Hey Guys!! We are two university students currently going into our 2nd/3rd years at unimelb. We have had previous share house experience and would love to find one or two more housemates to join us next year. We are clean, respectful, non-judgemental, friendly and down for fun. Also we are very sociable so enjoy having nights/days out but are also independent and enjoy a bit of netflix + down time :) Hit us up if that sounds like you xx
This is an awesome townhouse in a fantastic area. Close to trains, the freeway, just a stone throw from the Merri Creek trail and only a couple of km's away from the city. The house is furnished, with a great outdoor area for summer bevs and 3 bathrooms.
Hi, my boyfriend Camilo and I are looking for a place for the next 6 months at least. We are looking for a cozy place that feels like home, love potplants, places for sitting, reading and drinking tea or wine on our own or with our flatmates. We are fine with pets. We are not looking for a party house. We are neat and tidy and used to and happy to share in cleaning duties. I am studying art and photography and work part-time as waitress while also doing a bit of freelancing on the side. Camilo is studying project management and works as barista, cook and soccer coach. We have to move out of our current house on the 15th December latest, but would ideally be looking for a move-in date from the 10th of December. We'd love to hear from you if you think that we'd fit in well in your house.
Hi! I’m Elisa from Italy and I moved to Melbourne to become a teacher and to live a great experience in this amazing country for a bit. I’m looking for a place to call home from February. I'm a life enthusiastic and I like travelling: I lived in Germany and Russia some years ago and I enjoy surf tripping around the world (Morocco and Java were the last place I’ve been to ). I love music, good vibes, good coffee, wine and cinema. I also love animals. I'm clean and tidy and well aware of other’s space. I’m curious but respectful and I get along with everyone. I am looking for a room that is furnished and also Ideally looking for roommates to share a glass of wine with after work or going out in the weekends. Ciao!
Recently moved back home after living in darwin for 11 years. I've started a new job that I will be working away with at times, potentially wks on end. Still actively involved playing footy and cricket throughout the year so live a busy lifestyle
So a bit about me -I’m 22 and study full time at La Trobe. I also work 2 days a week as a Myotherapist. I understand all the basics of living in a share house. I am looking for somewhere long term that has a homely vibe. I would love you live with people that I can have a chat with but respect down time and privacy. In my free time I enjoy a good Netflix binge but also enjoy keeping active. I like to catch up with friends and go to gigs/festival when possible. If you have any other questions, let me know! 😊
Hey potential new housemates 🙋♀️. Semi new to Melbourne and looking for a place to call home. I'll be working full time in the city, chilling on weekends. Also super clean and happy to contribute to new house furniture we might need. Hope to meet soon, Grace
Comfortable Victorian in peaceful, friendly neighbourhood. The location is fantastic: right opposite the Yarra parklands (miles of walking/running/biking trails), six minutes walk to Clifton Hill station (frequent trains and into the CBD in 12 mins), two minutes to a great local supermarket w. fresh bread, locally grown produce etc, 3 mins to the Dirty Apron cafe. The house is a larger-style single-fronted semi-detached with good light, high ceilings, and what is now an older renovation, but comfy and well furnished. There's a sweet back garden w. table, seating and shade, barbecue, veggies, flowers and herbs. Gas and electric heating, aircon, central bathroom, easy on-street parking, laneway entrance if needed, and a laundry with washing machine, dryer, and sink. Also, stereo (with turntable and vinyl collection), large flat screen tv with fetch etc, DVD player (not that it ever gets used any more), ironing board and iron, well-equipped kitchen etc etc. Easy street parking, no limits. The room is a large double, square, with a big built-in wardrobe and a window looking out the back. It's unfurnished at the moment, (the last person had her own furniture), but that's somewhat flexible depending on what you have/need. The rent includes all bills plus a cleaner every other week.
Looking for a place to live in a social environment close to Richmond, where I'll be working :) I've had previous share house experience and am looking forward to moving into somewhere new where I can make some good friends! I love to travel and be outdoors, go out for meals and spend time with my friends. I'm pretty relaxed and when home you'll generally find me listening to music, reading a book or chatting to my housemates. I like to have a few drinks here and there but respect the fact that a share house isn't the place to throw a party!
I am easy going, friendly quiet, mature semi retired teacher. I am fit, healthy and make responsible food and lifestyle choices. I enjoy cooking delicious healthy meals and keep fit by walking and swimming.
Located in the heart of Clifton Hill within walking distance to train station, cafes and parkland. Spacious bedrooms, separate lounge with gas heating, large central kitchen / meals area, central bathroom with shower over bath, separate toilet, large separate laundry, additional outdoor toilet, large private fully fenced courtyard. Easy access to Eastern Freeway, CBD, Merri Creek walking trail. Roughly $940 PCM not including bills. Pictures do not do it justice.
Hey, I’m Ben. Just having a little snoop at the moment but would be looking to move in somewhere a little closer to the city to align with a work re-location later in the year. Pretty stock standard 25 year old during the week, as an Account Coordinator at Nike (discount for dayssss). I enjoy getting around a few beers in the company of good music and better people at the week’s end.
I'm a South American Web Developer working in a Digital Agency full time looking for a place and nice housemates to live with. I'm looking somewhere to the North, Northcote, Thornbury or any other area close (but not too much) to the CBD. I'm friendly (casual beers, pub, gigs, BBQs), mindful of other people, housetrained, easy going and able to pay the bills & rent on time.
