I work full time for a company in the architecure/software space. Office currently located in the CBD Interests - sports (I haven’t played anything in the last few years but have decided to come out of football ⚽️ retirement after 5years) reading, indulging in the odd binge of a dodgy Netflix series, exploring new places to eat great food with friends etc. I'm hoping to find a house and housemates that I can call home and family who enjoy having a semi regular beverage or 2 and a good chat over 'family' dinner. I would also love to keep my fur baby with me. Mr Sooty D is a 7yo Black Cocker Spaniel x King Charles Cavalier that I rescued 2years ago. He’s pretty chill, loves spending his days snoozing on the couch!
Hey! My name is Hannah, and I'm a full time student doing a Bachelor of Science at La Trobe Bundoora. I enjoy a good chat and you'll typically find me playing guitar or catching up on the latest adds on Netflix. I love animals and I am working towards becoming a veterinarian. If you're an easy going housemate who loves a laugh I'm sure we'll get along. Also require you to remove spiders at will.
Hey, I'm a 27 year old female who recently moved from Sydney. I work full-time Monday-Friday. I've always lived in share houses, I like to social at night after work but also know the need for down time. I'm pretty relaxed and chilled but do like having a clean tidy space to live.
Hey Guys, I’m Bex!!! I have just moved to Melbourne and I’m looking for a relaxed place to call home. I’m originally from NZ, but have been living and working overseas for many years. I work as a dancer/teacher/choreographer and also in and out of hospitality. I love simple living, travelling, yoga, art, being in nature, wooden floors and plants. I also have an interest sustainable living and am a vegetarian. I’m looking for an unfurnished room (ideally with a wooden floor) in a flat that has a friendly and respectful vibe. I would like to live with others who enjoy both a social moment and to do their own thing!! Send me a message if you think I would be a match! Cheers Bex 😊
Hi My name is Mel. I am a 35 year old female. I teach drama and dance in a primary school four days a week, and co work on my second album, and a retreat in Thailand on my day off. I am pretty open minded, I love nature, family, friends and travel. I practice yoga, but i also enjoy the odd glass of wine and a dance if I'm out on a Saturday night. If you think I would fit in, please let me know.
A few highlights: - I’m originally from Perth, I moved to Melbourne two and a bit years ago. - I'm 27 years old but a total grandma (in the I-go-to-bed-at-10pm sense, not an actual grandma) - I’m friendly, respectful of others and other people's space, and I'm quite clean (but not over the top!). - I enjoy a nice chat around the dinner table, kitchen, or lounge - maybe we can cook together! - Not a vegetarian but I don’t really like to cook meat at home - I don't mind what you do :) - I want to live in a place where I can feel at home, not confined to my bedroom, or feel like I have to tip-toe around you. - I prefer to stay in, drink beer/wine/gin, and binge on Netflix than to go out to clubs and party. Sometimes I like to have a few people around but I'm not looking for a party house. I have furniture and all kitchen stuff I can bring over (including a fridge, microwave, two-seater couch, coffee table, dining table and chairs, etc). I'm looking for someone who - is respectful of others and shared spaces - pays bills and rent on time - is happy to have a chat sometimes and be left alone at other times - pulls their weight in general cleaning and housekeeping Shoot me a message if you're keen to team up and look for an awesome place together or if you have a room for me to rent! HI! I'm Issy, 23, from NZ and have been in Melbourne for about 16 months now. I work for a NGO that diagnoses and supports children with dyslexia. I'm super chilled, chatty, friendly and clean/tidy! I sew (I'll make you stuff!), skate, play bass, and write about music. I'm keen for a chat and a hang but get the importance of boundaries and space! To the table I bring cheer and as much or as little furniture as necessary!! I'm looking for a room for either long or short term, with relaxed and nice people! I'm keen to move in as soon as poss, but can be a bit flexible with dates! I’m happy to move into a sharehouse, or find a place with a few people!
Ive moved down to Melbourne to study and work and am currently on my sister's couch which isn't very convenient at the moment! can hopefully move as soon as possible but also whenever it would suit you guys of course! I'm doing creative industry photography at Deakin part time and working in hospo/labouring when I'm not doing that. Im 24 very social, got a fair few mates in melbs already but always keen to make a few more! house trained, can cook, got various things for kitchen and spare appliances if needed, love good vibes and going to gigs/listening to alot of music, i love to socialise but also must have my own time! love good food so group dinners are not a worry, love a bitta sport and am extremely easy to get on with! netflix nights and plants are definitely of interest and im keen to become more mates than just housemates, cheers patch.
