I cook and drink a little wine and beer that I think it would be great if there is someone to share with sometimes. I am organised and tidy that I can help out in house cleaning at anytime.

Hi. I'm Shahram 37 yo. I'm very easy going, clean and tidy. I'm after a place to call it home. I respect other ppl's privacy but also happy to share a meal and have some chats even outdoor activities if you like. I have a full time professional job and just finished my master degree. I have a car and a parking spot would be great. I love cats and puppies but not indoor, so I can't join if you have indoor pets. Thanks.
Hi! I'm Stephanie :). I'm 27, I currently live in a cute little house in Vermont South with my dog Harvey. We are looking for somewhere to live that is closer to work :). I'm from Melbourne and have lived here all of my life. I work as a nanny and PA, and I run a yoga therapy program for children. In my spare time I am training Harvey, taking him out for adventures, cooking up a storm in the kitchen (don't be surprised if I look like I'm cooking for an army, I love a big bulk cook up!), seeing friends, getting out and exploring Melbourne, among other things! I used to train for powerlifting and do running, but my fitness these days revolves around what I can include Harvey in. I love keeping fit and being healthy, but I'm definitely not going to shove it in your face. I love being able to interact with people - so if you're social then we will get along fine! Not that I'm into invading your space, I just like a home to feel like a home where everyone gets along! I'm super clean and tidy, but I definitely won't freak out over untidiness! About Harvey! He is 4, a rescue Staffy x Kelpie. He is the sweetest thing around. He is the biggest sook! Ask my housemate, she will tell you. If he's not climbing on you for cuddles, staring at you sadly for food, or getting the biggest sad eyes when you move one step away from him - something's wrong. He acts like the most hard done by dog in the world. BUT! He loves a good play, would sacrifice my life for a ball any day. Loves getting out to the dog park to socialise with friends. He comes to work with me a lot. When I'm away or he's alone for too long I leave him at my parents with their small dog and they get along amazingly. He might look or sound like a scary breed, but trust me - he is terrified of just about everything. Will scale walls with his head down to get away from cats. He is an inside dog who has the freedom to come in and out as he pleases. He has never once caused any damage, destroyed anything, had an accident outside, etc. Honestly. Meet him - you'll love him! I do have all of my own furniture and kitchen wares. Couch, tv unit, tv, fridge, washing machine, bedroom stuff, etc. I would love to be able to bring these along with me and with them in somewhere, but that's something we can discuss at any time! I'd prefer to live somewhere where there is only 1-2 other roommates. I love being social but we all need down time and our own space :). And I'm not someone who really cares about guests coming over unless they're there a ridiculous amount, in which case we'd probably just discuss what happens then!

