Hello all. Luke here - single 43-year-old full-time worker. Live a quiet life, part-time studying to be a Social Worker takes up most of my leisure time and visiting my 12 year Niece and 8-year-old Nephew down on the Mornington Peninsula every other week takes up the rest. Very clean and tidy, friendly and respectful, enjoy cooking - and not bad at it either. Enjoy music of all genres, and am an avid reader. I mostly keep to myself, but not a hermit who hides in his room either. I have been renting a property privately in Bentleigh for the past 3 years and can supply excellent references, rent receipts and reference/confirmation of employment from my boss - if required.
Hi potential flatemate! Please note: Any enquiry without a full description + visible picture of your person and routine will not be considered nor responded to. The Room is available from August the 26th; 3m x 3m with built in wardrobe + air con. Minimum 6 months stay. Rent is currently $673.5 per month + bond 1 month rent. + All bills are divided equally. The common living areas are fully furnished but the bedroom is empty. (A queen size bed ‘in good condition’ is available if required) Looking for someone preferably in their 30s (i.e fully share-house adapted) We’re looking for someone who is: ⁃ Trustworthy, Respectful and Conscientious of other people's space. ⁃ Takes initiative to clean up as they go and tidy in the common areas. ⁃ Capable of clear and conscious communication when things need to be addressed. ⁃ Ideally has a daily occupation (not working from home). ⁃ Super considerate about keeping noise to a minimum when others need peaceful surrounds. i.e. studying, meditating or sleeping... ⁃ Your partner is very welcome but obviously within reason. ⁃ Always keen to keep the space clean on your own initiative. Always on time with rent (paid monthly) and bills. Smoking outside only. You will be required to be on the lease, this is why the lines above are so important.
Work full time, happy to socialise but also don’t mind keeping to myself, I’m clean and courteous of others, lived in share houses for the last 6 years. On weekends I don’t mind having a beer or 10, enjoy going to gigs and watching the footy.

Hi there, My name's Luca, I'm 31 years old, from italy on my second year in Melbourne, with sponsorship visa. I work full time for a construction company around Melbourne, I'm pretty busy with my job but also like share time watching Netflix or cooking something with my house mate. I like play sports and have a healthy lifestyle, but why not even a few beers on the weekend 🥳 I really care about the house, I like keep cleaning also respectful. Preferably long time term 12 months . Hopefully getting back form you guys Cheers
We have just rented a beautiful retro palace, complete with a lime-coloured kitchen and red-tiled room (the red room, our office and music space!). The house has a great layout, large living spaces, storage, and a small but pretty garden. The place has recently been refurbished, new carpets, gas top stove, oven and freshly painted. There is also ducted heating throughout the whole house. The room available is cosy, and would comfortably fit a double or queen bed and has built-in robes. You will be sharing your bathroom with just one other person. The house is a five-minute walk to Moreland station, close to Sydney Rd, shops, live music venues, and the number 19 tram.
Hey! I'm Emma. 24 years old and looking to move to Melbourne from Geelong! I'm a Psychological Science/Criminology grad and will be working full time in the Social Work field. I'm a social gal who absolutely loves sport, spending time with friends and the odd night out on weekends! I'm looking for a friendly, social and laid back environment with people who are a similar age to me, enjoy a drink, a laugh but also some solo time after a long working day. I don't care if the house is with males, females or even a doggo. Pros: - Easily persuaded into a night out - I always fill up the ice cube tray (Plenty more pros, but I don't want to go tooting my own horn) Cons - Easily persuaded into a night out. - Will likely attempt to persuade you into a night out/bev frequently. I've listed a few suburbs but open to offers from anywhere else semi-close by! I've lived in a share house for 5 years now so I know the drill! If you fit the brief I'd love to hear from you! Peace.
Hi, I am from Nepal. Well, I am known to adapt to people quite nicely. I believe in giving people their space. I don't mind a lot of things, but I don't really do well with cats. I really feel uneasy with them around. Despite that, other pets aren't a problem. Thats about it, I would love to hangout with my flatmates once in a while.
Hi! I’m returning to Melbourne off the back of four months travelling so I’m looking for a new place to call home. I have lived in sharehouses for a little while now, so I’m familiar with the dynamic. I work full time in the city, I’m financially responsible, reliable, and have never missed a payment. Ideally looking to move to Carlton, St Kilda, Fitzroy, Brunswick or the CBD. I’m respectful to live with, and tend to enjoy my downtime, but I’d also love to get to know the people I live with. I love to decorate, cook, and watch a bit of Netflix, so I’m excited to find a place I can call my own. My max budget is $250-300, but I’m looking more at the $200-$250 range. Shoot me a message if you have any questions or think I’d be a good fit