Haii, I'm looking for a lubbery sharehouse for me and my gorgeous pup Taco Anywhere in Melbourne close to a station is fine. Short term also an option I dance, make music, art + will be studying in the city, along with working in animal welfare again soon as we've found somewhere! Yep we need to get back to Melbourne because I'm homesick af I do what I love, appreciate the little things, going out to exhibitions or gigs when I'm not too busy fashioning garb out of unusual materials, or playing songs for town drunks ;P I love to rise before the sun, but don't fret I'm quiet at 5am. Morning jog with Taco. I've got my priorities in check. We're both super lovely weirdos: fun, but quiet/introverted too☆ I'm kind, respectful and all that~ ecofriendly as possible, plus I grow things: strawberries, chillies, 'tatoes, capsicums.. in buckets so I can bring them along too! Taco is amazing, super chill, friendly and funny. Walks into a room and lights it up! Naturally I'll be taking him to dog parks/beach as often as possible, so the option to picnic with us is there should you want♡ Taco's got good references/CV of his 2+ year rental history. I evidently have more references/longer rental history, as I've been renting since I was 17. Never been evicted. Never missed a payment, and always pay bills asap. Love to sip tea, share delicious vegan meals here and there- hospitality background- so I wont be a stranger but I'll be busy as hell with my multitude of interests/commitments If you're interested in sharing drop me a dm! ^_^ Lollie, and Taco♡
My name is Katie and Im 26 years old. I moved down to Melbourne just under three years ago from the beautiful Sunshine Coast, I absolutely love this city and what it has to offer. Unfortunately I've broken up with my fiancé and have to move out of my current living situation, So I'm on the hunt to fine a new place to call home. I keep busy working 6 days a week, I'm a Hairdresser half of the week and a freelance Graphic Designer the rest. I'm sociable, respectful, tidy, lover of all food and wine, keen snowboarder, movie buff and illustrator. Now I do have a 8kilo ginger cat called Murphy, he's super chilled, happy, house trained and sleeps most of the day. I know most places don't accept animals but its worth asking I'm available to move in when ever and willing to stay 6 months + depending on the situation. If I sound like the kind of human you'd like to live with get in touch!
I'm chill and I like to bake goodies. I also like to play guitar, basketball and find vacuuming relaxing. I like plants. I have a few. I also have a bike. I like to ride it. I like to make people laugh. I love coffee. I like a lot of other things too. I work full time as a PA at a TAFE.
My home is a quaint little 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom fronted terrace with a small rear courtyard. I recently bought a little outdoor setting and BBQ that I am getting as much use out of as possible while the weather is nice. The house is old, but was semi-renovated when I moved in last year. There are some cracks in the walls, but having moved to Melbourne recently from Perth I find that it all adds character! The fantastic location and affordable rent were the main selling points! Clifton Hill is 6 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD and is well connected to the rest of the city by train, tram and bus. Both Clifton Hill and Victoria Park train stations are within 10 minutes walk from the house. The nearest supermarket is in Abbotsford, and only a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive from our house. The larger supermarkets are in Fitzroy and only a 10 minute drive. We are situated on the Yarra Bend park and there are plenty of great walks and hikes to do along the Yarra trail and Merri Creek Trail. There is also a great little cafe' called Uncle Drew's 100 metres away from our house that does phenomenal coffee, breakfast and lunch!
Professional couple who have just recently moved back to Melbourne from the UK. We are an Aussie Couple (Tamim 33 & Lynnet 30) looking for a house share in the Inner North / East Melbourne Area. We both work 7-5 during the week and enjoy exercising and the occasional sneaky mid week drink after work. On weekends we like to get outdoors as much as possible, either riding or walking. We enjoy a good coffee, beer, yoga and trying new foods. We value tidiness and cleanliness, are respectful of others property and space and we enjoy making new friends over a beer.
I'm a 29 year old Interior Design graduate making the move from Sydney to Melbourne. More about me; I love to cook and I sing terribly in the shower free of charge. I also enjoy the occasional boogie and a night on the town. I'm looking for a clean and laid back urban oasis with a cool crew of people who respect personal space but also get together for dinner nights and activities; I am new to the city so I'm definitely down to socialise.
