I'm a quiet, respectful, tidy and clean housemate, who is still fairly sociable and easy to get along with. I like having "house family" dinners and the such, but I'm ordinarily fairly occupied with study, work and hobbies. I'm single and occasionally date, so I may have guests from time to time.
G'day guys! My name is Gianna, I am 30 years old and living in Brisbane since nearly two years. At the moment I am living in Bardon and looking for a clean place. I am working weekdays in a Cafe from the morning and weekends at the markets. So I am quiet busy with my work life. Monday is usually my day off. I am originally from Germany and here to get some overseas experiences and to improve my english. I would like to find a place in Graceville/Sherwood/Chelmer, I really like this quiet surrounding. I am tidy, respect your privacy, like to cook dinner from time to time or relax while reading a book after a busy day. I prefer non smoker places, clean with mature people. I am happy to have a chat/go out for a drink after work or socialize, watching a movie together. I an not a party person, like to find a place where everyone respects the others privacy. I am trying to find a new place in this week, let me know, if your place is available. I am available to come around for an inspection Tuesday till Thursday from the afternoon or today, anytime. Friday early afternoon or Saturday after the markets from 2 pm. I am happy to arrange an appointment with you. Have a beautiful day! Greetings, Gianna
Hi there, I am Deb, easy going, clean and tidy and young at heart. I have two beautiful fur Kidz, one a lovable Maltese dog and the other a sooky Rag doll cat, both well behaved. They sleep in my room at night and are outside during the day sleeping in their beds. I have my own bedroom furniture which I would like to bring with me, so I would need a large room/garage/granny flat. I have a large refrigerator and washing machine which can be used or stored. I have stable work, pay bills on time and into healthy living with a positive outlook on life. I am interested in living in a NON SMOKING home with clean and respectful house mates who like to live in a homely feel but like their own space as well. I enjoy getting out and about on weekends, after work I gym then come home and chill with the fur kidz in my room and watch some TV, I like chilling with housemates too. I am interested in moving into a home with others or teaming up to rent a property with like minded people. It is important for me to have a well fenced court yard as I don't do indoor litter trays, the fur kidz are kept well groomed, get along with other pets and I clean up after them. If you think you would be interested in teaming up or have available space you can message or call me, cheers Deb
Recently moved back to Australia from Chicago IL, Wanting to move in ASAP Always down to meet new people, I get along with most people and would prefer roommates i could kick it with but I also stay to my own space and sometimes like privacy. I’m a 26 year old professional male living on the north side but am looking to move closer to Indooroopilly for my work. I’ve recently moved home to Australia after living in Denmark for the past year. I’m clean, quiet and enjoy my own space. I also like to socialise and to get to know others. I work every week day and occasionally weekends. I don’t party or drink very often but I don’t mind doing it from time to time. I like to exercise most week days. I can cook basic things, nothing fancy haha. I’m a little bit OCD about being neat but I’m not pushy. This mainly applies to my personal stuff.
Hey everyone, I’m starting a new job south of the city in a few months so I’m looking early in case the perfect place comes up before then (I currently live and work Northside). Move in date is anytime before September, however I need to give a few weeks notice at my current place. I’m open to most suburbs Southside within about 10-15 minutes of the city. I’m not in a rush as I don’t need to leave my current place, I’m aftwr the right fit as I want to stay on long term. I don’t smoke, use drugs, have pets, have kids or have parties. I work full time office hours with the government and live a fairly healthy lifestyle. I’m clean and quiet and respectful of other’s schedules and downtime as I know I need my own! When I’m not at work I’m usually at the gym, reading or out with friends and family (or sleeping in on weekends). I’m looking for either my own place or to live with one other person who is friendly but essentially has their own life as well. Also must be clean and quiet and normal for the most part! I have no issue with guests/family etc but I’m definitely not up for a busy party house. Pet and LGBTI friendly, couldn’t live with a smoker or drug user though. I’m looking for a non furnished granny flat/studio/private entrance setup. Or, a non furnished room with own bathroom in a house or spacious apartment.
I'm a soon-to-be Master's student at the University of Queensland. I will be moving from India to Brisbane early in July and seek affordable rooms in close proximity to the UQ campus. Am willing to share with housemates, and have a budget of $100 - $150 for weekly rent. For the most part, I'm quiet, reserved and easy-going, and easy to get along with. I like good hygiene and tidiness in my surroundings. My hobbies include reading, cycling, video games and music (am a novice self-taught pianist).
This property is extremely affordable for what it offers, with an enormous room perfect for those who value their privacy. It can act as a combined study/lounge/bedroom (see photos). The property has plenty of storage available. The property has an outdoor courtyard for entertaining, as well as a cute atrium in the heart of the house (pictured). It is situated very close to Chelmer train station, and is a 15 minute walk or a short drive to Indooroopilly shopping centre.
I'm friendly, easy to get along with and respect others privacy. I prefer social housemates that I can call friends. I am also looking for a place within walking distance to a train station as I don't own a car. I am also pretty keen on teaming up with a few people to find somewhere new. ps. a/c is desirable :)
Hey! Name’s Daijah (just think of Déjà vu). I’m a Cairns girl - spent all of 6 years living it up in the “big smoke” of Brisvegas at boarding school and university. I went home for a year to help out with the family business but when we opened up our SEQ office I was too eager to get back. Now here I am with no place to call home. I’m clean, hardly around as I work full time and train most afternoons, just need a space of my own to kick back. Help me out would ya!
Looking for all-female house/flat (with no boyfriend-sleepovers) close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats (if possible) or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! : ) Prefer similar age-range/ 26-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean, considerate, and friendly, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - about 1.5 cubed metres (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room).
Am a female of 28 yrs, student and studying nursing at Tafe Queensland,Brisbane . I also work in an aged care facility. My country of origin is Botswana, located in southern of Africa. I do sports for fun, traveling and watching movies
I have a room within a two bedroom sharehouse available. The bedroom is of standard size, it features ceiling fans, large standing wardrobe and a TV antenna point within the room. The house is essentially a two bedroom home to share with a 29 year old male university student. A virtual granny flat is located at the rear of the property that is occupied by a 39 year old male that lives independently of the house. The house is a renovated post war style home with polished floorboards throughout and has just recently been painted. The house has a brand new 7kw split cycle air con so living will be very comfortable in all conditions. The house has solar hot water and in addition to this has a 3kw solar panel system which is a rarity in rental properties that assists enormously in keeping rising electricity costs to the bare minimum. Internet access will also be available and will be split between the tenants. The property is located close to sporting fields and reserves, the Brisbane river is approximately 1.6k from the front door (the house did not flood in 2011) and 500m of Graceville train station. Indooroopilly shopping centre is less than five minutes drive, University of QLD a ten minute drive and there are plenty of coffee shops and eateries in close vicinity. The property has a generous sized backyard and will continue to be maintained by the landlord. The property will be available on the 8th of June 2018 however arrangements can be made to accommodate earlier if so desired. I look forward to hearing from you. Can be furnished with queen sized bed Solar hot water 3kw solar system Freshly painted 7kw split cycle air con Ceiling fans to all rooms Antenna point within bedroom

