58 Tram is a 5 min walk to the city, Gym, Coles, is a 3 min drive, Harvey Norman, Bunnings etc is a 5 min drive, it's very close to everything. it's an older age environment so it's very quiet, it's just far away from the city to be peaceful and close enough to get in.

Our beautiful 3 bedroom home in Coburg is on a quiet St with unlimited parking and is a 5 minute walk to Nicholson St 96 tram. We have a big garden, a bush bath and a shed for storage out the back. Too much time was spent away from the garden this winter and is needing some green thumbs to get back into it and plant new veggies for spring/summer. We have a shared second living/studio space/sun room, which can be used for many different activities. Yoga, sewing, art, music, reading. Our kitchen is spacious and has just had a new oven installed. Adjacent is a dining room, with the lounge room attached to that. The bathroom has a bath tub with shower over head. The bedrooms have carpet and the rest of the house has either floor boards, slate tiles or lino. You will be someone who is 28 years or older who works or studies. You have had previous sharehouse experience and your ideal house to live in is a clean one. You want to share the load with house chores and are happy to do them. You will be a down-to-earth, like minded person who wants a relaxed, but also fun and open environment to live in. You wont mind if we entertain friends for dinner. You will be happy for the house to be reasonably quiet during the week. You are not looking for a party house, but wouldnt mind if every so often some friends came over on the weekend for dinner/drinks/small get-togethers.

Hey I'm an aspiring screenwriter who recently returned from the UK where I was living the past 2 years. I'm a pretty social guy, usually always up for a chat about a range of different things. Also enjoy going out and a drink. Really into film - big blockbusters and smaller indie/arthouse films. Also starting to try and read novels to broaden my inspirations. I like to cook and often listen to music while I do so (headphones or speakers depending on the vibe). I'm active, I often go for runs and go to the gym. Also into sport (footy, basketball, others) so I'd be keen to possibly join a team if anyone in the house is already in one. I've lived in houseshares for the past 6 years so I'm familiar with the lifestyle. Cleaning up after myself, paying rent on time, etc is all pretty standard practice for me. I'm currently living with family in Bendigo but intend to move to Melbourne October-November. Looking for work at the moment but I'd be willing to put up a few months of rent in advance if need be. I'm not looking for a specific job field so there won't be a problem finding something. I'm just looking for a chill but social house relatively close to the city and supermarkets. If you have any questions, just ask.
Hi :) I’m Bec - 29, currently studying Integrative Psychotherapy full time and looking for part time/casual work. (I am financially responsible and have money for bond and first few months, plus study assist income). I’m into: personal development, nature, singing/guitar, dance/movement, philosophy, deep chats, silliness, and many other weird, wild and shifting things. I think I'm a good mix of serious and fun :) I am a committed and excited student of psychotherapy and life. I tend to take a curious outlook with the intention of moving from consistently deepening levels of awareness and integrity. I'm looking for a place to call home, to stay long-term, to settle and put effort into the space's feel, appearance, garden, functionality. Hopefully collaboratively with housemates who also care about the space they inhabit :) In a home I highly value communication and a good mix of connection and respectful solo time. I enjoy things being kept fairly clean and tidy. I'd love a space with a garden/yard, a bath, and preferably a couple of inviting living spaces with lots of natural light. I'm in class Mon and Tues, and am looking for work 2ish days a week. I try to stay home a few evenings a week so would love to have shared meals sometimes, but like to do my own thing with food most of the time. Let me know if I feel like a good fit for your place! :)
Hi I'm Scott, 29, looking for somewhere to live. I work two different jobs (Mechanical Engineer and Trivia Night Host) and play semi-professional sport (cricket, during summer), so I keep busy. I have a puppy as well, a 1 year old Maltese Shih Tzu who would love the attention of others.
I’m from Colombia, I’m studying and working I live pretty busy, I’m social, easy going, clean and tidy. I don’t have pets but I would like to find a house with a cat😻
Post-grad International student studying in RMIT, city campus. Currently working part-time as a receptionist/admin assistant at a General practitioners clinic. Friendly, outgoing and open to experiences. Looking for places with chilled out and nice housemates.
Hello, I'm Adam. A quiet, housetrained, agreeable person looking for somewhere to live North of the City. I'm from a little peaceful coastal town on the South West coast of Kangaroo Island, SA. I enjoy spending time in nature, walking, surfing, reading, and learning. Recently I've completed my studies and been offered a graduate position in North Melbourne. The work consists almost entirely of shift work, so I'd be an ideal housemate for someone who appreciates quiet time, or someone who also works unusual hours. Feel free to send me a message, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
