Hi there ! My name is Matthieu and I am a 29 year old French guy who just finished his studies and found a job at Monash Clayton. I will arrive on October 29th and start work on the 7th of November, which gives me a week to find a nice place to live in! I lived with roomates since I started University, so for more than 10 years (including a year in Quebec). I am known to be a very good roommate, very tidy and respectful of my roommates privacy. I will be working full time, so I would prefer to find a more quiet place. But I also enjoy parties and having a lot of fun during the weekends! I like to believe that roommates can be more than just bill sharers: I enjoy sharing beers, watching movies together and catching up around a nice meal. Please note that I really would like to find a smoke-free place. My hobbies include playing volleyball, squash and badminton, watching series (although I might need English subtitles) and listening to music (I love concerts). I really like discovering the place I live in, and Australia will be a heck of a discovery. I will be more than happy to share my French culture, but also very happy to catch some of the Australian way of life. So if you feel like showing me around, and if you can bear my English, I would be happy to become your new roommate. See you soon! Matth
Clean and tidy, work full time during the week and some weekend work. Happy to be social and have a drink and dinner as a flat but also repect personal space etc. Generally not home weekends and enjoy sports(just getting into kiteboarding), I wakeboard and play soccer.
Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 27 and live a pretty clean lifestyle apart from the cheeky cigarette at the end of the day. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever your poison, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 4yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people.
Hi there, I'm Benji! I am 27 and I'm currently working full time at a high school in Camberwell as an admin staff and general tech whiz! I'm also studying part time on the weekends to be a dog trainer, my course ends in January next year. I've just been told by my landlord that she will be demolishing the property I've been living at for the last 4 years and I need to find new accommodation before December 27th (merry Christmas, y'all!). I would be like to be out by the end of November ideally, but happy to work with you on a date depending on the property. I'm also pretty easy on location, so long as I can get to work in Camberwell in under an hour, I'm stoked! A bit about me: I love animals. I have two dogs named Squish and Nibbler. Squish is a 4 year old male Rottie X and Nibbler is a 2 year old female Kelpie X. They are both desexed, have been obedience trained, crate trained and I take them for regular walks. They are the dynamic duo and A-team! Squish will do anything for a treat and Nibbler lives for the ball, so they're good fun! I would also be bringing a 3 foot aquarium with me, but would be happy to keep it in my room if there isn't space elsewhere. It's a tie between coffee and TV for my drug of choice. I also love art, music, books, comics and Game of Thrones! I also like to build things...for example, I built a dog bunk bed and a couple of film sets (spaceships!) I'm currently living in a fully furnished house with all the trimmings, so if you think I could add anything of value to your house as well, I'd be happy to oblige! The rest will likely end up in the skip or in storage. Things like: 3 plasma TVs, stainless steel fridge, bar fridge, Nespresso machine, washing machine, vacuum, SEVERAL couches, desk, dining room table and chairs, lawn mower, whipper snipper, lots of tools, an outdoor gas heater, a media centre pc and several terabytes of movies and TV shows! I have lived in houseshares before and would like some people I can hang out with, though I am respectful of other people's space. I clean up after myself and, obviously, my dogs. I'm pretty easy going, so hit me up if you think you'd like to meet me and my pooches!

Hi I'm Christina. I'm originally from Tasmania and moved to Melbourne to start a Masters in early 2016. I've lived out of home since I was 18, so I know how to clean up after myself and be a considerate housemate. I love spending time with family and friends, binge watching shows on Netflix and exploring new places. As a housemate, I like my own space, but I also like to hang out and have a meal together or watch a movie. I'm looking for a furnished or unfurnished room (preferably with a private bathroom) around the Clayton/Oakleigh/Chadstone area and would want to move in December.

The house is located 1.4 km from Jordanville Train station, 2 km’s from Holmesglen Train Station, Holmesglen TAFE & Chadstone Shopping Centre. Close to Bus to Oakleigh Station. Easy access to Monash University both Clayton & Caulfield Campuses. It is also very close to the Monash Freeway and 17 km’s to the city by car and 25 minutes by train. The house is in a very quiet street with street parking and a bus stop to many locations is 200 metres around the corner, making it easy to get to many places. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. Wireless internet & Pay TV is available. Fun is also available which is free. You will need to be a mature and responsible person (age is flexible), extremely house clean, prepared to share house & gardening tasks, a non-smoker and financially stable.
What I love about living here is the fact that its so close to everything I need. We are a 5 minute walk to a train station that can take you right into the city. We're also close to a bus stop that can take you Chadstone, Southland etc. If you have a car, its only a 5 min drive to Chadstone as well. We have a decent backyard with a bit of storage space if needed. Unlimited internet download and NBN so you know its super quick. We also have Netflix and Fetch TV. We have a separate toilet to the actual bathroom as well so morning activities are never an issue :D We have our own washing machine and if you need a dryer, its only a 2 minute drive to the laundromat which is conveniently next to a bottle-O thats opened till 11pm 7 days a week *Theres construction going on next door but it shouldn't be too much longer until its all finished*

Hi! I'm Shana, 23. I'm currently a student at La Trobe University, studying veterinary bioscience. I'm at uni most weekdays and I work weekends. I play netball twice a week as well. Although I do get pretty busy during the uni semester, I love to socialise and have a good time whenever I'm free, especially on weekends I'm a relaxed and easy going person. I'd love to live in a place with like minded people who would be down for a chat or the occasional drink. I'd like to consider myself as a pretty tidy person, and I'm respectful of other people's space too.
