Dear future flatmates, We're Sam and Phil, a couple from the UK who have been travelling the world for the last 10 months, and are ending our trip in Sydney to work for the final stretch. Phil (32) is a computer engineer by trade, so pretty handy to have around when your laptop breaks down or you smash your iPhone screen. Samantha (also 32) has an obsession with dogs and fireworks (although not as a combination) and shows her housemate love with homemade brownies (as long as you overlook her penchant for terrible TV). We're not massive party people (the hangovers are real assholes once you pass 30), but we do enjoy a drink with friends and would love to live with fun, friendly and sociable housemates. We have a house at home which we share with our lodgers, so we're really used to living with people and looking after a home. We'll both be working full time, and would love to live with people who will play a part in the great experience we'll have while we're living in Sydney and hopefully become friends as well as housemates (no pressure..) We're super easy going but fully housetrained, and we're pretty active, so would love it if our housemates want to join us in the gym/at yoga/with surfing lessons. We're be available to come for viewings from now, and free to move in whenever possible after that, preferably within the next 4 weeks. If we sound like your cup of tea, get in touch. We're lovely!

I am a friendly, clean, respectful housemate who is looking for a sharehouse with people of similar interests and social activities in close proximity to the CBD. I have a tendency to work pretty long hours however I am always up for a drink or a weekend activity. On the other hand I do thoroughly enjoy a TV binge session on the couch. I also love my AFL and am always on the lookout for another diehard fan. I am currently in a long term relationship however my partner will be remaining in Melbourne for this year at least. If you think I fit the bill please don't hesitate to contact me and we can arrange an inspection or have a chat. Looking to shift the weekend of the 28th October however would be happy to move earlier if a good fit pops up Cheers, Will

Hi everyone! I'm a 24 yo Frenchy living in Sydney since July and staying here at least 2 years. I'm looking for a private room, with preferably a private bathroom (or no too many people sharing it), biking distance from UNSW. My current lease ends at the end of November, so I'm looking for a place to move between the last weekend of November and the 10th of December. A bit about me : I'm doing a full-time PhD at UNSW in engineering as part of my job for a french company. I'm a really easy-going, open-minded and social person. I enjoy having people at home on weekends, for dinner for example and going out for drinks, but I'm not a crazy party girls going out every nights and I still have a lot of chilled or working evenings during weekdays. I would like to have friendly flatmates to share some moments with them and feel home ! :) Don't hesitate to contact me if you have anything ! I'm ready for inspections ! :) See ya !
Elegant townhouse in a fabulous location. Beautifully furnished in a combination of antique and contemporary style. All the usual “mod cons”. The room is small-medium, has a double bed (can be removed) and has very extensive, incredibly flexible storage that includes desk; lots of hanging space and/or shelving, and cupboards. We are 5-10 minutes walk or bus ride from all the best Sydney has to offer - entertainment precincts; sporting facilities; beaches; universities - (NSW, Sydney, UTS close by); shopping; CBD; and across the road from the jewel in Sydney’s crown, the glorious Centennial Park. Located in a street surrounded by $10million+ mansions which makes this an incredibly safe and secure area. Rent includes internet but EXCLUDES electricity, shared household items and water; Foxtel platinum (TV in your room) if you want to use it.

Back in Lisbon we used to share our apartment with other guests. We respect privacy and enjoy a clean and tidy place to live. In the begging of September, we are moving to Sydney and looking for a private room in a shared apartment.
