Hi, I’m Ellie! I’m moving to Sydney on the 5th of May. I love good food and wine, but try to balance this (or at least attempt to) with staying active! I’m moving from the Sunshine State, which has definitely conditioned me to be one with the sun and nature (loves a beach day). I’ll be working full-time as an operations manager for three restaurants—so you’ll usually have the nights to yourself, and probably the mornings too, as I’m often out the door early to catch the sun and move before work. I’m very clean and love an organised pantry and fridge I come with a robot vacuum. I bake great cookies, can chat philosophy but also flex to trash TV. I love a chat but also really respect space—especially first thing in the morning. I drink black coffee and come with a percolator. Looking for a home—or a housemate to make one with.
