I'm a full-time student studying education (finishing this year) who works part time in before and after school care so I'm usually home for a few hours during the middle of the day and at night. I enjoy cooking and often babysit on the weekends. I am very self sufficient, clean up after myself, and enjoy spending time with others.
I’ve been living out of home and looking after a 4 bedroom property for the last 5 years. I work full time as a sales rep and usually just have quiet weekends in. I share my life with a beautiful, well behaved border collie (medium/large dog) who is house trained and friendly. She needs some outdoor space however I will be walking her a lot. I’d love to live with people who have similar interests - not party animals but also like to have a good time. I like to cook, stay fit and also enjoy a drink at the end of a busy week. I’m extremely clean and tidy and always clean up after myself. I work a lot, sometimes from home. I also have my own fridge and washing machine, if needed in a household. Move date is flexible and all dependent on whether I find the right place, however I’d like to find something between May-July.

Don't really mind where I live so long as the place is a decent size and it's relatively easy to get to the city via public transport. I'm also never home during the week because of work and gym so you'll basically have the place to yourself! Off-street parking is a must as my insurance doesn't cover my car otherwise. Hmu! :)

But I'm keen on the Hornsby area because it's close to mountain biking & easy to get out of the city for adventures. I currently live with my fiance, who is moving to Brisbane to be closer to our families. I'll be following her in the next 6 months once I find work up there. So I'm hoping for a room that's available for 3-6 months. I'm generally tidy and respectful of your privacy and possessions, so I'd like to find housemates that are similar.
