I'm originally from Melbourne and moved to Sydney when I was accepted into NIDA last year. I love getting out and seeing theatre/films, trying new restaurants and having drinks with friends. I'm really easy going, looking for a chill place to move into with some interesting people.
I have moved from Canberra to Sydney to pick up work on the Sydney Swans media team. I am a sports nut and also love playing board games. I go to the gym, run and love attending live sport on weekends. I am a very friendly person who is very clean and easy-going and don't make a lot of noise.
Hey I'm Hayley I'm 24, working full time in Human Resources and LOOKING TO START A TEAM UP WITH 1 OR 2 GIRLS IN THE EASTERN SUBURBS. I am available to move within 3 weeks, and need off street parking. I am clean, reliable with bills and rent and want to be living in a social house with girls of similar age and interests. I have some furniture that I can bring along. During the week I work long hours and am in the final year of my degree, on weekends I’m usually out horse riding, doing coastal walks, around Bondi or having a few drinks. I have a cat who is really quiet and house trained so will need to live with someone that doesn’t mind having a pet around. You will hardly ever notice her as she will most likely always be asleep in my room! Send me a message if you are interested in starting a team up preferably around Bronte/Clovelly/Tama/Bondi.
Beautiful sunny apartment 5 min walk from Gordons Bay and Clovelly Beach. It was two balconies, and is sunny all day! Public transport and shops are close by, and private laundry downstairs. The room gets the morning sun, and there are electric shutters if you're not a morning person :)
Professional, quiet, clean, tidy and respectful of others. I'm relocating from Melbourne on the 26 th May working in finanance and insurance. Love cooking, the beach and keeping fit.
Hi there, Is there a way I can make this more interesting? Anyway I'm Hugh and I'm an almost 31 year old exercise physiologist (points if you know what that is), I work full-time at a physio practice in Surry Hills and also work as a strength and conditioning coach for a rugby team. I start work at 6:15am Monday-Friday at the physio practice and work til about 7:00-8:00 Monday to Thursday with the rugby club plus all day Saturday with rugby too. So my lifestyle at the moment is basically just work and nothing much else, as a result I won't be in the house/apartment much. I do love sport though and used to play rugby, cricket and surf before work became life. I'm newly single and will probably have two indoor-only cats coming with me (it depends on who gets 'custody' of them). Thanks. Hugh
We have a good sized room in Clovelly that we are looking to fill. It's $325 a week which includes all bills, Foxtel, Netflix and interet. The house is fully furnished, while the room can be kitted out with a few items that we currently have in storage if needed (inc a bed). We are on Fern Street and are about 5-10 minutes walk from the beach, 15-20 to Bondi Junction and Coogee. You will be living with a male and female (not a couple) who are in their late twenties and both work full time. We’re both very easy going, love to socialise, chill, cook, relax, have a few drinks now and again, but it’s certainly not a party house. We have storage at the property so if you have a surf board, stuffed king penguin or manikin, you can safely put that somewhere out the way. Look forward to hearing from you!
We're renting a spare bedroom for somebody keen to live next to the ocean. 100m from Gordons Bay and 3mins walk to Clovelly beach! It's a 2 bedroom bright and sunny apartment with a spacious living room, small balcony, and internal laundry. You have your own quite bedroom with queen bed, computer desk, mirrored wardrobe, etc. If you have your own furniture, that’s totally fine. We will empty the room for you. Shared access to the bathroom (shower, bath, toilet, sink, mirror) and kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, teapot, coffee machine, juicer, blender, crockery and cutlery), living room (TV, PS4 pro (fifa 18 and wrc 7), chess), balcony, laundry (washing machine and dryer). Getting around. Clovelly beach (swimming, sunbathing, bbq) and Gordons bay (snorkeling) are 3-4mins by foot. Local food store - 3mins walking distance. Coogee beach 15mins walking distance. Bus stop 3mins walking distance and 20-30mins by bus to Central/City. Free street parking available. Rent is $330/week. All bills included. Nothing to pay!
Hi this is swetha bhashyam. I am from India. I am a masters student at UNSW. I am a very clean and tidy person. I make a pretty good roommate.
