Hi all, I'm looking for a private room. I'm 19 and have just graduated from The Fashion Institute. I work as a Casual at Sephora but am heavily supported by my parents so the rent will always be paid on time. I'm fun, communicative and very easy going socially. I'm neat and tidy and respect people's space. I enjoy my personal space but also love to hang around and chat after a busy day. Looking for a place to move into as soon as possible (SOS!). Hope to get in touch soon!
The house is in an excellent location at 2/70 Cook Road Centennial Park. The house is set in a very strategic area between the city and the beaches. It’s a perfect place if you like sports and the outdoor life (Centennial Park is a two min. walk). Oxford Street is just a five min. walk where you can get buses to the city Cbd (20 min. bus) or to the beaches (25 min. bus). Paddington is very close too, and you can enjoy the Paddington vibes at the market every Saturday or its fantastic bars, restaurants, and shops. The room is approx 3x3 with a big window and plenty of natural light.

Easy-going, very tidy and clean guy. I have 33 years old and appreciate a quiet and calm home environment. Not a party people kind of guy at all. Mostly into tea than wine, music than watching TV, eating raw and fresh food instead of cooking. When I am at home, I pretty like to relax, what does not mean I do not like a nice chat after a long day. Professionally, I have a background in the marketing and communication sector, as an account manager in advertising agencies. I am a international student doing a MBA for the next two years in Sydney. My interests are related to a healthy lifestyle, such as outdoors activities, running, pilates, yoga, going to the beach, the park, and discovering new places.
I'm from Germany and fell in love with Australia last year when I visited Melbourne and Sydney for 4 months. I love the outdoors, biking and music. I like to go out - concerts, bars, the movies, theater.... - and I enjoy the beach. Of course I have been trying to learn surfing, and I think it is a lot of fun! I enjoy living together with other people, I'm very considerate, open-minded, tidy and I would consider myself a very friendly person :) Soon I will start working in Sydney - my work combines psychology and economics and I will be doing field research. I'm planing to arrive mid March already. I'm looking for an apartment as of April 1 and preferrably I would be living together with some other people (male, female). While I will stay for up to two years I'm also interested in postings for shorter stays. It would be great to find a nice place here! P.S. I indicated an Australian number which will be in use as of March 20. In the meanwhile you may want to contact me via Skype: franceeiijj
Hi. My name's Mitch. I'm a Creative Director and I'm looking for someone to share my character (but fully refurbished apartment) in Centennial Park, just off Oxford St. It's on a quiet road nestled between the park, Fox Studios and the footy ground. I work pretty long hours, but like to chill out when I'm home with a glass of wine and spot of reading. I have a business in NZ which means I travel back every two weeks or so for long (4 day) weekends. When I am in Sydney I like being outdoors kayaking/fishing/swimming/surfing and that's where I will be most weekends weather permitting. Looking for a mature, chilled flatmate, who likes a bit of a laugh. Thanks. Oh yes, room is currently unfurnished but happy to sort something out. Either long or short term is cool with me.
Aussie girl, looking for a fun but also clean place with down to earth people. I'm active and motivated but also love to relax and share a bottle of wine. I'm looking to move from the Hunters Hill to the east to change things up and find some good vibes. I can happily live with guys or girls. Work full time as a geologist/enviro scientist in the city when I'm not in the field :)
Hey! I'm Henrika 30 yrs old Finnish girl. I'm studying and working part-time. I've lived in Sydney about a year now. I'm easygoing and social person. As a flatmate I'm tidy, clean and reliable. I always respect other flatmates. I'm not looking for a party house but won't say no to few drinks every now and then, movie nights etc. with other flatmates. In my freetime I usually hang out with my friends, go to the beach, gym and jogging and of course watch Netflix etc...and study! I'm looking for a long term place to live and a place I could actually call home :) Cheers, Henrika
Hi There, I am Mariyam, and I have just moved to Sydney from Auckland, New Zealand to pursue a Master in Design at UNSW. I am A fun, Social, friendly and outgoing person, Don't drink or smoke and would prefer a Couple or Female house share. I will make sure that I am always keeping the house tidy. Please get in touch with if you have anything available.
Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for flatmates who LOVE DOGS. I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station as I don't drive. Sorry, I am not looking to share with any smokers. I'm a 28 years young full-time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm a non-smoker and born in Sydney. I am honest, responsible and clean. I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy. I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to keep to myself as well. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as a good night's sleep is very important to me. During the working week, I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. On the weekends, I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook. I'm looking for flatmates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) My interests/hobbies include going to the gym, skateboarding, going to music concerts, taking my dog on mini outdoor adventures, watching movies, film photography, board games, and arts and crafts. My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone. Sorry, he is not cat friendly. He loves going for walks, playing ball and following me everywhere around the home. He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. He is very protective of me, and becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively.
