Hi, I'm Jo (female), a 37yr old professional and I'm looking for an easy going, down to earth person to share with. I'm living in a 2 bedroom granny flat (separate to the main house) - Gas cooking, built-ins to both bedrooms, good sized bathroom/ internal laundry. Large entertaining deck off the lounge and gorgeous leafy views! Fully furnished except for the available bedroom. It's a short walk to the corner of Mowbray Rd and Pacific Hwy, so transport via bus or train is easy. Chatswood mall is about a 10minute walk away. I'm a professional who works in the city Mon - Fri. I enjoy socializing with friends, but also enjoy my quiet nights at home too. I'm generally pretty outdoorsy and most weekends during the day I'll off somewhere rock climbing! $300pw includes gas, water, internet, Netflix. The only additional bill to pay is for electricity. p.s. I have 2 lovely girl cats, so looking for someone who is cat friendly :)
Hi! My name is Lizzie, I'm 21 and studying ancient history and archaeology full-time at Macquarie University. I've lived out of home before so I know the drill. :) I live in Canberra at the moment, but am looking to move up to Sydney (either near Macquarie Uni or near public transport that’ll take me there, listed suburbs are just ideas) in mid-late April (can be flexible with dates), until mid July with the possibility of staying the rest of the year. I’m generally pretty quiet, a bit of a hermit and I like my own space, but I’m also very friendly and don’t mind a chat or to hang out occasionally. In my free time, I play video games and other dorky stuff like that. And of course, you can have access to my consoles if you like, but I warn you, I’m a demon at Mario Kart! :) I’m currently in the process of cutting down and quitting smoking. When I do smoke, I try to be considerate about it. I NEVER smoke indoors (or even near open windows/doors) or in the vicinity of non-smokers, and I keep my space clean. I try not to smell of smoke, either. Other than that, I’m pretty easy to live with. My party days are behind me, I just enjoy an occasional glass of wine. Very happy to share meals or catch up every now and then, and to give you space when you need it. I'm also fine with living with children and am happy to babysit (I worked in childcare for three years!). Pets are definitely fine with me, but I can’t live with cats, I’m deathly allergic. I clean up after myself, particularly in common areas. Furnished room would be helpful but not a requirement. Own bathroom would be a huge plus, happy to pay a bit extra for one. Not wanting to share a bedroom, sorry. I receive a regular income and my scholarship pays for most of my other expenses so you don't have to worry about my rent/bills being paid on time! Well, I think that’s it! Any questions, send me a message. Hope to find my new home soon! :)

I am a recent Uni grad trying to start my career as a Recruitment Consultant, so far with about 6 months experience. I work full-time in the City (Town Hall) and just started going to the gym so in a bit of a health-kick at the moment, I also love my sports, and I will be going out regularly on weekends to attend Sydney FC/Sydney Swans games. I will be coming with a Laptop, Xbox One and Mini-SNES so hopefully you have a decent TV I can plug those consoles in and I'm happy to host games nights and what not (I have 2 controllers for both so far but i'm happy to buy more if we need to). I don't mind having a few drinks occasionally either, but i wouldn't call myself a big drinker. I consider myself a peaceful, quiet, tidy person. I will rarely bring any unwanted guests over and i will let you know in advance if i do. I don't smoke and i won't be able to live with someone who does as I have a medical condition. I don't have a car so i will require somewhere that is from walking distance to the train station or close enough to the City where i can catch the bus/walk. I absolutely love animals and i will be looking to adopt one so i hope your accommodation is pet-friendly (but it's okay if it isn't). Last but not least i respect other people's personal space and i expect others to do the same for me.
Hey guys, I'm going on holiday in May, and my lease is ending in 2 weeks time, so I would need a place where I cans stay for 3 weeks starting from 7th of April. I'm looking for a short rental only. I work in the city, so would need a place ideally close to train lines, and/or within 15 kms from the centre. If you have anything available get in touch please. Thanks, adam
Detached house to share with other flatmates, with 2 large private rooms available. Everyone is clean, tidy, and respectful of one another. There is a cleaning schedule so everyone does their equal share. Walking distance to Chatswood Station, shops, and restaurants. Located on a quiet street with unlimited street parking. Bus stop right outside. Furniture is available, or you can use you own.
