The property is a 4 bedroom air conditioned house that has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. It has a rear and front garden area (low maintenance). Its within 400m of the Claremont Train station, Lake Claremont and Shopping Centre.
Hi I'm Nathaniel. Im a fairly active individual be that Soccer, five aside, Rock climbing, or Surfing badly. Always up for a chat or getting involved be it watching the sport, hitting the beach or having a cheeky vino or three. I'v done the house share gig a couple of times, so happy to help out or give space where needed. Currently living in Cott so would love to keep the beach lifestyle going.
As you can see from the photos, it is a bright, airy house with a beautiful native garden. Located in Claremont half a block from Stirling Hwy, it is a very quiet and safe area. Your fully carpeted room is a queen-sized bed with flannel sheets and electric blanket and all other bedding including a pure wool blanket as well as a doona/duvet so it is very warm in the cold weather. You have a large desk with a lamp and the chair has been updated from the photo - it is now a black large padded CEO chair with arms - very comfortable! You have a tv in your room with all free to air channels and there is Apple tv available. Your view out your large window is onto the beautiful garden. There's a very well equipped kitchen which you can use. You share your bathroom with one other tenant. You have an air conditioner in your room for summer. The house is very clean. Breakfast is included and is provided every day, with several kinds of cereal and muesli, fruit juice and there is always a fresh fruit bowl. Delicious homemade bread is always available for breakfast or a snack. There are jams, peanut butter, butter, Vegemite and Marmite to spread on the bread. FREE ENGLISH TEACHING - I am happy to correct your English when you speak and help with written English so that when you leave here you are a confident and high-level English speaker. I have a considerable amount of very successful experience in this area. There is a 24-hour gym - Essence - across the road which has casual memberships and which is very well equipped. It's an excellent location for public transport and nearby places to walk to. UWA is a 10-minute bus ride, a 20-minute bike ride or a 30-minute walk. The buses are frequent and run until midnight. The river is 10 minutes walk away for jogging and walks. Cottesloe beach is 15 minutes by bus or bike. Claremont shopping centre with many shops, a hotel, banks, cafes and post office is 10 minutes walk away. Claremont and Loch St train stations are both 10 minutes walk away. Europeans preferred, please. References supplied from previous tenants.
Hi I just landed a full-time position working in Child care. I'm respectful of others, clean, tidy and easy to get along with. I'm always up for an adventure or to socialize but I enjoy my solitude just as much.
The vibe of the place is really relaxed. Our place is a two person unit, part of a quiet set of units across the road from Claremont Quarter. The room available is the smaller of the two and the place itself isn't huge, but it's definitely big enough to call cosy and it's in a brilliant location. There's a shared shower/ laundry with a bathroom to the side. While the room itself will be available unfurnished beyond the built in wardrobe the rest of the place is pretty well equipped. We've got Netflix and Kayo on telly, pretty fast internet, air conditioning in the lounge and a little veggie patch out on the porch.
Hey everyone, Full time employee here, I can also do dishes and not trash the place. I get my pay check near Kings Park but do my surfing at Scabs. To be honest, any be close-ish will do, it’s good for my morale. Do I want to have a yarn or maybe watch a movie? Hell yeah. Do I like my alone time? Also hell yeah. Hit me up for tea.
My name is Shon, I'm from Canada and I will be starting my doctoral studies in physics at UWA mid September I am easy going, tidy, and respect others privacy. I like socializing, going out, networking, staying active, working out and playing music in venues when I am not working on my research.
Just moved to Perth from the UK, staying with friends but looking to get my own place next month. I’ll be doing fifo work as a geologist so I won’t be around all the time but I’m looking for a nice place with a nice group of housemates. I love cooking for others, like a clean home and I’m up for the odd party as long as were not keeping anyone up. Easy going and im interested in just about everything but I love to travel, hiking/camping, football and a bit of extreme sports.
On the hunt for a new place to call home. Working Full Time with every second weekend off. Spend my days off catching up with friends out and about. Looking for a share house with good housemates to call friends who are easygoing, social and clean. Don’t mind a drink now and then but not a party animal.
Hi we're Ellena and Andres, We recently moved back to Perth, after travelling the world for a few years, and are looking for a great place to call home! We are friendly and enjoy meeting new people. We love the outdoors and enjoy getting to the beach, the hills, or down south on our time off. We are clean, tidy, and respectful of our housemates. We are relaxed during the week, but enjoy having a low key wine or beer on the weekend here and there. We can't wait to find our next home, and looking to move in somewhere straight away!
Just moved back to Perth after working overseas - looking to live with easy-going housemates! I work full-time in the city. I'm clean, love to cook. Looking to move before the end of September.
