Hey guys! I'm a female medical student at UNSW. I'm from Oslo, Norway, but in Sydney this semester as an exchange student. I’m looking for a place to call home whilst I’m in Sydney, preferably furnished and within walking distance to the Randwick hospitals and the beach. Hovewer, taking the bus is not a problem at all :) I'm easy to get along with and respectful to my flatmates and neighbours. I love the outdoors and especially all the wonderful beaches and hikes in the Sydney area. I’m also a big foodie and I don’t mind a chat over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Please don’t hesitate to send me a message if you have any further questions about me or if you want me as your flatmate/tenant :) Hope to hear from you soon!
I’m Brazilian, 32, motorcycle rider, work full time with solar energy all over Sydney and away sometimes. I’m in Australia for 3 and a half years already, after 7 lived in London, making friends is easy for me, but I keep and respect my space and the other’s as well. I go out to hang with my friends most of the time, like to socialize at home sometimes but not really into a hardcore party house. For me home has to be and feel home, clean, easy, personal space with people that are happy to chat while cooking. I do cook a lot myself, love my Brazilian bbq as well as every cuisine in the world and deeply appreciate a cold beer, red wine and old fashion. I worked in hospitality for 10 year so I also make my own cocktails. I’m hoping to find a place with active and interesting people as well, respect and space is everything, but in the end of the day is great to know that whenever a opportunity for a chat comes there is a good vibe, nothing worse than feel tedious or annoyed when get home on a Friday evening. I have no preference of whom to live with, males or females, peoples sexual orientation is not even a question for me. I’m atheist and straight myself with no issue with people’s spirituality since they aren’t the radical ones. Well, I guess I covered all general characteristics of my person, I’m happy to have a good chat and go from there. Thanks for taking the time to go through this.
Hi my name is Sarah and I am a medical student/ part time worker thats looking for a place around the Eastern Suburbs or closer to Sydney University. I have lived in shared accommodation for 2 years prior to 2017, and over the last 12 months I have been a live-in nanny for a family that I worked for. Despite how much I loved living with them, my work and uni hours make it difficult to continue working for their family. I will be continuing to live with them until I find a new perfect home, so the move in day is flexible :) About me! To be honest, I study and work lots!. I spend long days at uni or work and at home I really want somewhere to relax and be stress free for a bit. I am a runner and enjoy sport as well, so you'll find me leaving most mornings at 5am to do some form of exercise. I love cooking and baking as well, and in my previous places, its always been a win! I eat way too much smashed avo, so I'll never afford a house mortgage and love catching up with friends for lunch, a walk at the beach or over coffee :) I am not a huge partier and do not smoke. I'd rather live in a non-smoker place. I am also a vegetarian, but its not a huge deal if you aren't! (I just know that some people keyword that in their searches :)) What I am looking for- from my previous experience in share houses.... * I am looking for a person/people to live with that are clean, tidy and organised * As I said, I'm not a huge party person so I'm not really looking for people who plan on having groups of people over for drinks often at the last minute * female only and around my age *probably only a 2-3 bedroom place * Something kinda long term (at least a year) I have great relationships with my previous housemates and I hope that that can be the case with you as well! If you have a spare room or are looking for someone to meet and possibly find a place together with- please contact me! I'd love to meet up! Sarah :)
Hi, I am a gentle and trustworthy person looking for a lovely home with beautiful nature surrounds. I wish to share with other respectful flatmates, who are independent yet welcoming. I enjoy studying, swimming, snorkelling, walking along the beach and taking photos of the sunrise. I am fairly quiet and happy doing my own thing most of the time, and also want to live with others who I can enjoy sharing a home with. I prefer to share with one or two long term tenants, and usually feel more comfortable with other females. I am looking for short term accomodation for now, as I am hoping to travel in winter, however if I find the right place, I would love to stay longer term. Thanks, Pip
Looking for a double-bed room, ideally furnished, and with a stay of a minimum one up to six months. No shared rooms and not more than two mates please! Hi folks! Just moved to Sydney and looking for a spacious, tidy and good connected place to start writing another exciting chapter in my life. I lived before all around the world i.e. London, New York and Munich. I work in film and would describe myself as an easygoing person, non-smoker, with various interests i.e. photography, cooking, coffee as well as sports.
Hi from Craig and Alina , your room is in a unit that is Ground floor, internal laundry, fully furnished, your room has built in wardrobe plus a new double bed ( or I can store it if you have your own ) , storage garage for bikes and some boxes etc, garden hedge outside the balcony, breeze most afternoons, 200 metres to Gordon's Bay, 400 metres to Clovelly Beach ( google them for photos ) quiet but close to bus routes , Clovelly pub, cafe and convenience store. Your room would easily fit a double plus bedside drawers , a queen plus 1 bedside draw, or a double plus a sitting chair. If you're studying then double plus small desk and drawers is about it. Negotiable on most things except 100 percent no smokers :). Rent is 700 a week for the apartment, 80 per month for Internet, our room is slightly larger and I've taken the garage. It's furnished nicely so 340 is your share plus half electricity. There are 2 unused garages in the complex that may be available for an unknown fee per month ( 50- 100? ) if you’ve a car .