Hi! I'm Ting. Will be starting my postgrad course in data science at Monash in July. I love sports, burgers, coffee, and spending quality time with friends and family. I do crossfit, weightlifting, and surfing on a regular basis. Basketball, skateboarding, biking, and hiking are also my interests. I'm pretty chill and easygoing. I like to make friends, hang out, have fun but I'm not here to party. I want to focus on my study and build a career as a business/data analyst in sports-related fields. I like to plan ahead but still have some flexibility. I believe that being honest and be willing to communicate are important in having a great flat sharing experience. It'll be cool if we can be friends or workout partners but if not it's no problem, too. I've traveled to over 10 countries and done a 29-day train trip around the United States. What I learned the most from my trips is that a lot of time there's no right or wrong, it's just different. It's alright if we don't share the same values or views. I'd respect your opinions and appreciate that you help me to see things from a different perspective. Since I love sports, I'll be bring some workout gears and possibly get a surfboard or bike after I settle in. I'll keep my things neat and out of your way. I'll definitely respect our shared space and clean up after myself. Also, I'll respect your privacy and your personal life. Meanwhile, I expect the same from you. Feel free to talk to me or ask questions if you are interested in being flatmates. Or if you want to meet up, I'll be in Melbourne after July 10th. Thank you :)
I am uniquely consistent with my polite and friendly disposition. I am never moody, and I I am very tidy and love cleaning and "playing house". Land lords love me as I am always making improvement to my place and always pay my rent on time.
Hello! I'm professional Full time worker study part time with one years' rental experience (currently renting through an agency - they can supply a reference). Hi there, My name is Fiona and I am looking for a place to live for the upcoming months starting around mid July. A little bit about myself: I am 22 years old and was born in Germany. I am half German and half Irish but grew up across Europe and Asia. For the past 5 years I have called Australia the closest thing to “home”. I am a born traveller and have visited more than 40 countries over the years. Actually I am just returning from 14 months overseas, studying on exchange in Canada and Malaysia and am therefore looking for accomodation. I would keep travelling if I could, but unfortunately my university needs me to actually be in the country for the last years of my degree. I am studying at Monash University in Clayton in my 4th year of a double degree in Environmental Engineering and Commerce. In my spare time i love to go snowboarding and surfing as well as play the clarinet, which I have been doing since I was a little kid. I have very much enjoyed living with other people in the past and am highly respectful of other’s space and belongings. That said, I do definitely enjoy to socialise over a beer every now and again :)
Very tidy & respectful. Not afraid to fire up the vacuum or wipe down the benchtops on a regular basis. I like to have a good relationship with any housemates, but also happy to spend a fair bit of time in my room working on the laptop, watching tv, etc. I like to have a drink or two, but definitely not looking for a party house. Just a generally friendly dude, from the US originally. I like NBA & AFL, cars, books, creating stuff, getting (back) into shape. Hmm...what else. I'm in website & digital marketing sales. Sometimes work from home, so good internet is important. That's about it!
VERY CLOSE TO DEAKIN BURWOOD AND MONASH CLAYTON AND CAULFIELD! One room available in a 3 bedroom house. My husband and I occupy one of the rooms and the other is occupied by my 17 year old daughter. We are 4 minute walk to bus stops and 15 minute walk to Holmesglen TAFE and train station. Also very close to Monash freeway. Suitable for students who want privacy for studying. Monash Uni Clayton and Caulfield and Deakin Uni in Burwood are all 10 mins by car. We have unlimited Internet and I'm happy to include that as part of the rent. All other bills will also be included. The room is fully furnished, comprising of a king single bed, a study desk, chair, and a tall boy to store things. We have two bathrooms, my husband and I share the ensuite and the other is used by my daughter and the new tenant, so it won't be a hassle. We have a deck at the back parking is available on the street.
Hi, there! I'm Johnny from Korea, turning 29 this year, looking for a room around Chadstone. I'm going to go to Holmesglen TAFE institute Starting this July. I am looking for quiet room but hope it has good atmosphere to get along with flatmates. close to Chadstone shopping center would be great although I don't have enough money to throw around. ME: * into working out, playing piano, want to learn cook * Occasionally drink and smoke. (I only smoke once I have a drink and it is like once a month) * I worked as a night-shift cleaner for a year in Australia. I can definitely say I like to keep things clean and tidy
I graduated from my Bachelor of Science (psych major) last year, and am taking this year off before I get into further study. I’m starting a full-time job at a local special school and am looking to move somewhere that’s close to my work. Although location is important I’d also really like to find a place with like-minded people around my age who I can get on well with. Personality-wise, I reckon I’m pretty happy, easygoing, friendly, and clean. I like music (I play guitar but I can happily do so with headphones on - I won’t make a nuisance of myself!), cooking bad vegetarian food, beers, banter, Xbox (I come with an Xbox One), and over-the-top millennial hipster brunches. I’m quite happy to keep to myself but I’m also pretty much always down to unwind with a beer or go suss out events in the city. LGBTQI+ friendly. I’m a non-smoker myself, but have no issue whatsoever with smokers provided that they do so outside. I love animals and would be happy to live with pets! I don’t have a car so I won’t need a parking space.
Hello, all! I'm a Singaporean male student who will read an arts degree, majoring in media at Monash from July 2017. (Will be hunting for accom from 3 July.) Independant, neat, non-fussy and respects the privacy of others. Really pragmatic - I'm here to study, so I'm hoping to meet like-minded people who are interested in teaming up to share a conducive, liveable space. More about myself: I enjoy brewing coffee, slow mornings, reading, trekking and visiting art gigs whenever.
Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 28 and live a pretty clean lifestyle. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 5yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people. I'm looking at a longer term stay depending on how suitable the situation is. I am looking for a place to call home.

I'm a 24 year-old student about to start a PhD in German studies (literature & philosophy) at Monash Uni. I'm originally from Wellington but have lived in Melbourne for more than 20 years. I'm low maintenance - clean, tidy, and respectful - and happy to chip in with housework and conversation. Right now, I'm pretty deep into Twin Peaks - the original and the 2017 revival!
