Especially, in Chatswood shopping malls, there are plenty of jobs you can apply including masseur, cafe waitress, or cook. From our property to shopping mall, it takes 3 minutes in walking. Good security- This is a well secured apartment unit that consists of two gym access and two swimming pools. (Indoor and outdoor). This is secure place for female especially with a big garden and several facilities, which are only for apartment residents to access.
I'm a Queenslander and recent university grad looking for a place to live in Sydney or surrounding suburbs. I will be working full time in the Sydney CBD, and am looking for a private room. I am friendly, quiet and easygoing. When not working, I enjoy reading, going to the beach (Manly and Dee Why are favourites) and playing chess. Let me know if you think I'm a fit.
One large private room with wifi included in a detached house to share; Located on a quiet street with free unlimited street parking; Walking distance to Chatswood Station, shops, restaurants, vibrant culture and shops in Chatswood; Fully furnished: queen bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk (or bring your own furniture); Everyone is clean, tidy, and respectful of one another. There is a cleaning schedule so everyone does their equal share.
Hi, I'm Shrey. I've just completed my post-grad at Macquarie Uni and am looking to team-up to rent a place within a 45-min commute to the city. I'm easy-going and love running, listening to music, hiking, etc. I don't mind having a couple of drinks and hanging out once in a while.
Welcome to a prime example of middle of Chatswood without the price tag attached. There is a bedroom (4x5m) available starting well….. now. For either male or female roommate. This is a share house with 4 others, this apartment is spacious, but will be sharing bathrooms (with separate cold and hot water taps), kitchen (Induction cooktops ‘bleh’) and lounge room (with 8 wall sockets). Also comes with a gym (in case you hate healthy people) and has both front and back outside couch dwellings (we have 12 couches just in case you wondered). Music and guest are welcome whenever, wish I could say pets….. but, the devil real-estate wont let us. We generally keep this flat tidy but because were busy with work, the pub, and we’re blokes we keep it respectively tidy (you know when you’re at a pub and they turn the lights on, and you can see just how people look… well that’s our house). Speaking of pubs, it’s a 12min walk to Orchard tavern, 11min to Monkey bar and 15min walk to the train station (when you want to go somewhere good). There are also a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and takeaways (5min walk minimum) so you can never go hungry, there is also a fridge, make that 2 fridges, should you wish to keep leftover kebab/pizza for the following morning.

Hi, I'm Kelly, 27. I am currently studying psychology and working full-time. I am looking to move to Sydney or Newcastle (whichever I find the right place). I'm super friendly, tidy, and easy-going. I enjoy going out and having a drink every now and then, but I also like my quiet time to study, watch a film etc. I have a little dog Franki (bichon frise) who is house trained, super cute, very chill and doesn't bark or shed hair. Msg me if you think we’d be a good fit :)
Hello, I'm Laila from Mexico City. I'm clean, respectful, tidy and friendly :) Non-smoking/drinking. I'm looking for permanent accommodation starting on January 1st (I've been living in Sydney for two months now). I speak Spanish, English at an upper-intermediate level and a little bit of Turkish. I love travelling. I know how to get along and share spaces and culture with people from all around the world. I'm keen on trying new experiences, learning new words, languages and hear people' incredible stories.
We're a newly married couple (Jul'19) from the Philippines. We love to travel and we recently moved to Australia. I'm studying MBA at Macquarie University and both Migs and I are looking for work. We both love to eat. Migs and I can cook, hand wash dishes and keep the house sparkly clean (I have asthma so cleanliness is a must!) On our spare time, I read and do homework. We also like to play games from our phones or game console. What makes us good flatmates? We are neat freaks, very hospitable, respectful, and most definitely can be like family.

I am an open minded person, clean and respectful. I am a doctoral researcher at Macquarie University who is also ready to get to know Sydney and Australia. I am in need of a furnished room in a house/flat with max 2 people. I am at a stage where I need to finish my psycholinguistic article. So, somewhere not noisy, and neat would be great for my studies..
I'm a nice guy that enjoys who approaches life with a positive attitude, yet down to earth. I enjoy a good chat and spending time with my flatmates, but also respects the privacy and space of people and expect the same. I'm very clean, tidy and organized. I'm usually very busy during the week with college and work, so I'm not going to be at home most of the time.
