Hi, my name is Travis, I'm 27, single, gay, super clean, super tidy and super dorky. I'm respectful of personal space but also don't mind hanging out, specially if it involves Netflix and a big box of Cadbury Favourites although wouldnt mind a housemate who I can be friends with at the same time. I'm not a party animal but don't mind going into the city or somewhere nice for a couple drinks on the rare occasion, so I'd like a housemate who is similar in that sense and who has a friendly and easy going personality that's clean and tidy. :) I'm work night shift as a Environmental Services Assistant at the SVPHN in Chermside and Im studying IT full time at Tafe South Bank. Im after a place that has the following, - Pet free (Allergic to dogs) - Cigarette free - Drug free - LGBT friendly - Air-conditioning - Non party house - Off street parking - 1 other person maybe 2 max depending on the person/situation - Queen size room with built in (Unfurnished) - Ensuite or own bathroom - Storage (Preferable) - New or Newish house/townhouse or apartment (preferably) - Super clean, as I am really clean myself so ideally Id like my future housemate to be the same. I do have a few bits and bobs that need to be stored, some I can just chuck in the cupboard and under my bed but I do have a sensor dryer and also a mountain bike which I'd like to keep out of the weather. If you like what you read and feel I'm suitable please done hesitate to message me.
Hi! I am looking for a nice place to live in the northern suburbs. I have good references from my past landlords and flatmates and I also always try to keep the house tidy and clean. So you have found a win-win ;) I'd like to live with people around my age that enjoy outdoor activities, but also video games, long chats and learn new languages (I'm Spanish). I find almost every single geek thing interesting- if your passion isn't on my list I probably will give it a go. I'm really open-minded, sociable, pet-friendly and LGBT friendly. I'm a fan of laughing and having good moments with some wine but I'm not a party person. If you think you drink too much I won't be very keen tbh. I'm open to team-ups and get a whole unit with somebody else. I just need a good quality/reasonable price accommodation to live in the long-term. If it sounds good don't hesitate to send a message. I'm pretty flexible if the offer is good! See ya :)
I am looking for a two or three bedroom place on the north side to share with one or two other female housemates. I'm flexible with moving dates, but I'm keen to get settled. I'm friendly but on the quieter side - I'm definitely not a party animal! I like to relax by reading, watching TV, painting and I'm trying to learn to sew. I kinda want to learn how to spin wool. I may be your grandma, internally. Speaking of party animals, though, I do have a beautiful Samoyed girl named Eira. She's extremely friendly with people and other dogs (but is untested with cats) so if you also have a furbaby, maybe we could arrange a playdate and see how they get along! I work Monday to Friday varying hours and like to chill at home when I'm not working or at the dog park. I come with a TV, couch/rug/coffee table, fridge and dryer as well, so I'm a great deal! Message me if you have a place or you think you want to team up or even if you just want to pat my dog - I get it 😆
I am a shift working nurse at the RBWH. I am also a song leader, pianist, sound tech and youth leader at my church. Between work and church I keep very busy and am looking for a place to keep to myself to recharge. I love reading, watching tv shows and am an ametuer gamer. I will be respectful of your home and will keep it clean and tidy. My hope is to have a small, quiet dog to be a home companion. I have had dogs in the past am am responsible when it comes to their care.
My name is Emma, I'm 20 years old and looking for some laidback housemates to live with. Looking to be that bit closer to the city. I work full time as a house painter and have a solid routine during the week of an early bedtime. I like to spend weekends with friends, having some drinks and fun out door activities. I'm fine to keep to myself but also wouldn't mind making new friends as working alone doesn't open up many social opportunities ahaha. I'd love to hear from you if you think I would suit your house! Please don't message me if your rent is over my limit.
