Recently returned from couple of years travelling, working as aged care nurse most evenings, looking to move out from Geelong as soon as possible to be closer to work. Don’t mind some clutter but do like a clean house. Open minded, like a chat and a laugh but also respect privacy and down time. Enjoy cooking, music, movies, reading and would like a space to get the paints out again! Non smoker, Taurean (for those who care about such things), healthy outlook, humour is important to me, as is fresh air and sunshine, so no moody, dark personas! Have a house full of furniture in storage so would be keen to find an unfurnished house to share with like minded person or two, preferably close to the beach for six months plus.
Im very easy going and respectful of other people's space. I am a professional full time teacher and have lived in shared houses before with my work interstate working in remote communities in the NT so I know how it works. I am a positive and mindful person and I am looking for other like minded females who would be interested in finding a more modern comfortable share home up to $400 per week to share the costs with. It would be great to hear from you. Karen :-)
Lachlan and i both work two jobs and study full time at deakin. We have a gorgeous little cat who is super friendly and loving. We are both easy going and tidy and keen to find a place to live asap!

I'm Dylan Im 28 and work in traffic management. My Interests include surfing, coffee, music, fitness, banter, and 4WD/camping. As far as a housemate and person in general goes, I'm pretty chilled haha. I see myself as trustworthy and respectful of privacy and property, also might have a touch of cleaning OCD. Happy to share meals and socialise with everyone, but also love to do my own thing and unwind. I would love to find like minded housemates to get along with and share a nice drama free household. I feel strongly that communication is the key to a happy household. Looking forward to hearing from you, Dyl
Our street is quiet and only 7 mins from Geelong City Centre. All the neighbours know each other as we all built 3 years ago at the same time. Public transport near by. Leopold Plaza and Gym within walking distance and close to the Bellarine Rail Trail.
I study Law and Criminology at Deakin, I’m from Ballarat and have just moved to Geelong this year. I’m very clean and tidy, and like to look after the house. I’m also down for a drink or two and love to have a good time and go on adventures. I prefer not to live with any pets - as I have a phobia of dogs.
I'm a easy going chilled guy active, clean and hygienic. Don't lock myself away in my room am sociable. I study exercise sports science at Deakin and play high level football. Do have a medium sized dog named Bruce who is a mostly outside dog he's very friendly and loves to play.
Hi, I am moving to Geelong in the next 2 weeks. I am transferring from my local Bunnings to the Leopold store. I am 26 years old, very friendly, mature and like to keep active. I have a dog named Charlie, he is a cavoodle, very well trained and pretty much goes anywhere that I do. I am looking to share a home with 1 or 2 other people in Geelong, preferably within a short drive to work. Ideally it would be nice to have a spare room/study in the house so that our family or friends could stay. I am happy to pay up to $180 a week. Obviously the house needs to be pet friendly. I like to keep my house organised and fairly clean and tidy. I do not smoke and would ideally like to live with non smokers too. If you are interested please let me know. Louise :)
Looking for people who are keen to team up and find a place together! I'm currently living in East Geelong, but my lease is ending soon and my current housemates are moving interstate. I am looking at moving to the East Geelong to Leopold area, however, I'm happy to move further for the perfect place. I have a substantial amount of furniture from my existing house that I will be bringing with me, which is why I am looking to move into a fresh house with new people. I am a chilled bloke, who enjoys a cold beer or wine at the end of a long day! Not a massive partier, but do enjoy a good bbq, dinner and drinks with good mates. Currently studying bach of Arch and Construct Management at Deakin, as well as working at a local cider house.
Hi I’m Marli! I’m looking for a new house accepting couples for my boyfriend Aidan and I. We are 21 and 19 respectively. Looking for a place that is roughly $280 a week including bills. We both enjoy going to the gym, staying in watching movies and cook most nights. I am studying a certificate IV in fitness and diploma in sport development and looking for part time work. We love animals but don’t have any pets of our own and we don’t smoke. If you are looking for respectful, tidy and friendly housemates then you’ve found the right people! I don’t mind sharing but I also appreciate my own space and respect other people’s privacy and personal belongings.
