Moving to Perth at the beginning of September, looking to join a few people in a shared house. I'm easy going, always down for a yarn or to head down the pub to watch sports. I'll be mostly on a short FIFO schedule so won't be around half the time once i'm settled in with work potentially ! When i'm home i'll have plenty of time to help take care of domestic duties and remain self-sufficient. I like to play sports, keep fit. I get along well with most people, happy to be a source of entertainment for you or a quiet, private housemate. I play guitar or read in my spare time usually. Looking to actually find some new hobbies so it would be great to have some inspiration from housemates !

Hi, my name is Jayde, and I’m looking for a room to rent in Perth. I currently work part-time as a medical receptionist for a podiatry clinic, with a guaranteed 25 hours a week on contract. Alongside this, I also do casual support work when I’m not at the clinic, which is usually another 2-3 shifts on top of my part-time role. I study a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) part-time at Curtin University, which usually takes up 1–1.5 days of my week. Between work and study, I’m usually pretty busy and don’t spend a huge amount of time at home. I don’t smoke or party, and I much prefer an early bedtime and early mornings (with the occasional Sunday sleep-in!). I enjoy socialising but equally value my private downtime. I’m respectful of others, clean and tidy, and usually in bed by around 8pm. My parents moved away to travel Australia over a year ago, so since then I’ve been renting a house through a realestate (DASH) with my sister. She is now moving in with her partner, which is why I am searching for a new place. I can provide all my clearances as a support worker, as well as references. My current real estate agent, India McAskill, can be contacted on 08 9402 4278. I can also provide a personal reference, income statements, and proof of always paying rent on time. On a personal note, I like to meal prep to save time during the week and reduce how much cooking I need to do. I find cleaning therapeutic and never mind doing a deep clean around the house. Along with this, I like to keep my room very clean and cozy, as I it is usually my safe place. I do not have any pets. I’m hoping to find a clean, respectful and friendly place to call home. Thank you!

G'day, Am an Adelaide bloke looking to move to WA just before the major holiday period. I've lived in Adelaide for the past 12 years and have been frequently travelling to WA for the past 2 years and have fallen in love with WA. Also, since a lot of my work is now in WA , it'll save me a lot of travel if I moved. I work in Sports Analysis and work with several regional and community footy leagues, so I am out and about most of the time. When home, I am either still working or binge watching or cooking up a storm. I enjoy chats, especially over a drink and while sharing food. I have survived without social media for over 12 years now and very content with it, so you wont find me online on any platform other than when my company posts my interviews online (untagged) 😉 Am looking for a place that I can share, but not with too many people. I will be staying not longer than 6 months as I intend to buy my own place by then.