COUPLES AND SINGLE WELCOME We are both very friendly humans but we are also very trustworthy and respect each other's space. We'd like someone who: - Cleans up after themselves and is willing to clean the house every once in a while - Is honest and thrustworthy - Isn't a party animal (because we're not lol) - Is mindful of others' schedule - Is friendly The room you'll be renting can be furnished or not. It has a 3speed fan on the ceiling, a small build in wardrobe, big luminous window and an exhauss fan from the house cooler. The house is fully equiped, we are happy to share with you our stuff as cookware, croquerie, microwave, washing machine etc There is a backyard well exposed to the sun where we sometimes sit and enjoy afternoons. The property is located 2mn off Clifton Hill train station, about 10/15mn to the CBD ** The price is $1050 per months for a single person all bills included* (free electricity/gas/water and internet) - $262.50 per week. ** Couple applicants, the room for 2 will be $1450 so $725 per person per month / $182 per week per person ONLY, bills included*. **6 months minimum stay * (Bills included) We may ask you to participate on bills [devise the amount by all of us] if the usage and so billing is too high. For example this happened only twice this year on winter bills. If you feel being the right candidat shoot me a message telling me your situation and we'll arrange a time for inspection :)
Hi there, my name is Grace, I'm a graphic designer working full time in publishing. In my spare time I am usually visiting art galleries, reading a book, catching up with friends, going away for the weekend or working on a multitude of side projects. I am looking for a new home around the inner north of Melbourne, with housemates who are clean, courteous, responsible but fun and would like a new friend. I like coming home and winding down over a glass of wine, and Im usually out and about on the weekends. It would be nice if you like a casual drink every now and again too. I love indoor plants! And coffee!
My name is Simon and I work for NAB. I’ve recently returned from Sydney and am currently staying in thornbury. I’m looking to rent somewhere for the medium to long term that is furnished. I work full time Monday to Friday and spend spare time reading, gym, Netflix, fairly active. I work in Docklands so this is a great location. I like to cook, I spent a lot of time in hospitality before moving to finance. I’m not a room hermit but also respect other people’s need to have their own time and space. I’d be interested in having a look at the room and meeting you if it’s still available. Im not in a rush to move, but the sooner the better. Please don’t hesitate to contact me for any more information or to arrange a time to meet. Talk soon.
This house is amazing! It's double storey and very spacious for a 2 bedroom home. Your bedroom is on the ground floor and my bedroom is upstairs so the house doesn't feel crowded. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms. Your bedroom is decked out with an ornamental fire place and carpet. The house feels super spacious as it also has a lounge room separate to the modern living/dining area (with a dishwasher!!). Soon to be furnished with lots of indoor plants! The house is right on the border of Collingwood and is walking distance to Collingwood/Fitzroy/Clifton Hill/Abbotsford. The location couldn't be better! Permit parking available. PS bond is actually 6 weeks rent but it wouldn't let me put that in.
This huge beautiful house has 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets, double carport, lounge and huge living/kitchen area with all the fancy Miele/Smeg appliances. There’s more than enough space to store all your goods with an upstairs attic, shed and garage space. Summer and winter are also no issue here with hydronic heating and air conditioning, as well as large outdoor areas for entertaining. The house is located in the prime location, directly in front of the Merri Creek trail. In other words, it’s a bike ride, picnic and sporting field mecca! When not enjoying the sunshine rays at the parks, it’s a quick walk to Clifton Hill station and Queens parade shops and a zippy drive to be on the Eastern Freeway. ** Please note the photos are from the real estate agent, so the furniture has changed. I'll update that ASAP and add a pictures of the two room too.
I’m a social, yet hard working individual. I’m tidy, I clean and cook often. I work full time as a trainee train driver with V/Line, so my roster is a bit crazy at times with early or late starts, but I try and be considerate with being quiet while getting ready quite early or coming home a bit late. I love biking, hiking, and exploring both Melbourne and regional Victoria. I would love to live at a place with a dog where I could help out with walks and dog parks as needed. I love my occasional beer or red wine with dinner and always up for a good chat.
I’m a friendly, queer woman who is looking for a home rather than a house. I’m interested in living in a relaxed environment with folks who have great communication skills (open, direct and kind). I’m studying part time to become a naturopath and work as a social worker. I’m a fan of many things including being in nature, hanging out with friends and family, healthy living, conscious communication, sex/body positivity, spirituality, art/craft projects, and dance (5 rhythms/Mojo etc). I love to cook and I’m dairy free, gluten free and mostly vego (I eat fish occasionally when out). I like a balance between social time and alone time and would enjoy occasional meal sharing and hang out time. I’d love to help out in the garden (and grow a bunch of herbs if you don’t already have them). I know it might seem daggy but I’m neat and reliable and I’d like to be in a generally tidy home. I’m a non-smoker and an occasional/social drinker. I've been living in Brunswick East for the past year and sadly our lease is ending and our beloved home is being demolished! I love living on the north side and am looking for another share house whilst I finish my degree (at least another 2 years) and set up my dream of a country retreat.
Hi there. I'm Ric. I have recently moved back to Melbourne after spending a year and a bit working in beautiful Brisbane. Currently working full time in Heidelberg. Looking for ongoing accommodation for 12 mths or more. I paint film/tv sets for work, houses in btw jobs, and pictures for pleasure. Have spent the last 10-20yrs living around inner city suburbs eg. fitz, coll, abbots etc. Looking for something similar again. I'm single, I have a cat - Bippa. She's 4 yrs old and fully housetrained and very low maintenance. She is currently living with my sister and her family and loving it so she may not necessarily have to come with me.
