We are looking for a couple or a single to fill our room in Clifton Hill at the end of November, around the 26th, as it’s the end of the uni year and we are moving out. This place has an incredible location right near the beautiful greenery of the Yarra Bend park and oval. It’s a great way to escape into nature for a stroll, cycle or picnic whilst still being in the heart of the city. The house is also located on a very quiet street. Clifton Hill station is a 10-minute walk away (if that) with regular trains to the city and Fitzroy is just a 10-minute bike ride away. The house has three stories. The first story is the shared space with kitchen, lounge room, dining room and a small toilet. You’ll be moving into one of the two large rooms that take up the second floor. The bathroom that you’ll be sharing is on this floor too. It’s a spacious bathroom and you’ll be sharing with only one other person. It has a shower, bath, toilet and two vanities with plenty of storage. On the third floor is a final bedroom and ensuite for the other housemate. The room you will be moving into is a spacious, light room with lots of in-built storage and huge windows. Its a big room that’s perfect for couples or some-one who just likes their own space. We currently have a queen-sized bed as well as a large desk - it could easily fit a couch. You will be sharing with two working professionals in their mid to late twenties in what is a super relaxed and low-key share-house. Jenai; Works full time from home or in the city. Despite being super busy with work, she is always up for a chat! Aaron; Works as a barista in the city. Is a very relaxed, laid back guy who keeps to himself. The house also has a small front garden and backyard with space for parking and a roller door. Rent is $240 per week, $956 per month and bond is $1300. You will going on a month by month lease. Message me if interested and we will be more than happy to show you through!
*short-term lease* Our place is really homey, it's so close to Smith/Brunswick st (so in the heart of some of the coolest bar/cafe precincts of Melbourne), but it's tucked away out of the flurry of the city. We also have a great lil outdoor terrace & herb garden which we take good care of. It's a great spot to hang in the summer! Edinburgh gardens is a stone's throw away, as is the main tram line that runs into the city. We're leasing the big room out while we're away! It's a huge, sunny room with a separate entrance and loads of cupboard space. The room (pictured) will become available from November 9 until mid December. You'll be living with the couple in the front room (Courtney and Matt).

**MOVING EARLY DECEMBER** A Sydneysider born and raised, mid-20s, working in professional services, relocating to Melbourne in early December. I'm looking for a decent-sized (queen+) room with a private bathroom in a place close to the Melbourne CBD with 1-2 awesome housemates! My preference is for at least a 3-6 month lease, but intend to be in Melbourne for several years so would love to stay on if we're a good match. I work 9-6(ish) Monday-Friday and will probably be out and about several nights of the week exploring my new city, but usually spend the weekends in hermitting and relaxing. I am a self-confessed grandma - my partying days are pretty much behind me. A quiet introvert and very independent but always up for an interesting conversation with like-minded flatmates. I love cleanliness and tidy surroundings, especially in common areas. I'm also very respectful of others from all backgrounds and with differing views.
Hello, I am an actor, musician, theatre-maker! I am very keen to start a home from scratch with some creative legends. The key feature of our new home will be our movement/creative studio space (ideally bungalow/quality shed detached from the main living area) PLUS you will be dream visionary humans to live with, who are also engaged in the arts/socially conscious spaces. You will want to create a home where we hold space and encourage each other forward. Particularly keen on making new music and having someone in the house to shoot self takes with. (but look, it's not a must haha) I work full time as a luxury travel designer (creating bespoke itineraries for rich people visiting Melbs). I want to really love you and share in the magic of everything. I liiive for the collective reconnect to spirit and mumma earth baby! Plus, I want to be near the creek/river/have a big tree outback.
Hi future flamates, I'm Marco. 28 year old male originally from the US, though I've spent the majority of my 20s working in various other countries. I work at a brewery the north suburbs of Melbourne. You can find me at Cinema Nova when it rains, or a park when it shines. I enjoy non-fiction reads when I've got some extra spare time and I like to check out the various food/music festivals around the area when I have a Saturday off. Join me for coffee and free galleries anytime. Ideally, I would like to live in a fairly social house - card games, beers on the porch, movie nights, the occasional get-together. Though obviously I do want roommates that respect each others sleep schedules.
Looking to share a house or flat. Even take a lease with someone in a 2 bathroom 2 bathroom apartment. I am very organised, clean and tidy, so I am looking for a place with that profile. I like to share and have a talk sometimes, but I love to respect others personal space and silence and viceversa. I like being active, cooking and arts.
I’m a PhD student at Swinburne University, where I research dating app use. I love to bike, travel, and have chats about life, the universe, and everything. I really enjoy cooking and baking, love doing communal meals, and enjoy sharing my cookies, brownies, and other baked goods with roomies. I'm a social individual, though I also appreciate my alone time to relax and recharge. I'm also very tidy and organized; maintaining a certain level of cleanliness particularly in the communal areas is important to me.
I have been traveling and moving around the world for the last 4 years of my life. I recently decided to move to Australia after friends that I met on my trip in Asia convinced me to do so. Love to travel, scuba dive, cook, and I guess I’ll add drinking to the list of my likes. I hope it also helps to say that I am a neat and organized person
