We're two friends looking for an apartment in the city, so we can stay close to our school. We are friendly, fun, very organized and we like to live in clean homes. My friend is swedish and I'm brazilian. We love to go to the beach, all kind of sports and also to stay home with some friends.
Professional/Student that takes pride in her space. I have a design background and work for a furniture company, which enables perks. I'm clean and considerate. Looking for a long-term arrangement. Willing to give 2-month bond for the right space.
Hi! I'm looking for social housemates in a vibrant suburb. I'm a 23-year-old Dutch guy who recently finished his master's back home, and is now working at UNSW in research for the next few months. I'm a very easy-going and ambitious person, who likes to explore new places and meet new people. Of course it goes without saying that I am very clean and tidy as well. I love a good coffee and a good chat. My main interests are photography, reading, rowing and cooking. Feel free to ask if you want to know more. :) Cheers!
Hi my names Becky and I'm currently living in Brisbane. I've recently been offered a position in Sydney and I will be looking to relocate within the next few weeks. As I'm moving for work, I won't know anyone in Sydney so I'm looking for roommates that will hopefully also become friends. I'm clean, tidy and extremely respectful of personal space. When I can escape the office I love going for some cheeky drinks with friends but also love having a lazy night in watching movies with some good food and wine :)
Hi my name is Justin. I am a 51 year old market research exec and I work in the City. My work schedule typically starts early and some weeks includes evening work (moderating focus/discussion groups) so I won't arrive back at home until later in the evening. As I put in long hours during the week, weekends are for relaxing and visiting with one or both of my grown-up daughters. I like to keep fit and healthy so the average week includes time for the gym, and a hit of tennis, the Bondi to Bronte walk and/or a lap or two around Centennial Park. I am new to the flatmate game but I'm guessing that what makes a good flatmate is someone who is friendly and easy to get along with, carries their fair share of the housework, dishes etc, respectful of their flatmate's privacy, possessions and time and is an open and honest communicator when concerns or problems come up – all things I think I would definitely bring to the table. I must admit I am not much of a foodie so I tend to keep it simple. I am often out at meal times so tend to look after myself. Happy to share on weekends however and I know my way around a BBQ and can use it to whip up a mean swordfish steak, Indian chicken, or steak. As for furniture I am travelling quite light at the moment, so ideally I am looking for a space that is furnished but if it isn't I will buy what I need.
Hey, i'm Steph. I am 27 years old and working full time for a sport software management company (in a customer management role - not the tech sort!). Usual work hours (8-5). I am pretty social, although also enjoy my quiet time. I like to keep fit and active, and on the weekends i'll often spend time outdoors whether it be at the beach, hiking in the bush, exploring a new place. I believe I am pretty easy going and fun to live with. My worst habit is probably leaving my clothes on the clothes horse for a few days too long. Apart from that I am clean and tidy and respectful. Love to share a few laughs with the housemates over a good meal and glass of wine every now and again.
I'm a visual effects editor working in film and TV. Originally from Melbourne, but have been in Sydney for 3 1/2 years. I'm clean, respectful, enjoy relaxing and sometimes reading, like a good gut laugh once in a while, and I enjoy meeting new people. I like to watch movies and sometimes make short films in my spare time too.
I am looking for one person to move into a top floor apartment in Centennial Park. The apartment is set in a quiet location just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful Centennial Parklands, Allianz Stadium and Paddington, where you will find an array of bars and restaurants. There are great transport links to Sydney’s CBD and its popular beaches from Oxford Street, with Bondi Junction just a 20 minute walk away. The 2-bed top floor apartment is fully furnished with a good living space, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a bed side table, built in wardrobes and a double bed with storage space underneath.
A super friendly, easy going and social 25yo female relocating from Adelaide. Very clean, respectful and appreciates a healthy lifestyle and a wine or two after work. Working full time in a fashion sales agency based in Alexandria. Will be moving over just after Christmas, and looking for friendly likeminded people to share a home with.
Im a clean, respectful, easy going roomie who pays all bills on time. I'd love to live with people who are social and dont mind a drink or few - but would also like for people to respect when i need quiet time and have work! Im very active always out and about doing stuff so if you're like minded let me know :)
Hi I'm Jade, 26 and I'm ideally looking for a room in the eastern kind of area although I am pretty open as long as public transport is easily available. I'm originally from Essex, UK and here on a working holiday visa. I have not long completed my regional work (it was awful) and need a cute and comfy place to call home to enjoy my second year while I try to figure out a way to stay here forever. I will be looking to move in at the beginning of January when I get back to Sydney after a long holiday back to the rainy and freezing cold UK. Seriously though why am I going in December?! I'm currently working full-time in the CBD in administration and pretty much every day will meet with friends or attempt the gym straight from work. I'm a clean and organised (some might say a little obsessive) non smoker, part time drinker here to make friends as well as house mates. Peace. ✌🏼️
Hey, I'm looking for a place to live in a sharehouse while I study at UNSW for the next few years. I'm from Brisbane originally and I've been living in Sydney for almost a year now. I'm a friendly, clean and considerate housemate. If you think you might have something that suits me, please don't hesitate to send me a message. Cheers, Paige

Be great to hear from anyone with a place, Patrick
Room available in an open and well located Centennial Park flat just off Moore Park Rd. House is shared with 2 wonderful, female working professionals. You will also have your own off street parking spot which is absolute gold around this area. Room is available from December 11. All applicants welcome.
Clean, neat, organised, social & considerate. Can cook, pet-friendly.

