I am a 43 year single dad. My little girl is 3 years old and I do have her anything up to 50% of the time. It is a share custody agreement that we decide as we go, depending on the needs of both her and her mum on the week ahead. My daughter is very important to me, so it is important for me to find a room suitable for the two of us to live in. We do cosleep so an extra bed in the room would not be necessary. I do have most of my own furniture, but will to put some in storage if the need arises. I have just recently graduated from a Diploma of Human Resources Management, so am currently looking for work in this field to kick start my new career. In saying that I am determined to find work in the near future, so on the days I dont have my daughter, Im usually busy trying to find suitable employment. I am very responsible with rent, and pay on the day it is due fortnightly as a first priority. I have lived in the same Stafford Residence for three years since my daughters mother and I separated, and quite happy to produce references to show there will never be an issue with my rent, am clean and tidy, respectful, and an allround awesome housemate. Before I livedin my current Residence, I lived in Everton Park, where my daughter is currently residing. In saying that am quite happy to take my time in moving to find the right house and right fit for my daughter, as it is important to me to find something long term as want to be able to provide stability for my little girl. I am a man of word however, and definatly want to do the right thing by my current landlord, so from the date an agreement is made with us, I would have to give him two weeks notice. It is important to me to stay relatively close to the area of Everton Park/Stafford as I dont have transport, and need to be close to my daughter in case of any emergencies that may arise if needed. My life very much does revolve around my munchkin. I have not worked an exact dollar amount I can afford in rent at the moment but hoping for something along the price range of up to $160 per week, although this amount is mentioned it is just a rough estimate until i can work out the figures with an exact dollar amount, as budgeting is also very important to me in my situation so willing to go higher but prefer to go smaller. I am very honest person and tells it is how it is, so I am saying if there is a bond, an arrangement would have to be made to pay it off with my rent upon my tenancy starting, as I honestly do not have that sort of money upfront.