I'm from Australia originally but after having lived in France for the past 18 years I returned to Sydney a few years ago to study and work. I really enjoy living in the city and I'm looking for some friendly and fun people to live with. I would prefer to live with others in their early 20s but I'm not fussy. I enjoy cooking and baking so there will always be some kind of cake/cookies around. I'm really clean and tidy. I work full time in hospitality.
Hey! I'm 24 and work Full-time in HR looking for a new flat around the Eastern suburbs. I would prefer to start a new team up with 1-2 girls as I already have some furniture. I love cooking during the week and spend my weekends socialising, horse riding, at the beach or in a pilates class. I am looking for a nice apartment with a car space and large bedroom. I would love to live with other social girls that don't mind cooking together or having a glass of wine after work etc and also don't mind having each others friends/boyfriends coming over occasionally. I also have a gorgeous little cat who is super quiet and house trained so will need to live with someone that likes having a pet around. Please message me if you are interested in a team up.
Hi, thanks for taking the time to read something about me... I've landed my dream job after many years of work and building my reputation in the industry and moved to Sydney. However, I moved to Double Bay (about 6 months ago) and it's a little posh for my taste and not really my cultural scene. I get along well with my housemates and they don't want me to leave however I want to live near the coast. I'm flexible with move time and looking for 1 year minimum and longer term if term if it's the ideal house and flatmate. I will be away from home on a regular basis as my job involves travel. I'm healthy, grounded, relaxed, respectful and easy going. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle keeping a clean room/home. I'm friendly, easy to talk to and love a good conversation and a laugh, and known to be able to get along with people from all walks of life. I love animals and kids, however, I have none of my own. I practice (love) yoga and meditation for the past 10 years, I also a regular at the gym. I love hiking and skiing and I'm away each year on ski/hike trips as well. I work with people in leadership development full time. I also facilitate a personal development retreat that is run in 26 countries for the past 21 years. I enjoy a very full and rich life of my own. I don't smoke and rarely drink, happy to have a glass of wine and a chat though. If you're looking for an easy going, stress-free, no hassle guy who pays his way and is friendly and open. Then I'm your flatmate! Look forward to hearing from you! Warmly, Peter P.S. I need a home that offers either off-street parking or at least easily accessible parking nearby.
Hey we are from London, UK, on a working holiday visa. We are settling in Sydney for a few months for work. I work as a Beauty therapist and Jack is a plasterer. We are a nice couple who likes going out having fun but also chilling on a Sunday with a pizza and Netflix. Really hope to find the right place with similar people to live with.
Hello everyone! :) I am originally from a small town in South Australia but I’ve been living in Sydney for the past two years! I am super friendly and easy going. I love to have a chat and socialise but also like a bit of privacy too! Hoping to find some like minded people! I’m really active and love being outdoors, going to the beach, going for walks and going to the gym! I’m not a huge party person, more of a pub/bar person rather than clubs! But I love having a glass of wine and enjoy the occasional night out! This year I’ll be studying and working part time. Hope to find some quality flatmates :)
My names Tara, I'm 23, I work full time in Bondi and moved from the west from a town called Orange to experience a new lifestyle about 6 months ago. I'm an active person who enjoys being outdoors and going to the gym. I have a pretty outgoing/positive/go with the flow type personality who loves meeting new people. I actually own my own home in Orange which I am renting out so I am very respectful of others property and like to be clean.
I'm a friendly outgoing person, who understands the need to have a good dynamic in a sharehouse; I'm clean, quiet and respectful, but love to share the odd wine and chat with housemates. I'm outdoorsy, love the beach and being active. In my down time I enjoy reading, swimming and cooking. I'm super chilled and easy going, and I'm looking for some down to earth flatmates close to the beach :)
Heya! I’m Mindy- I work as a casual primary school teacher and at a bar. I’m very friendly & always up for a chat but will also respect your space. I like the living spaces clean but I’m happy for your room to be however you like. I like long walks on the beach (actually haha), cooking & would prefer living with healthyish folk. I’m pretty easy going & will always greet you with a smile 🤗✌🏼👌🏼 I’ve also lived in sharehouses for a few years now so I’m fairly well trained xo

I also love the beaches and the sun, I really miss all that in Germany. Here in Germany I own two horses and I do ballroom dancing as a competition sport.