I’m a fulltime student at Macquarie Uni and I’m also a part time student at SAE institute (Chippendale) so I would love to live in a fairly central location as most of my time is spent at either of these locations. I’m a pretty chilled wine drinking-Netflix watching- music and theatre loving woman. I’m an easy going relaxed person who loves socialising and having a good laugh.I also understand and respect people’s space and privacy, I sometimes very much value time to myself as well. I’m clean & and tidy and would be more than happy to contribute to all the “less than glamorous” choirs needing to be done. I am honest and trustworthy.
We have one room with a huge wardrobe available in Chatswood. It is located 2 minutes away from both Westfield Chatswood and Chatswood Chase, also bus stops, around more or less 6-7 minutes walk to train station. Room is fully furnished but the setup is not fixed. Unlimited internet access (good speed). Rent is 2 weeks payable in advance. What we personally love from this area is that it's really convenient. Chatswood has got everything for everyone. It has gyms, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, groceries stores, lot of parks (skate park, basketball court, soccer, football field), hospital, public library, open spaces, and easy access. We are pretty straight forward easy going couple in our early 30s, both working in retail industry. After whatever day we might have outside it will always be nice to come home to a clean and tidy place and just sit back & relax, that is why we keep the unit clean and tidy. We like to cook and love to share our creation. We prefer someone who is clean, tidy, honest, friendly, and responsible. We don't mind occasional visit from friends. Availability date is not fixed. Feel free to contact us for inquiries or to schedule an inspection.
Hi there :) A little about me; I'm very clean, respectful, responsible and a can cook pretty well I'm also happy to help someone out if needed. I work as a town planner part time (3 days a week) which will go to full time when I finish my degree. The other two week days I have class or generally am studying. I am currently in my final semester of studies. I'm pretty social, easy to get along with and enjoy having a drink watching a movie or going out on the weekend. However, importantly, I also enjoy doing my own thing and I'm respectful of other people's time. Let me know if you're interested in offering a room etc. Cheers, Tom
I am pretty easy going and friendly. I work full time Monday to Friday and like to be outdoors on the weekends. I like to have chill nights during the week. Wouldn't mind hanging out with flatmates every now and then.
I'm a laid back finance professional who is very flexible and easy to be friends with. I value respect and give respect just as much as I expect it. I'm originally from the Central Coast and currently living in North Sydney, working in the city in finance and attending UTS part-time. I'm well kept and tidy. Respect space and privacy as well. I'm academically orientated, tech-savvy but am also social and enjoy a good chat. I look forward to moving somewhere new in the city, exploring a different location and experiencing a new taste of life.
Hi there, my name is Tom and I'm currently working as a Television Producer on the NRL Footy Show. I'm outgoing, professional and dedicated to my job. I'm currently very new to Sydney and would love to find a place as soon as possible. I love the outdoors, love animals as well as obviously watching footy. I've lived all over the place throughout Australia as previously I was employed by the Australian Defense Force, however as mentioned previously a new job opportunity here down South has presented itself. I'm self sufficient in regards to travel, cooking, cleaning and maintenance. I look forward to hopefully hearing from you! Cheers
Social, clean, tidy, considerate, active, study, common sense, traveled, fun, love to cook, share dinner, have a laugh with someone, and enjoy life free from threats. A secure home with locks and keys would be peace of mind.. (i'm speaking from experience)... most important i like my sleep as its very important for me to function.. so looking for mature students or professionals, who are considerate of others need for sleep and health! I am looking for a single room, no room share! A good quality I have is a listen to people.. especially when it comes to their needs!
Hi , I will be moving to Sydney in July'18. I will be working for one of the Investment banks in Sydney as a Business Analyst. I am friendly, tidy and easy to get along with! I love to watch/play sports (squash, football) , read , and watch tele in my free time. I will mostly be busy on most weekdays, and probably out of the house on weekends as well! I also love to travel , and explore new places and cuisines! I worked in London for a couple of years prior to this.
I work long hours including weekends so you won't see much of me. When you do I will be chatting and pleasant and enjoy having a glass of wine. I am clean, neat and tidy and very easy to live with.
