Hi! I'm hoping to find a longer term place within the next month or so as my current lease expires mid July. I work away from Perth so I'm only home for 1 week at a time. I'm originally from Sydney and moved over to Perth in March for work and study and quiet. When I'm home uni keeps me fairly busy but I enjoy diving, running and eating out when possible. I'm easy going and like socialising with housemates but also enjoy my solo introvert time haha. I'm an Australian qualified winemaker and still pop down to Margaret River regularly I now work full time as a retail manager for Liquor Barons. With work I attend many functions which i'm happy for housemates to tag along to as they are free alcohol and food (BONUS). You'll have to excuse me for curling up in a ball and watching Netflix from time to time as i am very fond of doing so after i get home from a long day. I've been living in share houses for a long time and have run leases before so i am savvy with the rules and expectations. I moved to Perth from Texas for a job almost two years ago. I work standard hours during the week and am trying to experience Australia and meet more people in my spare time. I like to think I would be easy to live with, I am generally easy going and clean, especially in shared spaces.
This house is an older style home but it has a lot of character. There is an outside entertaining area and also 2 storage sheds. Its close to stirling hwy and also not far from the claremont quarter. It is in a quiet street and there is a double carport. There is air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan plus lots of cupboard space. The second room can be used as a sitting area or study/office. It has storage plus a fire place. There is also gas heating. I have purchased a new bed with linen. Cleaning is provided in the rent and is done every fortnight. I prefer non smokers and no pets.

Wi-fi is available from the main house. Clothes washing can be done at the local laundry, which is very close by. A small bar fridge, kettle and microwave are supplied.
