Hi! I'm looking for an existing sharehouse.
Reason for search: My current place is going to be knocked down in a few months :(
Areas of interest: I am looking to live on the Lower North Shore (preference for Cremorne, Mosman, and Neutral Bay). I'm currently located in Cremorne and really love this area so would love to stay here!
Me as a housemate: I have lived with housemates/roommates for the past ~8 years so I'm very accustomed to shared living! I always clean up after myself in shared spaces such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. In my current place we rotate Sunday chores which has worked great for us. I'm very friendly and easy going, and accepting of all different types of folks. During the week, I'm normally in the office about 3 days a week, and work from home the rest, so I would like to be able to fit a desk in my room or work from living/dining room. On the weekends I often am outside getting active, getting brunch with friends, and doing weekly chores/admin. I love being social with my housemates, and hope we can become friends. But of course, as an introvert myself, I am respectful of others' quiet time/space. I don't smoke or have any pets.
Wants in housemates: A group of fun and kind individuals, who are respectful of our space and each other! Ideally, we can become friends and be social, but don't have to be besties. I am open to living with people of any gender, however I would be more cautious about living with all men, and would prefer women/NB folks. Ideally, you're close to me in age (20s). I love pets if you have them, but sadly I'm quite allergic to cats!
Hobbies: I love cooking (especially for others), making cocktails, reading, listening to music and podcasts, doing yoga, running (just did my first half-marathon!), going on walks, doing puzzles, playing board games, and going to the beach. Also love a good TV show or movie!
