Private room at a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house in Chadstone. The house is fully furnished and furniture could be provided for the room, the house has a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room and a nice backyard we normally use for casual BBQ's. The house is in a great location with lots of access, just next to the M1, 15 minutes walk from Holmsglen station, 20 minutes walk from Oakleigh central and Oakleigh station, and about 15 minutes walk to Chadstone shopping center. Rent is $760 and Bond is $723, pretty affordable for the room, house and location, since the amount asked is for the room, we wouldn't mind a couple sharing the rent amount. Smokers are welcome, but pets not allowed by owner. Our ideal housemate would be someone friendly in the 20's or 30's that can clean after him/herself and pay the rent on time. If you would like to come for an inspection send me a text and will be great to meet you.
Hey, I'm Ryan, a 20-year-old studying a bachelor of science at Monash Uni. I'm also working part-time at Bonds, Chadstone, so feel free to ask me about underwear discounts. I'm an organised but pretty chilled person that enjoys being around people or simply binge watching youtube vids in my room, so best of two worlds. I also have a passion for cooking, especially Korean and Italian food. Would prefer an LGTP+ house, but a house is a house. Btw, if anyone wants to team up to rent a place, please feel free to msg me. :)
The apartment is nicely renovated with a contemporary feel, lounge room is furnished, but your room is not. High-speed wifi is included in the rent. 10 minutes walking distance to Holmesglen train station, Holmesglen Tafe and just two bus stops away from Chadstone shopping center, close to Monash/M1 freeway, about 20 minutes driving distance to Melbourne CBD, you can easily shop your groceries from a nearby 24-hour Woolworth supermarket anytime after work.
Quiet. Organised and tidy. Want to be part of a good community atmosphere. Like to cook healthy meals. Looking for a place to stay at while studying at Monash University and working in Camberwell. Prefer LGBT+ household. 🏳️🌈
Hi. I'm Shahram 38 yo. I'm very easy going, clean and tidy. I'm after a place to call it home. I respect other ppl's privacy but also happy to share a meal and have some chats even outdoor activities if you like. I have a full time professional job and just finished my master degree. I have a car and a parking spot would be essential. I love cats and puppies but not indoor, so I can't join if you have indoor pets. Looking for a FURNISHED one with PRIVATE BATHROOM. Thanks.
Hello potential housemate(s), My lease in Narre Warren is ending soon, so I need a room to stay until I graduate this end of year (and if my new whatever visa application is granted, then I'll be able to extend my lease, but I'm still not sure at this stage). My current place is very far from everything I like even with a car, hence why I'd appreciate moving to somewhere more convenient or at least closer to my uni (can you believe I have to drive an hour everyday to uni? heh). Below is what I'm looking for and a bit about me! Looking for: - Something in south east Melbourne, or north (closer to RMIT Bundoora campus)... E.g. Glen Waverley, Epping, South Morang, Dandenong or anything in between CBD and these suburbs. Oh I wouldn't mind mountain area too! - Ideally houses sharing with the lesser people the better... But I also understand you get what you pay for... So I'll just put my wish out there for someone awesome to come forward :) - IDEALLY less than or around 150 per week with all bills included, but will consider shared bills based on price of the house! - Furnishing can be flexible as I have my own (I have everything, including 4 seater glass dining table, all white goods, kitchen utensils, sofa, TV, TV stand, 2 sets of bedroom furniture.. If not needed, I can always sell some) - Don't mind teaming up with others for a new house. Don't mind sharing with nice clean and respectful guys and/or girls. About me: I'm from Taiwan, a beautiful and friendly country famous for our awesome street food. Just like most of the Taiwanese, I'm friendly, open minded and respectful... And I also love great food and awesome milk tea! I seldom cook cuz I'm lazy enough I'd order home delivery meals most days and use the plastic cutlery provided so I don't need to wash the dishes, but I'm never too lazy to clean up after myself and keep my place clean, neat and tidy. I love my house to be neat and tidy especially around kitchen and bathroom area, I clean up after myself every time, but I understand sometimes people get tired and just want to leave things til later for a bit. I have a car and all my furniture (used to rent an unfurnished apartment on my own) so I am quite flexible with options. I'm currently in my last semester (hopefully) of Graduate Diploma in early childhood teaching at RMIT Bundoora. Only have classes on Tuesdays and Fridays, But between mid August and early October, I have full time placement to go to and assignments to submit at the same time, so I'll be fairly busy. I am not a party person. At night or during weekends, I'll either be watching netflix, spending time with my friends, or doing assignments. During weekdays, I'll be at uni, or doing work placement. And if I still have energy working part time, I'll be doing that too. Oh did I mention I love dogs and cats and I'd be loving them with all my heart if I ever get lucky to live with one/them? If you've got anything you think might suit me, message me anytime, worst I'll say is no :) Hope to hear from you soon! Regards, Nancy.
Hi I am studying Master's program at Monash University. I am a very tidy person, down-to-earth, quiet and spontaneous person. I do not smoke nor I have any pets. I would like a lively, quiet, clean and funhouse to live in with easy going housemates and like minded students or people. I am also open for teaming up with you and look or move into a new house. I am also flexible with the duration of the stay and move in dates.
Hi there! My name is Lavi and I'm a 23 year old, Sri Lankan, working professional female. I am looking for shared accommodation in BURWOOD, BLACKBURN, CHADSTONE, GLEN WAVERLY OR MOUNT WAVERLY in either a house or flat. I'm clean, tidy, easy going, a non-smoker, respectful of people's boundaries but also very much down to chat, cook together, drink and socialise. I've been living by myself for the past 4 years and since it gets lonely, I'm looking to share this time around and meet some interesting people. Only seeking ALL FEMALE accommodation, not too many housemates, preferably with ladies in my age group and south asian but the last two are not compulsory. I rely on PUBLIC TRANSPORT to get to work so the flat/house must be accessible by bus or tram 75. Hope to hear from you soon if your accommodation sounds like a suitable place for me to rent. Hopeful to move ASAP. Have a great day! (:

Vishal is currently in Monash pursuing his Masters in Banking & Finance. Both of us are third culture kids; Indian by birth, born and raised in a tiny little island in the Middle East called Bahrain (look it up, it does exist!). We make sure to keep our living space clean and tidy so you will never have to worry about wet bathroom floors or leftover dishes in the sink. When we are not stressing about assignments and exams, we enjoy watching strictly 7+ rated movies and TV shows, hunting for new experiences in and around the city, trying out new cuisines and getting our caffeine kick from artsy cafes.