This room is a mid sized room (3m x 4.4m). • fully furnished • King single bed (new) • Vanity area, with sink, mirrored cabinet • airconditioned • ceiling fan • free WiFi • Smart TV • Fridge • Microwave • Desk & Chair • Great natural light • acoustic, insulated wall panelling • polished timber floors (no carpet) Outside of the rooms you have a brand new kitchen, dishwasher and 2 casual dining areas. Im 20, new to the area. I am looking to rent a room.I will be starting part time work in chermside at opsm in the 4th of March. Looking to move closer as Im living in Sunshine Coast atm and the commute isn’t really what I wanna be doing haha. I am alway cleaning up after myself, happy to chip in with household chores, always pay rent on time. I consider myself sociable, super chilled, very easy to get along with, as well as very respectful of people's space, property and schedules. I enjoy having a drink or two when I’ve got time off. If I'm not working I’m most likely up the coast, at the beach majority of the time, or out with friends or just chilling binging some netflixxx
Looking to live anywhere close to Brisbane with some pretty relaxed people. I work full time nightshift, will be studying philosophy part time at UQ in 2020. I love to read and do some creative writing (poetry) and dabble in amateur photography that I post on Instagram. I don’t party anymore but I love a damn good shindig if your place is hosting. I solemn have groups of people over, just usually one or two of my closest most sincere friends. I smoke cigarettes to mellow out if you’re okay with that (but would never inside someone’s house that’s just crazy). I enjoy getaways, going down to Sydney and Melbourne once in a blue moon, staying in arbnb’s and hotels in exotic places, visiting close friends houses, spontaneous adventures with only the best people and some stability to come home to my own bed in a nice environment. I’m looking for people that don’t like drama, but love fun, are humble, and open to accepting people from all walks of life. Would love to share a house with some vibrant young people like myself. Life is good so I hope I can live somewhere with you. Feel free to text or call 0401442924
Hey everyone! I just moved back here from Europe after living in the UK for a year. I am loving Australia, I'm hoping to stay here permanently. I'm just looking for a new house to move in to. Get a fresh start, meet some new cool people all the jazz... I work in retail in Westfield Chermside. I am quite socially awkward I'm not gonna lie lol. I'm just not the most chattiest person and I love my own space to peace out. That being said I would love to meet new people and gain a couple of friends, I could sure use someone to go out more, maybe even go clubbing and stuff. I am a huge fan of social media and my list of favourite TV shows is never ending. Ideal (Friday) night is just a bottle of wine and good company. I do love my wine. A lot haha. Also, I am vegetarian so.. if you are too, I already love you! HMU! P.S. I am gay and would love to have gay housemates cause I have never had them before, but in a prefect world right? Obviously you need to be LGBTI+ friendly tho lol. Also just FYI I am a smoker if that's an issue for you. Obviously I don't smoke inside but yeah.. Just heads up.

I am in the second year of my apprenticeship and enjoy transforming people’s hair and making them feel happy/excited about the way they look. In the little spare time that I do have I love to shop, go to surfers paradise and I also LOVE LOVE LOVE roller coasters so movie world is a yes for me.

Hi, I work full time and keep busy with sport/ Pilates 3-4 nights and like to relax on the weekends. I have a 7 year old kelpie cross, she is such a sweet girl and will want to make any human her new best friend! We are looking for a housemate to find a rental property together that has a nice kitchen and a decent backyard for the pupper. I enjoy baking (cup cakes are my specialty) so living with me wouldn’t be the worst if you enjoy a good cake haha Thanks :)
I'm a fun, friendly, caring, reliable and honest person. Pretty easy to get a long with. A fairly neat and clean individual. I work fulltime and on my days off I like to keep busy so I'm usually pretty occupied and not a lazy ass that sits around all day. Have lived in share houses before and lived with a mate who I worked full-time with for 6 months so I know the expectations of living close with people.
Live in a new, fully furnished unit only 500m to Westfield Chermside. It’s an easy going building with lots to do in the area. You’ll get your own bathroom, and you’ll get to live with an awesome little angel of a pug, Benny! I like to keep things neat and tidy as much as possible. It’s a great space with a great feel.
We currently have 3 bedrooms all furnished in the upstairs area for rent, this would highly suits students or working singles. rent does include bills, wifi, the main bedroom has air conditioning, large amounts of cubboard space, this one is $150. The other 2 bedrooms are $100 each and a little bit smaller and do not have air conditioning, however the main living area is air conditioned and works really well to keep the area cold. The rooms are private and have locks for your own peace of mind. You will be sharing with myself and my father but we live down stairs but will use the main living areas up stairs for the kitchen, out side Veranda and bathroom/toilet. We are extremely easy going people and do not have silly expectations, just that you’re friendly and respectful. Unfortunately we can’t accept cats or dogs bother given the size of property and that we do get a lot of birds that fly in and hand feed. The house is located on a rather quiet back next to Gympie road with plenty of street parking, very close to the hyper market, chermside shopping centre and multiple bus stops that can take you to train stations or straight to both qut and the city. Please note that this is not a party house, drugs not tolerated, smoking is allowed but outside. Always happy for friendly conversations If you would like to know anything more, please call bob please no text messages due to the fact my father only owns a simple phone.
The property is 5 minute walk from Westfield Chermside, buses, and hundreds of exciting restaurants and leisure areas. Although directly off of a major road, the neighborhood is quiet and you are certain to never hear cars or loud traffic during the days or weekends. Living near a hospital makes street parking tough, but included in your room is a 1x car garage that will make sure you're not parking on the street! The apartment itself is spacious and full of windows to help with air flow, and contains a large open living area and kitchen which are ideal for smaller parties and hosting friends/family. The living room, kitchen, washing machine, dining area, bathroom, and toilet are all fully furnished by myself, so aside from additional shelving anywhere you require it, the apartment is mostly furnished and major white-good aren't required. Below the apartment on the street is an open park, ideal for early morning walks or entertaining guests with a BBQ in the afternoon's. If you have any additional questions about the property, feel free to contact me to come and check it out anytime.