1 fully furnished room with BIR and a ceiling fan is available for rent. Air-con (heating and cooling) is available in the main living areas. The house is fully furnished. Plenty of on street parking is available to housemates in a very safe and quiet court in Leopold. Housemates will share the house, kitchen and dining/living areas with the owners and other housemate, but will have their own living room. The bathroom and toilet is shared between the 2 guest bedrooms, but is separate from the owners ensuite. The house is located less than 100m to closest bus stop (buses frequently go into Geelong, and to towns on the Bellarine Peninsula) and is central to Geelong CBD, restaurants, waterfront, beaches, wineries, towns on the Bellarine and Great Ocean Road. It is walking distance to the Bellarine Rail trail and the Gateway Plaza shopping centre. The local shopping centre Gateway Plaza has an Anytime Fitness Gym, Coles, Aldi, K-Mart, Bunnings, cafes and restaurants, hair salons as well as a variety of clothes shops. The house has a great garden, with fantastic outdoor undercover entertaining areas and a BBQ. Housemates can use the spacious kitchen and utensils for cooking. The laundry (washing machine and dryer) as well as an iron and ironing board are also available for housemates to use. Housemates will also have access to unlimited nbn internet (Wi-Fi). There are 2 separate living areas inside the house, with TV's that are set up to the internet and are connected to Netflix for the housemates to use. For singles, rent is $200 p/w with a $400 bond (2 weeks rent). Utilities and unlimited nbn internet (including Netflix) are included in the rent.
It’s a 2minute drive or 10minute walk to the gateway plaza and the Ash Road shops. It’s close to public transport with a bus stop down the road. There is Foxtel available at the property at an additional cost.
It is a modern home in a central position close to the beaches and Town. Public transport easily accessible and close by. Air conditioning and central heating with all the modern appliances. Would suit a quiet, respectable and reliable person who is mindful of people's privacy. Nothing too busy or any party goers, no drug users, smokers or pets please. Must present police check, references from work and previous accomodation. Other specifics addressed when meeting .
My boyfriend Thom and I have just moved down from Mission Beach in North Queensland, we both work for Skydive Australia in barwon heads and are keen skydivers, rock climbers, hikers, slackliners, yogi's, chillers and (very bad) surfers. We arent fussy at all and cherish a cosy home where we can be ourselves. We always clean up after ourselves and respect whomevers home we enter. We've got a sweet little cattle dog named Ella that comes with us everywhere (even to work everyday), she's like our baby, once she warms up to you she'll be your best friend. She is very well behaved and is a little obsessed with the ball. We dont need a huge backyard as we take her with us everywhere, just a little bit of grass for her to do her business. We would like to move somewhere for at least 3 months, but if possible we would love to get comfortable somewhere for the rest of the year. We are aware that alot of the listings are not trageted for couple and a dog, but please note we are more than happy to pay more for you to have us :) we look forward to meeting you! ✌
I'd describe myself as a very happy, easy going individual who never turns down a chat. Although I do value my own time and company to recharge my batteries. I'm not apposed to a wine and a good old dance. I value organisation and love a good vacuum session.
I am a clean, tidy, easy-going, and fun-loving person looking for a place to live for a few weeks in the summer. I am studying Exercise Science in University, and love health, fitness, nutrition, and being active. My goal this summer is to learn to surf, so in my spare time you can find me at the beach. I am a social person and love being around people, but I also understand privacy and like time to myself as well. I also love travelling. I am from Canada, but came to Australia for university and absolutely fell in love with it. I have learned so much from my travels, especially regarding living with other people, and to respect other people's way of life. I will be working, so I will be out a lot of the time, also. If you are looking for a clean, respectful roommate, I'd love to hear from you!
Working at Deakin Uni, Waurn Ponds. I'm a non smoker clean neat and tidy person! I'm pretty quiet and respectful of other's privacy. Would prefer a place with my own bathroom makes it easier for getting ready for work in the morning. I like to paint and a space for that in garage or spare room would be great. I'm pretty relaxed, social drinker and love my tv binges. 3 month is minimum stay as I'm on a contract however I'm pretty sure it will keep going but just so you know, cheers, Carla
