I'm a working professional with a passion for dance and yoga. I work as a researcher and evaluator on social, health and environment projects - while it's flexible, I'm likely on the 9 - 5 M - F vibe, only occasionally working from home. It's a full time role that I love, and it takes up quite a lot of my mental energy. I'm mostly vegetarian, like to keep and clean and clear space.
Hi I'm Josie this is my first time moving out of my family home I'm shy at first but I am really easy to get along with and also friendly too. I'm also clean and tidy I respect you're privacy if you needed.I like my own privacy too. I love to try new things on the weekends and go out to places with friends and catch up with friends or make new friends or chill at home have movie nights and sometimes bake things. I am also going to be studying full time. I also like art and music and dance and I'm a creative person.
I'm a creative who works in production in video, audio, theatre, and photography. I have been on the road touring with the theatre, and travelling OS with music since June 2017, but now that era has come to an end, so I am looking for a great spot to settle in exuberant Melbourne. I have lots of friends here, and love the city, but need a permanent base to setup from (as I have been staying with friends on and off over the last 2 years when I've been in town). I'm able to live to suit a house, you're tidy, I'm tidy, you're a bit messy, I'm a bit messy. I can live fairly quietly and out of the way, or can be part of a communal place and get right into the spirit of a creative house. I can cook and clean, don't need to be house trained. I also don't smoke or have pets (although I can help look after yours if you have one). I do sometimes work unusual work hours, so can be heading off early, or can get back really late after the theatre etc. I also work on projects all over Aus, so can sometimes be away for a week, or days on work things in other areas. I enjoy live music, and creative things, being involved with events, and seeing exhibitions or going out Swing dancing sometimes... If you are groovesters or need a bit of creative spice in your vibe contact me! Looking for people who in enjoy the same sorts of things, and great conversations! Young at heart, and been through a lot, and just enjoying life, music and working on creative projects.
Hi I'm Brigitte and I'm looking for accomodation in Melbourne. - I'm 28yrs old - Originally from Sydney, have been living in Melbourne for the past year. - a non-smoker. - a part-time shift worker (12pm-8pm and 8pm-4am shifts). I am looking for an unfurnished room to rent living with one or two other housemates and good parking conditions. I need a space big enough for a double bed and a desk as I like to draw in my spare time. I work as a Gaming Dealer at Crown Casino and have been working in the gaming industry for 8 years now. My role requires me to work a rotating roster (2 months day shifts / 2 months night shifts). As a tenant I would describe myself as quiet, reliable and clean. Happy to share my tv and apple tv set up and pay for netflix. I can also provide a washing machine or fridge.
Moving to Melbourne next year from Tasmania to study, so making this account quite early. In my spare time I love going to gigs, spending time with my mates and trying to make the world a better place. I have previously lived in London as a Nanny so pretty good with all the domestic stuff :)
Hey there! I’m Jessa. I’m very sociable, neat, respectful of personal space but I do enjoy a chat after work about our day. I work a 9-5 in superannuation. I love a quiet night in, dinner and watching a bit of netflix. I really just want to live somewhere nice where we take care of our place and look forward to coming home :) Oh also I do have a car so its pretty important that where i live has somewhere to park :)
Hey Hey. So this is the weird part that we all hate where we talk about ourselves haha but I'm a 31 year old chick who has an absolute wacky obsession with all things fashion so I run a Vintage Clothing business from home. I'm always cruising at the Market's with a stall or at any other art/community events I can get my hands on. I also work Casually at Platypus Shoes selling some kicks a couple days a week. So, I'd be working from home maybe 2 - 3 days during the week and weekends I'm usually always out at markets for the most part. I've been living in Newcastle for the last year (originally from the Central Coast) and became so close with my roomies (absolute legends) that I am following them to Vic to start on a new adventure. I love to be a part of the local art/music scene and looking forward to a Summer full of wild fashion, markets, gigs, events, and just some really valuable chill time with the special peeps and fellow friends that I hopefully get to make! I've lived in share houses my whole adult life, I love living with a really down to earth easy going crew, will respect your privacy, and will clean up after myself. I do enjoy being fairly social and going out to enjoy things when I feel like it, but I respect the fact that I am sharing a house and you won't find me in the way, and if you find yourself up at night needing a glass of wine and a D&M, I can be that girl for you. I am super open-minded and get on with pretty much almost everyone that I meet. I'm keen as a bean to meet some cool cats in Melbs, so, if I sound like ya girl and you need a new roomie, hit me up, especially if you are a fellow 420 friendly spot!
I'm Ben, late 20's gay male looking for a new place to call home. Currently living in Fitzroy, but looking to move and find a new home. I come complete with assorted furniture if you find yourself needing anything. I'm a bit of a tech geek and have a range of gaming consoles & smart home tech I'm happy to complicate the house with. Currently in between jobs in the call centre/customer service world, however, am in a position to have bond + my first 3 months rent paid upon approval. If you have any questions for me, shoot me a message, would love to come and check out the place.
Looking for a chill apartment in the inner city. I'm an easygoing person to live with, cleanly/tidy and considerate of other people. I love to go out, have a dance and Netflix nights in. Would love to join a place with people who are similar. I work full time for a tea company and come with a cupboard full of tea.
Hey! I'm Carla. By the time I'd like to move from home, I'll be working full time at a gym (I'm a bit of a fitness nut) and will be finished up with a degree in Journalism and Professional Writing and Editing, which I've adored dearly. I'm totally down for fun nights, chill weekends, making good company with housemates and respecting privacy. Outside of work and study I like getting outdoors, going on hikes, making (bad) art, powerlifting and going to gigs. Nitty gritty; ideally I'm looking for somewhere to move in at the end of February in 2020, when I finish up with my final units. I'm pretty flexy with living arrangements but I'd like to go somewhere where bills are included in the rent. Journalism keeps me in some pretty busy predicaments, so I keep to myself at the best of times. But I’m absolutely here for making a great home environment with good flatmates!