Hi all I've just moved from Perth to Sydney for a job in banking. I like to keep fit, enjoy relaxing in front of a good movie or t.v. series, and socialising with friends on weekends. As Sydney will become my home indefinitely, I am keen to share with other like minded professionals who are happy to socialise and have a chat. I've also lived in sharehouses a lot over the years and understand the need to be respectful and tidy - I definitely don't expect others to clean up after me! Am also willing to team up for a house with others. If I sound like someone you could share with let me know! - Thanks
My boyfriend and I are both 25 and from Ireland. I'm very easy going and respectful. I've shared rooms, flat, single with a girlfriend and I understand that the best in a home is respect for others. I'm from Brazil, 33 years old. I have my own small business in the city and ready to grow. For fun I like to go to the beach with friends, or have a glass of beer in the weekend, do some sports as well.
I'm Katie, full-time professional in the health industry. I'm happy, easy going and respectful. I love cooking spicy food, drinking wine and being outdoors in the sun. We are a happy couple from Sweden. Friendly and easy-going, tidy and clean, non party people (though we enjoy to have a drink or two in the weekend), love to be outside in the nature, walking, running, trekking. Animal-lovers. We love travelling and to explore the world. After Sydney we are planning to go to New Zealand and then explore parts of Asia before heading home to reality in Sweden again:) Looking for a furnished double room in a friendly household to rent for 3 months from now until 1st of Feb. Preferably within 20 min by train or bus to the city. Don't hesitate to contact us!
I am a 35 yr old professional female and I work Mon to Fri - long hours so I like to come home to a relaxed home - I keep active and healthy pretty much during the week, going to the gym after work. I enjoy cooking and on the weekends I'm social and like to get out with friends or visiting family although but always up for the odd Netflix or movie binge. Easygoing, happy to share a meal or wine and I do like to keep the place clean a tidy. I'm looking for people that are the friendly, easy going, responsible.
Bright and sunny 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment right next door to Centennial Park. Decent size north-facing balcony (perfect for getting some sun on the weekend). Bathroom equipped with bathtub, shower (with excellent water pressure) and storage space. Secure building with lift and swipe access, coin operated internal laundry. The apartment faces away from the street. Your room is the larger one and has a north facing window with shutters, so gets plenty of light. It has enough space for a queen bed and features a large, built in mirrored wardrobe. Buses to Surry Hills and Newtown are at the doorstep and it's a 3 minute walk to Oxford St and buses to the city/Bondi. Opposite SFS/Moore Park Entertainment Quarter, and Paddington Markets are a 5 minute walk away. Bedroom is unfurnished; living room furniture may be able to be accommodated. Electricity and gas bills are approx $150-$200 per quarter, split equally. No internet (I use my mobile phone plan). The photos were taken just after the place was painted 4 years ago, but otherwise nothing has changed!
Hi there, I'm Anthony, 24, pretty easy going guy, social and considerate. Currently renting in Waterloo for the last year (Centennial Park before then). I've recently started working in a law firm (previously retail) and it keeps me busy Monday to Friday (830-530). On weekends I tend to do whatever crops up, drinks & catch up with mates or head back home to hang with family.
I'm a local, full-time working professional - busy during the week but love to go out and socialise on the weekends. I'm neat and tidy, easy going, enjoy going to the gym/beach and meeting new people. Hoping to find fun, friendly and like-minded housemates :)
Hi! I'm Lizzie and I'm a recent UNSW graduate now working full time. I've been living with friends for many years but decided it was time for a switch up so here I am! I'm originally from rural NSW but have been in Sydney for several years now. I'm a really social person and love hanging out with friends and meeting new people so would love to get to know you. I'm easy to get along with and have had roommates for many years so I know what it's like to live with other people and that I'm not afraid to do the chores. I'm also a non-smoker. I love a good party but I also like to just chill out so would be great to live with people who are keen to have a fun and relaxed time.
Top Reasons why I should be your housemate: - I'm a pome. - I've been at this traveling game for a long while, I left England in March 2015. - I've spent over 10months in Australia already split between Cairns, Perth and Melbourne. - I work hard in the week as a removalist normally out the house from 6am-5pm so won't be making the place untidy during the day. - To unwind after work I hit the gym then enjoy just relaxing, cooking up some food, watching a movie, going out occasionally for dinner and drinks etc.. - Over the weekend in the day if the sun is shining I'll be by the beach topping up my tan, kicking back to some music, or just simply having a beer and a barbie. - At night I'm pretty relaxed, I'm not your typical non-stop drinking pome. I'm up for the occasional night out or chilled few drinks with good company. I like going to music/live events and festivals etc.. Going out to the movies and having dinner. I also enjoy staying in, cooking and chilling; I'm pretty laid back and easy with anything. I'm currently staying a ten minute walk from Central train station in Redfern. I recently flew into Sydney (12th October) for my second year holiday working and unpacking my bags and calling Sydney home till at least May 2017. As stated earlier I already have a job and working full time so paying the rent will be a piece of cake. Ideally I'm after a houseshare with a chilled set of people who I can just hang out with after work, chill together some weekends and have a good time and call it home for the next 6 months or so. I also own my own car so ideally looking for some near by parking too! Looking to move in ASAP. Thank you.
The room is available from the 9/01/2017. The location is great, the flat has recently been refurbished, it's large and beautiful. I'm 5 minutes away from Centennial Park. Easy access to the city and the beaches. Close to nice restaurants and cinemas, very close to the Entertainment Quarter. I live with two lovely and super friendly cats, that will probably want to meet you, so you have to like cats. I like to live in a nice, clean, peaceful and serene place, I don't have parties in my place, I like to have some friends over for dinner from time to time. Smoking is not allowed in my house.
