It’s a nice quiet complex which has a tennis court and swimming pool. Air conditioning in lounge room with recliners, double garage with home gym setup and room for a car (I don’t park mine inside it) plenty of storage room too. Bbq on balcony off lounge room. Also has dishwasher, dryer, I have a Netflix account and don’t mind new housemate using it. Electricity water and wifi to be split. Bedroom has ceiling fan and built in wardrobe and is about 3m x 3m. No specific house rules just clean up after yourself and be respectful. New housemate will have to fill out an application with the complex manager although they won’t be locked into the lease.
