Welcome to Lake life My understanding of a home is that it is a sanctuary. If you like nature then you'll love the endless greenery outside of every door & window, as I live on a lake wildlife can be heard day and night its very relaxing and a good de-stress. The rear courtyard/backyard is soothing and extremely grounding to chill in if you’ve had a stressful day at work unwinding there will make you forget the days dramas. If you're a dog lover like me you'll also enjoy the location as the house is situated in the off lead area. It is where the Swanbourne, Cott, Claremont residents bring their dogs to play. I have a hairless Chihuahua named Frankie he stays with me half the week and somewhere else the other half of the week. Theres a running/bike track around the lake if you enjoy cardio its great to run or cycle around. Theres an outdoor gym to if you enjoy training while overlooking the lake. A bus stop is out the front and in 2 mins you'll be up at Claremont train station, Claremont Quarter shopping centre and all the bars, cafes & restaurants. UWA isnt far, Cott beach is really close too
I'm 20 year old Polish girl and I've come all the way to Australia to explore, enjoy and live in this full of surprises country. I enjoy a cup of coffee every morning, long walks during sunset and adventurous trips. I love spending time with friends on trying delicious food. I'm easy-going, friendly and tidy type of person who respect others and like to be respected.
We are looking for tenants to transfer the house lease. Our house is partially furnished. 24/7 coles petrol station is situated just opposite, 2 min walk to the railway station, bus stops situated in 30 seconds walking distance, 8 mins away from UWA by bus, bunnings and snooze fitness situated in the opposite. laundry facility and air conditioning is included.
Hey there, I'm a Brazilian doing a PhD in Biology at UWA. I'm clean, tidy, and an easy-going person. I love cooking and to have a beer sometimes. When I am not at Uni, I'm usually exercising, or watching tv series or rugby. I'm looking to share with one or two nice and organized people.
Hey! So i’m from the UK & moved here 6 years ago. I’m laid back, very clean and tidy, like to have a bit of banter, like to socialise but also like my own down time. I have a 3.5 year old cocker spaniel girl who’s very well behaved, barely sheds fur and will cuddle right up to you given the opportunity! I like getting outdoors, trying new things and girls nights in with wine & food! I’m looking for one other to share a house with who will be happy for my pup to come along (so needs a secure yard). Fifo would be great otherwise I’d like to share with someone who’s similar to all I’ve said above! Would prefer my own bathroom but happy share if you like things clean! Would like to rent for 6 months to start then if everyone’s happy I’d extend the stay long term!

I'm looking to move out of my current share house in mid Jan. One person or a couple interested in a team-up to find a new place together, would be preferable for me. I have quite a lot of furniture already so am not interested in finding somewhere already furnished. I am currently studying vet science, so am often at uni all week, and spend my free time working one day a week, at the beach, or going for hikes. I don't go out often but am always down for a chilled out wine or pizza night. I would love to catch up for coffee with anyone interested.
Fifo worker moving to Perth from Newcastle. Only home 6 days at a time then work away for 8. Looking to team up with somone to find an apartment
From the UK, I just graduated from UWA. Currently, I teach a chemistry class and work at the Perth Concert Hall. I'm pretty social, definitely not a hermit. Into photography, scuba diving, and social soccer. Also, I like to cook and in my spare time, I teach English to refugees. I like keeping things tidy, won't make excessive noise and pretty easy to hang out with. Looking for a place to share with relatively chill people. I'm super responsible and pay my bills on time. Hi, I'm Dom. I'm 20 years old and am studying botany and environmental science at UWA. Love cooking and having a social beer in the evening:) My friend and I currently live at St Thomas More college and are looking to move out.
So first things first I'm fairly clumsy, a little bit weird but also ridiculously silly. I'm clean, tidy and I can cook ;) I work full time as a FIFO worker doing 2:1 so it'll probably benefit you as ill only have one week bugging the crap out of you.
