Howdy, I am looking for a place that i can call home for the next 9-12 months, I'm a friendly and out-going person, love to joke around but also understand the importance of privacy and personal space. Enjoy fitness and the outdoors as much as i love a good movie at home. Work at a sports club which entails me working late most nights. I like art, road trips, festivals and quality conversation. Ideally looking for people who are open-minded and around my age, but i don't discriminate! Always happy to meet new people and will happily sit and watch the footy with your mates - mi casa es su casa - as long as they're a maroon's supporter. Not much of a drinker but will drink you under the table if the time comes to it :P Definitely interested in teaming up to find a nice, decent sized place (with a pool too dude wtf is this heat) to shack up in, so hit me up and we can talk business over a drink!
Happy to socialise but am mostly quiet and easy to get along with. Cruisey about cleaning-as long as it gets done but do keep a clean kitchen. Well, to be honest, as long as there's communication I'm pretty cruisey about any topic. I'm a looking for somewhere that can be 'our place' not me moving into a pre-established 'my place'. Im a young 30, work almost full time hours (very secure job though). Will be getting a dog as soon as I can so very important to me that flatmates can get along with dogs and a property with some grass and obviously allows pets.
Hi! I'm currently looking to team up with one or two other females to move into a townhouse in the southern suburbs of Brisbane. I work full time and am very clean and easy to get along with, I'm happy to hang out and have a chat but I do also like doing my own thing. I have a 4 year old english staffy (Billy) who will be coming with me, he is mainly an outside dog :) Move date and stay length are flexible.
I recently moved here from New Zealand and am looking to stay in a flat with people who I can socialize with, not just live with. I love my sports and am looking forward to jumping into some social sports teams once I'm settled. Love a cosy night in as much as a few drinks on a night out. If I sound like a good fit, don't hold back :)
Im from Sweden, about to study Interiour design at TAFE and am looking for a part time job on the side. Im considerate, adventurous and organised. I love to be busy and hang out with friends but totally respect the need of alone time when needed. When I want to have a good time I go for a hike, try out something new or go out for drinks. I do love hanging out on the beach and being spontaneous.
Reliable, tidy, down to earth and respectful final year law student. Work part time and study fulltime. Have a small dog who follows me around and is extremely well trained and behaved. I cook and clean like a demon and am a quiet roommate/tenant. Born and raised in Johannesburg South Africa but living in brisbane since 2010
Hi there, My name is Alec and I'm looking to move into a place in early march around the Cleveland area. I'll be re-locating from Country NSW. I work full time as a Financial Planner and am looking for somewhere for around 6 months so that I can get familiar with Brisbane before my partner joins me and we get our own place. I'd prefer a granny flat, however will consider a share house. I'm easy going, neat, tidy and pay rent on time. I enjoy going to the gym, getting outdoors and playing sport, so ill be out of the house most of the weekend, but am more than happy to relax and have a chat. I tend to get up early and go to bed early so housemates that are similar would suit.
We are looking for an additional female (20s age range) flatmate in a share house in the advertised areas (bayside brisbane suburbs). We are all super friendly and down to earth and would appreciate someone like minded to join us ☺ we are looking to rent at the moment, and will most likely start renting in late january or february. Just a bit about ourselves: - Tessa works as an ecologist part time. - Paul works as an officer for the government full time. - Alex works full time in retail. We are all outdoor people, and Paul has a boat. So be prepared for weekends of fishing and tubing! We are looking for a large home with plenty of space. So that will ensure your privacy. We will all be at work for most of the week too so it will be a quiet household, however socialising will be still be on the cards. Our budget for rent is approx. 120 to 180 pp/week. Send me a message if you want more information ☺

Hello :) I mostly keep to myself as I spend a lot of time gaming on my PC. I work full-time in Eight Mile Plains and would like to live within a 20 min drive to work, preferably bayside area. I don't have much furniture, will most likely buy what I need when I find the right place for myself. I would love to turn my new room into my happy place with lots of decorations and make it my own personal space. I'm also happy to help out with cooking, cleaning and housework :)

Lowset brick home. Bedroom has a queen bed and double builtin wardrobe and air conditioner. Inground pool and small backyard. Outdoor pergola area. The home is small so would need to ensure we get along and comfortable in each other's company. I'm a 52 year old female - retired. I would prefer someone aged 45+ and don't mind if you are an older lady. I'm quiet with no loud parties and would like someone who is looking for the same. I do have a lot of friends so am often out socialising. I certainly will give you your privacy. I want a stress free environment with no drama. I do have a small dog - she is 14 so just sleeps a lot. If this sounds like somewhere you would be happy to live then please contact me.
This is a brand new apartment with ducted air conditioning and thick brick walls so you can't hear neighbours next door. It’s 5 mins walk to the central capalaba bus stop. Also, two major shopping centres are 5 mins walk so it’s super convenient to live even if you don’t drive. Room available is on the 4th floor overlooking the poolside. is fully furnished with brand new furniture, if you need but can be easily stored away if you prefer your own furniture. Your bathroom has a good sized bathtub too. Kitchen has stainless steel fittings throughout and granite bench tops. I hardly cook so it’s all yours if you like. Has a balcony to enjoy though still need to purchase outside furniture. Unlimited internet with Netflix is included. Only other bill you will need to pay apart from rent is for electricity which is not a lot considering all the rooms are open to fresh air at this height. You will have access to Beautiful 6th floor rooftop for small geatherings, access to gym, pool and BBQ facilities.
