There is one room available in our spacious three bedroom share house. The unit is very bright and about three minute walk to the Yarra Bend Park. It is also very close to Clifton Hill Station and although it's so close to the trains (about 600m) you cannot hear them. The room has large built in mirrored wardrobes which let you store all of your clothes, even if you have a substantial amount of robes. ^^ The shared space has a huge 45m² lounge-room and an outside deck (where you can smoke if you like). There's undercover locked parking in case you should have a car or a bike. Internet is included and you'd get all that for $250 a week. My flatmate and I have no preference or expectations on how people should live their lives, as long as we get along well. Nabil, is very easy going and we are yet to see him get phased by anything. We all can stick to ourselves and don't need to be entertained all the time. The house is usually working full time, sometimes a bit longer, which means we all might be back late, but usually we can make time for inspections from six onwards. The evenings are probably the best for having a look at the place. So, if you want to come over and have a look and a chat and see how we go, just send us a message.
Yo I'm Miguel, I'm looking for a chill house with some cool people. I'm 30 years old, moved out of home at 26 and have been living with other people for 4 years. I consider myself really respectful of peoples things and there space and I think I'm pretty chill. By day I'm a civil engineer (usually out the door by 7am and back around 6pm) and by night I like to stay active by going to the gym or playing tennis and also love a relaxed night chatting or watching some TV series. Really just your typical dude.
Hey there, I just recently moved to Melbourne from Alaska and am looking to settle here and work in the hospitality industry. I consider myself to be very respectful of others and my housemates, chill, sociable, and well house trained. I'm also fully capable of paying rent on time. I like a wide range of music, tea, making attempts at cooking dishes outside of my skill level, and going out for drinks on the occasional evening and weekends. Generally looking to live with others who are social and like to chill together, either often you just occasionally. I can move in any time! I'm preferably looking for something longterm, but am open to subletting if it's for 3+ months. Also would prefer the room to be furnished. No share rooms please! Feel free to message me with any other questions! Cheers, Trever
I'm 25, work for a charity near Queen Vic Market and am Canadian. I'm very respectful, like a tidy house, clean up after myself, and am prompt with any payments. I love a good couch session of Netflix, love a glass of wine (or four) and would love to be living with people who are social, welcoming and looking for a new friend! Pet and LGBTQ+ friendly! Current sublet ends 5 November but can leave earlier. Would like to be in a place long term, ideally 6 months plus (10 months ideal)
We are both very easy going, tidy, positive chicks who love to be social just as much as we love to have chill nights in. We love to cook, read and listen to music. We love being creative: making crafts, jewelry and clothing. We're always keen to share a laugh, chat, meal or drinks with the other flat mates. We are both 28 year old Canadian friends who have been travelling around Aus for the past few months and have decided Melbourne is the best (of course!) and so we're ready to settle here for a while :)
I'm a friendly fellow moving over from Tasmania soon to start work as a graduate engineer. I enjoy kicking back with a beer after work and enjoy company doing so! I have both a netflix account and amazon prime to throw into the mix (that means Grand Tour access for any Top Gear fans!!) I worked in a bottle-o (BWS) to fund my uni lifestyle, so I know what's good and when you might find good deals! I'll be working full time on the 9-5 grind so weeknights will be low-key, but I'm always up for adventure on a weekend - especially now I don't have to fit it into a student budget!
I work in Financial Services in the CBD. I've traveled extensively and continue to travel. I've lived in the UK and have traveled through Europe and Middle East. I also try to see different parts of Australia. I enjoy meeting people, experiencing different cultures and open to new experiences. I travel back to NZ regularly to catch up with family and friends. I'm active, go to the gym most days, I like to think I'm independent, self-sufficient but am happy to ask for directions if I need. I'm looking for short-term accommodation starting end of Oct/Dec (~4–6 weeks) potentially longer if it suits housemate and myself. In addition, I would prefer to stay with 1 person. I have furniture in storage, if possible I'll require a queen bed, drawers, double wardrobe and off-street parking. If I need to get furniture out I can. I'm clean and tidy as well as respectful people's space and privacy. In the weekends I'm usually out and about, happy to chat, relax or share a wine. Happy to discuss further with potential housemate.

Hi I'm Jess! Vegan, environmentally concious, clean, relaxed. I like to come home to a peaceful home with positive, respectful housemates. I am a shift worker so I don't want to live in a "party house". I love animals so happy to share with any pets you may have. I'm into yoga, fitness, hiking and nature.
23 year old Paramedic Student with a Bachelor in Human Anatomy and Physiology also working part time in the city. Love surfing, Vinyl collecting, sport and the social aspect of life! Always keen to grab a drink, see a show or gig and have a chat but also don't mind spending time by myself. Easy going, clean and don't take life too seriously, bit of a spud!
After 15 years working and traveling around the world as an events manager and performing arts producer I'm about to embark on a new journey to start a new career in Chinese Medicine. I will begin my studies at RMIT in Bundoora in February. I'm a little scared but I'm mostly excited to start the next chapter. I'm very active, I love the outdoors, I love to travel and explore. I enjoy yoga, I prefer to cycle than drive and I spend many of my weekends skydiving. My life may look a little different next year but I will keep as much adventure in it as I can. I prefer to live with only one or two others and I enjoy keeping a reasonably tidy home. I love my own space and often crave alone time, but I also enjoy sharing stories over dinner and a wine and occasionally chatting into the early hours. I desperately want a backyard and a veggie garden. I don't have a pet, but I do love animals.
I'm a 18yrs old Japanese student who is intending to study commerce in UniMelb next year. I have been a homestay student in Adelaide for 2.5 years, so I'm a cooperative and independent person. People often give compliments to me saying I smile a lot:) I would like to find 1. a private room 2. in a female only house
