much space and time in the kitchen as I am on my CalDef and peleo diet from time to time. We used to have 2 rescued Greyhounds for the last 07 Years, I am okay with pets and walks. Since I WFH I can look after your fur baby too!
