Hi, I am a 27 y/o engineer working full time and looking for another young adult to move in as one housemate has relocated. The apartment complex is "resort style" with a large central pool, spa, gym and is adjacent to Boas Gardens. We are less than 150m from West Perth train station, across the road from harbor town, less than 2 min walk to major CAT (free) bus stops into the city and a short walk to kings park. The apartment is fully furnished. The room is furnished and has built in wardrobes. Looking for someone (male or female) who, is clean, responsible, relatively quiet during weeknights and happy to socialise with a few drinks on weekends. The complex itself is rather quiet however with the city, Northbridge, Leederville, etc. all within walking distance there never any issue finding a place to spend a night out! Rent is $180pw (incl. unlimited internet) plus split bills (power/gas approx. $35 pp per month). The room is available now. Parking is not included. Street parking is ticketed from 8am-6pm weekdays and free all other times.

I have the cutest pet rabbit ever named Chi, he's a good boy a bit shy but super loving, obedient and quiet, he's litter trained (which I change the litter every day.) He L-O-V-E-S vegetables and vegetable scraps such as, Basil, Bok choy, Broccoli leaves, Carrot tops, Celery leaves, Cilantro, Clover, Collard greens, Dandelion leaves, Dill, Kale (sparingly)Lettuce – romaine or dark leaf (no iceburg lettuce and no cabbage) Mint, Mustard greens, Parsley, Water cress. He would live inside my room, in a spacious rabbit-cage, it's healthiest for him and It's also out of the heat, he has a hygenic blanket I wash aswell, he's basically my fur baby, I also like taking him for walks by the beach, he loves to dig and play in the waves. Requirements; Please, I do not want to live in a cluttered house or with someone messy, I believe environment has allot to do with health. Small messes or occasional dishes left out are okay, but nothing hectic or built up, please. Possibly, would re-new the 6 month lease, we would have made, again, If desired. I would need access to kitchenware, such as a microwave, toaster, stove, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans. I also would need access to a laundry faciltity and a vaccum/broom but I'd buy my own washing powder and help replace the vaccum bag/s.
