It is important to me to stay relatively close to the area of Everton Park/Stafford as I dont have transport, and need to be close to my daughter in case of any emergencies that may arise if needed. My life very much does revolve around my munchkin. I have not worked an exact dollar amount I can afford in rent at the moment but hoping for something along the price range of up to $160 per week, although this amount is mentioned it is just a rough estimate until i can work out the figures with an exact dollar amount, as budgeting is also very important to me in my situation so willing to go higher but prefer to go smaller. I am very honest person and tells it is how it is, so I am saying if there is a bond, an arrangement would have to be made to pay it off with my rent upon my tenancy starting, as I honestly do not have that sort of money upfront.