Hey, I've just saw your ad about the room at your house and I'm really keen to take a look at it and meet you guys. I'm 33yo, originally from France but been living overseas for a while now (3 years in Oz and 4 in Japan before that). I'm currently studying early childhood and work in hospo and childcare on the side. I keep busy in my spare time between homework, , fitzroy pool, catching up with friends and cheap movie nights. I'm social and reliable, love a joke and a wine and I'm looking for a place to call home. Shout me a message if you'd like to meet sometimes! Cheers, Axelle.
Hey! I'm a 23 year old working full time in media. While I work in the CBD Monday - Friday, I also love sports and keeping active. I play netball twice a week in Macleod with friends. I've lived in Melbourne my entire life and specifically north-east, so hoping to stay around that area to remain fairly close to family and friends. I'm looking for a lovely place to live that public transport is easily accessible to the CBD. I'm looking for a lovely place to live with a few lovely individuals that respect eachother's other's space. I don't bite, ask me more!

I'm a 23 year old easy going guy from New Zealand. I am a full time, working professional at a construction supplies company and in my spare time I like hitting the gym, enjoying a quiet beer or getting out and about around Melbourne. I keep to myself mainly during the working week as I work long hours but still enjoy the occasional dinner or beer with the housemate/s. I have been in Melbourne for about 8 months and looking for a long term lease as I will be here permanently for work. I have lived in share houses for the past 4 years and grew up with 7 siblings so I am very respectful of others and their privacy and naturally get along well with others.
I'm 31. Run a social enterprise focused on mental health and wellbeing and I'm just about to start another venture - insect based pet food! I have lots of loves and interests n i'm socially conscious. Brought up in NZ, moved to Melbourne when I was 13, travelled all over. Lived in Berlin n Sweden when I djayed and was at uni. Ummm what else. I have a fridge, couch, car.. And I'm pretty fun, and chill and discerning. Also I can make you fish tacos and an acai hangover cure smoothie.
I'm originally from South Australia and moving to Melbourne with my job working for an environmental non-profit in comms. I've had great experiences living in share houses - in Adelaide, Canberra, Indonesia, Melbourne and London - so looking for like-minded new friends to share with. I'm the sort of housemate that enjoys unwinding with a glass of wine and a chat at the end of the day, but happy also to do my own thing. If I'm home, you'll probably find me in the kitchen cooking, in the living room reading, or in my bedroom playing guitar or looking after plants. I am nature-seeking and a bit of a culture nut so I like to go out exploring on the weekends. Just to get some conversational taboos out the way, you should know I’m a leftie feminist socialist greenie - but I also believe in trying to be less binary, so I'm open to discussions on pretty much any topic and interested in alternative perspectives. I'm also a person of faith and will be looking to join an inclusive church – in case you can recommend me one. Since I'm from interstate I'd also like to find a place that’s cool with me hosting the occasional visitor. If that all sounds good, get in touch.
Hey everyone, I'm a Scottish gal who moved to Melbourne about 6 months ago and am looking for a place to lay down some roots. Totally up for moving in to a current home or finding a new place with a group of folk! I'm a kindergarden teacher during the week in Richmond and like to spend my weekends either exploring the City or going on trips out and about, whatever is happening I have severe FOMO. Had my own place back in Scotland with a friend so very aware of bills and expectations of sharing a home with other people, and am looking for a home where we can interact with each other instead of hiding away when we're around. I am not vegan - but can appreciate and respect the life style & I love netflix so am happy to spend nights arguing over wether vikings or gossip girl are the strongest shows. Wine and coffee are my vices, along with chocolate, pizza, burgers, and mcdonalds hash browns.. I hope to hear from you all!
Hey guys, I’m Erin. I’m a born and bred Melbournian just returned from an 8 month working holiday in the Canadian Rockies and I’m looking for a new home. I’m working full time as a Community Associate for a coworking company called WeWork in the Melbourne CBD. I also freelance on the side as a graphic designer in my spare time. I’m pretty mad about yoga but equally mad about beer (balance) I love festivals, live music, triple j, a good boogie on the weekends, exploring the world and our own incredible city, hiking, mountains, chilled nights in with boardgames, pinot and GoT cuddle puddles on the couch. I’m really looking to move into a share home rather than a share house. Ideally looking to move Northside to be a little closer to my yoga studios but I’m not too fussed - anywhere 10km or less from the CBD really works for me. If I sound like your kinda gal, please get in touch. I’m available to move in from the 25th March onwards.