My name is Julie Lew, I'm 28 and from China. I work for an independent organization as a research assistant. I work from Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00. I am easy going and tidy, sometimes quiet. On weekends, I always go outside to find some new sites to get some fresh air and enjoy the sunshine and nature.
Hi! We are a friendly, tidy and quiet couple, Diana 34 and Wilson 41 years old from Colombia we are looking for accommodation for 3 months and we want to move as soon as possible. Thanks and best regards
I am a friendly, responsible, and tidy 25-year-old Canadian who works full time (in administration for a government agency). I enjoy having a nice living space at home. I like going for runs, chocolate, barre pilates, and chilling out and enjoying some wine with housemates. I've been known to love baking so there is the benefit that if you live with me there'll probably be fresh baked cookies around :) Although I don't have any pets I would be happy to live with yours! I intend to do a couple little trips to see more of Australia at weekends and such so if this is something you're interested in too I'd be keen to be travel buddies! I am hoping to move ASAP and will be in Sydney for at least 6 months :)
Hello flatmates finders! My name is Courtney and I'm a 28-year-old Canadian originally from Vancouver, now going to be working full time in Sydney. I'm seeking a private room for 3 months in a flat with friendly, chill, tidy flatmates. I'm generally on the quiet side, and will be fairly busy as I'm taking an online course as well as working. That being said, I'm looking for a place with friendly people who are open to socialising at home over bottle of wine or cooking a meal from time to time. I like to cook and bake (occasional home baked goods are one perk of living with me!). I'm a vegetarian, if that matters to you, but am happy to live with people of all dietary habits! My other hobbies are running, photography, hiking and reading good fiction. I'm a very clean and tidy person, and keeping a clean living space is important to me. If I sound like the kind of person you'd be keen to live with, please send me a message! I'm hoping for something around $250 but would go up to $300 for a really great place/great people. Looking forward to hearing from you! Courtney
Surching for a single room, need my privacy. Going to arrive in Australia, Sydney March 5th, leaving June 29th. I'm a clean person, easy going, quiet, nice, good for a chat, drink, movie, etc. But also like my own space and privacy and also respect others space and privacy. It's not easy to write a lot ad hoc down, but I can tell you most people like me right away.
I am looking for a private room/apartment share from end of Feb/beginning of March. I am on a working visa and after travelling the East Coast for 2 months I am ready to settle into working Sydney life. I am from Surrey in the UK which lacks a beach and I love a beach!! As for being a housemate; I am kind, fun (not too fun!) happy and laid back! I respect the home and everyone else living there. I am clean, tidy and looking for friends not just housemates! I do enjoy making a bed, a good polish and a cheeky vacuum! I absolutely love cooking and would love to be able to sit down in the evenings with a bottle of wine and chat about our day, however, I can also appreciate everyone's personal space. Feel free to give me a message if you'd like to know more about me.

I'm looking for a furnished flat to go relax after work but also cool people to hang out with, go out with etc and as I finish my internship soonish, I want to find people to discover the city more with. Im very tidy and respectful roommate. I love to go to the beach (lived in lovely Coogee area before)! Short stay only for about 4 weeks!
Property not available till the 19th of March. Hi I'm Taranga and I am loosing my beloved flatmate so am searching for someone with an open mind to move in my apartment in a secure complex in Centennial Park. Your room is big enough for a double/queen bed, desk and has a built in wardrobe. Its light and very quiet. Screen on windows to keep out those mozzies at night. There is a 355 bus which takes you to Bondi Junction or to Newtown. Cafe's are close by and you are in walking distance to Oxford Street. The apartment itself is old style but lots of room and the kitchen is big, not that I use it much. I do not cook but would love someone who does and I clean, thats the deal there. Open plan living area and there is a lovely balcony with huge plants which overlooks the extensive gardens. You can sit outside in the gardens as there is an outdoor area that is shared by all. There is on street parking only. Shared areas are already furnished, in fact I may have to much furniture. We can work on that. This area is a very quiet place and the birds will be singing there songs in the evening times and early morning. Neighbours are all lovely as well if that is important to you. I am the lower end of Cook Road so right near the Centennial Park. Everything is close by with the Entertainment Quarter only being a 10 minute walk away.
