Hey I’m a 24 french guy here for an internship in geology at the UWA. I’m really interesting by your sharehouse!! I’m a social Bodyboarder ;) (I don’t mind if you’re surfer lol). Because of my studies I need quiet time during the week but the week-end as you said we are young ;) I’m clean and I love to cook, so it will be a pleasure for me to show you my “talent” And by the way I’m in Perth until the end of June Cheers Ben
Hello :) Currently living in a lovely apartment in Claremont, but I'm now at a point where I really miss living in a house and need a bit more space. Would be great to live in a place with people around my age. Date to move in: TBA (Probably looking in a month or so, but could move in whenever) Would love a place that has the following: - House property (no apartments, flats etc. sorry!) - Unfurnished bedroom - Good quality kitchen (big foodie and love cooking!) - Close by transport and the shops - Parking space - Walking distance from parks and/or beach to go on walks/runs - Reasonably spacious bedroom (bigger than 3m x 3m) - Nice neighbourhood - WIFI access ABOUT ME: - Originally from Melbourne - Studying a Masters in Marketing (online) - Work casually at a pizza bar in Cottesloe - Hobbies: Cooking | Eating | Health & Fitness | Singing | Hanging out with friends | Movies | Reading - Recently began volunteering at Princess Margaret Hospital - Love watching/playing sports when I have the chance (tennis, soccer, cricket, you name it) - Dog lover - Non-smoker With a bubbly personality, I'm overall an easy-doing individual who carries very little fuss. Cleanliness is not an OCD for me, however I do like to keep things tidy. Would love to be with people around the same age as me with similar interests :)
We are two friends (not a couple) travelling to Perth from 🇬🇧 on working holiday visas. We are both 18 years old and have taken a gap year before starting university back home. Looking for a flat share type arrangement whilst living in Perth or her suburbs. We intend to work and explore so do not expect to be at home all that often. That said, we're looking for outgoing flatmates who appreciate a friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, and having a glass or two together from time to time. It would also be cool if you could show us some of the city's best spots. About us: Tom is interested in languages and speaks fluent French, politics, most sports. Amy's interests are drama, travelling, and fashion. We also enjoy keeping fit. We're easy going, enjoy a laugh and going out. We look forward to meeting new, like-minded people.
Hey guys! We're a gay fun loving, easy going couple looking for a cosy place to move into! We've been together for a few years and have rented together in London but are back now and looking for somewhere to settle into! Feel free to contact me whenever :) Alice
Hi all, I am a 26 year old, English, young professional, relocated from Sydney to Perth in the first week of January to pursue an opportunity in my company's Perth office. I work decent hours (8am to 7pm), but am hoping the move to Perth will allow me more time to relax and focus on being fit and healthy. I greatly enjoy movies, cooking (eating), reading and socialising over a glass of wine. I don't know much about Perth suburbs, but I would be looking for somewhere within walking distance of some good cafes and restaurants if at all possible! Close to the beach would also be a plus! I would be looking for a 6 month lease to begin with, though, I may be able to extend longer. The reason behind this is that my girlfriend (who still lives in England) will be moving out in August, so we may then look to move into our own place together!
We are looking for a new housemate! We have a lovely house in Claremont to share with the right person. The living area is light and open and the house has a beautiful outdoor area for evening drinks or dinner. The house has wooden floor boards and a modern kitchen. The room has a queen sized bed, built-in wardrobe and air-conditioning. It can also be fit-out with a desk if needed. The house is close to: · Claremont Quarter · Claremont Pool · Claremont Lake · Gym · Trains and buses
Hi 👋🏼 I’m moving to Perth from Tassie, I am a little worried I may melt though excited to be living closer to the beach! I am moving for a new job position in the health industry. Looking to move into an easy going house with people who enjoy doing their own thing but also enjoy a cheeky wine and cheese platter.
Imagine the life you could have in this amazing residence! It is close to the beach, close to the river, two streets from the train, one street to the bus and only 2kms to the Claremont Quarter. It is in a quiet, friendly street just waiting for you. This beautifully designed house has lots of light and a beautiful back garden to relax in. There is also a courtyard and two huge living areas. There is reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort, although the clever design means that we very rarely need to use it. There are two bedrooms available. One is huge and the other is a double-sized bedroom with a large walk-in wardrobe. The larger bedroom has two built-in wardrobes and the other has a walk-in wardrobe. Take your pick. The whole house is fully furnished. I am looking for a mature (40+) professional lady, as I, too, am a mature professional lady. The rent is $250 per week plus $55 per week for utilities, which includes wifi. No travellers or couples. Please contact me if you can see yourself enjoying life in this house.