I am very understanding and easy going. I am courteous due to my work requirements, and honest. I work in the aviation industry. I have just returned from being based in Sydney and while I look for something to buy over the next 6-12 months I wanted to rent something tidy and pet friendly as I have a small dog. I am a lot of fun, love the outdoors and trying new things, hence giving this a go.

Hi, I am Alan and originally from Taiwan. I have been in Brisbane for over 5 years. I first came to Australia to study and now I am working at an IT distributing company in East Brisbane. My work schedule is generally pretty busy during the week, but I like to just relax and chill out on the weekends. I am into fitness, e.g. weight lifting and yoga, and I also enjoy healthy lifestyle. So not a big drinker or smoker for me. I like to go hiking and going to the beach, just to explore different places around Brisbane when I am free. I am looking for a quiet place with respectful housemates. An off-street parking place is a must. I have been sharing accommodation for a while so I know what details needed to pay attention to. Therefore, please let me know if there is any opportunities. I look forward to hearing from you and thanks for taking time reading my profile. Cheers, Alan

Hey everyone!! I'm a very busy remedial massage therapist who is pretty active and is always on the go. I have a pretty awesome white golden retriever who is super friendly and loves people. I'm a very considerate flatmate, who always cleans after herself and enjoys chilling time when I'm not busy running around. Ideally I would love a granny flat with a yard for my dog to chill in, but I'm pretty flexible. Around Chapel Hill would be great, but willing to move to a different area.