I’m a honest decent bloke. I’m clean and tidy, lived on my own before so can look after myself. I’m friendly and social, I like going new places going out for a drink or morning run before work. I’m a carpenter by trade so quite handy for d.i.y. Not looking for a party house but would like flat mates that aren’t going to just stay in all the time and be unsocial
I'm a smiling, happy and caring person with a good sense of humor. I enjoy connecting with people and share ideas and feelings. I'm honest and respectful and always care to make people around me comfortable. I have very high standard values but I'm easy and flexible. I believe it is important to communicate so everyone can feel good and serene. I have a healthy active life : a balanced diet, practicing sport on a daily basis. I'm independent and do my own activities. I like reading a good book and stay outside as much as possible as I love being outdoor! When it happens I enjoy having a nice conversation with my flatmate, sharing why not a diner or a glass of wine/tea! I just arrived in Sydney where I have been 5 times and lived 10 years ago. I need to figure out if I still like this city life style. That is why I wrote "4 months" as preferred stay length. I do hope it will be more!! As a co-owner of a gelato-coffee shop in Italy I might have to go back to Europe sometimes if necessary. If you contact me you will hear a french accent! I hope you don't mind!! :)
26 Male. Friendly, tidy, easy-going. I work long hours, six days a week as a builder. I'm looking for a pretty cruisey household, nothing too wild as I do enjoy some wind down time but also enjoy a few drinks and some good banter. I'm quite the neat freak so I'd like to share with someone that is reasonably clean. I am looking for a private room in the Eastern Suburbs (also open to teaming-up and starting a new share-house). My budget for rent and bills (including internet) is $400 or under, and parking nearby would be ideal. Let me know if this fits your situation.
Hi There, I'm a working professional looking for a new place to call home. I'd love to find a place where my flatmate see's their house as their home and their flatmate as a friend, not just someone who pays the rent. I like a chilled home environment, someplace that is calm, inviting and not too cluttered - I'm pretty minimalist and don't come with a lot of stuff. If cooking together, followed by a movie sesh and a chin wag sounds good then we'll probably get along. I love to get out and about, hiking, road trips, getting some culture and live gigs, so if you're into spontaneous adventures then that's a bonus. I'm old enough to know when someone needs space and I'm a good communicator - better said than left unsaid I reckon. Anyhoo, hopefully there's someone else out there with a similar mindset :) Amanda
Hola/G'day! We are Toby and Raquel, and as you probably guessed from the greeting we are Spanish and Australian. Raquel is 28 and is an actress/english teacher and bit of an all rounder while Toby is 27 and is an environmental scientist but also done a bit of everything. We both really enjoy the outdoors and Toby is a passionate surfer while Raquel has a passion for flowers and plants. We are easy going and enjoy other peoples company we hope to become friends with our new housemates :)
Hey! We are a fun, easy going couple from London looking for a room for 6 months from the end of May. We like to socialise with friends at the weekends, go to the beach & travel as much as we can! We both work long hours during the week, me being a full time nanny & Steve working in construction we are out most of the day! We are clean, tidy & easy to live with :)
Canadian young professional, who’s lived in Sydney the past 2 years and works in professional services. Looking to move closer to the beach, having lived previously in Manly. I’m clean, relaxed and passionate about sports, food and the outdoors!
Hiya my name is Lucy! I am originally from Hertfordshire, England and currently live in Melbourne. I am moving over to Sydney in May for work and would like a private room in a flat/house share. For fun, I love socialising, travelling, discovering cool bars, outdoor cinemas and gym. I LOVE food and have an eclectic taste in music - gigs and festivals are right up my street but I am also into staying in and having a nice chill out on the sofa with Netflix or a film. I am really friendly and easy to get on with, respectful, clean and tidy (willing to get stuck in with chores). I try and eat healthily during the week and indulge at weekends - although this does slip at times because I am such a foodie! I like to have a good balance of being sociable and having my own space. I am generally quite chilled during the week but love a good chat over a cuppa or glass of wine :) Looking for like minded people who I can call friends as well as housemates. The dream is to live by the beach but I am flexible :)
I am considerate, extremely clean and a very warm & friendly flatmate. I am Fijian and I have lived in Sydney for the past 9 years. I am looking for a flatmate who shares the same values and would be interested in a longterm arrangement.
I'm a relaxed 25 year-old British guy, been in Australia since January on a working holiday visa. Now looking for a room in a flat/house share in Sydney for a minimum of 6 months, but could possibly extend for longer. I'm tidy, polite, down-to-earth and easy to talk to- I get along with everyone I meet! In my spare time, love playing sports with friends, chilling at the beach and having a few drinks at the weekend!