I am a 19 year old student studying law at UWA. I would like to live somewhere close to uni, preferably in the Claremont/Subiaco area. I enjoy my personal space as I study a lot, but also enjoy to go out with friends and have a few drinks. I work part time, so I will be pretty busy with that and uni. I am a very clean/tidy person, so will definitely pull my weight when it comes to maintenance.
I currently work full time in CBD and will be studying at UWA this year so am looking for something within reasonable proximity. I would prefer a place with my own bathroom. I dance and play piano for hobbies so currently not home until around 8-9pm 3x nights and spend at least one night a week at my house with my grandparents. I have a car and motorbike so parking is ideal for both but essential for car at least. I am a homeowner who is tidy and respectful of others property and space. My hobbies keep me pretty busy but I'm also very sociable when at home so would love to build good friendships and find housemates I can share an occasional drink with!
I am a 29 Sudanese female who has traveled a lot before settling in Perth to do a PhD degree in Astrophysics. Open minded and hard worker, I like having fun but I do appreciate my space. I would like to have female mates
I'm very low maintenance. I'm reasonably social but am looking more for a place to come home and relax in/ study rather than somewhere that holds banging raves. I study at UWA so need somewhere closeish, but also love getting some exercise and going for a swim in the ocean. I don't party that hard but don't mind a social weekend. My fav Simpsons character is Monty Burns and I think avocado on toast is a bit overrated tbh
Claremont Quarter (above david jones) Coles, Farmer Jacks Cafes, Bars, Restaurants, Nightclub Retail Shopping Right next to the train line Close to the Beach Close to the City Own secure car bay. I am an exchange student from Norway that are going to study geoscience at UWA. People describes me as a happy, kind, positive and enthusiastic person. I really like sport and do train a lot. I have been playing soccer in 1.division. In my freetime I like to be with friends, hiking, be outside and go out to the city in the weekends with my friends. I am not a noisy person and I clean up after me.
I'm a clean, friendly and respectful housemate. Currently looking for somewhere closer to Notre Dame in Fremantle where I am studying Nursing. I work some weekends and tend to be pretty busy person balancing study and work.
Hey everyone! I am from Germany studying a semester abroad from February until July. My major is archaeology and my minor spanish. I will probably spend a lot of time at university but am open to having meals together at night or drink coffee/tee during the day. :) I'm an easy-going, open-minded person that likes to spend a lot of time outside, going hiking, biking and lots of other things. My boyfriend will join me for May and June, so he would be staying with me if he doesn't have to work outside of the city. He loves sports as surfing, mountainbiking, snowboarding and is always challenging himself with new goals. I would love to hear from you!
Moving to Perth in early to mid February to start combined PhD/Masters in Psych at UWA! Looking for nice accomodation around the campus, ideally within biking distance. Me as a housemate: Super easy going, very clean & tidy + conscientious with chores, pay my rent on time, very personable and love a good in-depth chat about almost anything; all that good stuff. Main hobbies include playing music (Brazilian-style guitar is a fave), running, beach and bushwalking. Please get in touch!
Hi everyone, I am Kamilla 29 years old and from Denmark. I have been in Australia since September 2016. I am spontaneous, very down to earth and easy going. I am looking for a social place where we can meet for a chat in the kitchen, maybe make some dinner together and chat after a long day. I am not looking for a party place. I work full time. I am looking for a place for the next 6 months but I am open for a short term too. The room must be furnished. I hope to hear from you! :)
I am a young researcher at UWA/Perkins institute, recently moved to Perth. I am looking for a quiet place where to stay, possibly not to far from work. I am a nice and easy going roommate, respectful of the others but willing to share my time and experiences with other roommates and friends
Yo I'm looking to share a place with laid back, social individuals who are super duper respectful but also enjoy banter and a good time!!! I am a medical science student with interests in the music scene (If we have a similar taste in music, that'd be killer), fashion and photography. I'm usually out socialising, having a drink, watching documentaries, watching a series, reading or outdoors with my best gal friend. I love to cook, I'll probably want to cook for everyone!! It would be a massive bonus if you'd love to share meals together every so often :) As I am studying, I also need my down time. I consider myself super easy to live with as i have a high level of respect for other people, cleanliness and I am very self aware. As long as you have common decency and common sense, we will hit it off. I am very laid back and am not affected by other people's choices of life style habits etc. I absolutely LOVE animals. I enjoy living in a relaxed space that is kept looking cute and clean, but I'm not a neat freak. Ideally i would like to build friendships and stay long term, however, i am open to staying in a cool place short term. If you think you have the right place for me, or would consider getting a place with me, please let me know, i would love to meet you!! xx ps. no pretentious chats
