This is a very spacious four bedroom townhouse with a great backyard. It has a nice living area and a separate fully equipped kitchen. It's close to the shops and the Sydney road tram lines. The room will be available to move in anywhere from the 28th of December to the 15th of January. Were looking for people with no pets, preferably aged 20-30 and working full time. The room will be unfurnished and cleaned prior to moving in. We are looking for people interested in a long term lease. Rent is $734 not including bills, bond is $750. If this sounds like a fit for you send through a message telling me a bit about yourself and to organize a time to meet. Cheers
We are really considerate housemates that take pride in our home environment. We pay rent and bills on time, keep the place clean and both are green thumbs! I (Jesse) work full time at a health tech start up and my partner (Ele) works part time in hospitality. We aren’t after a party house and do enjoy our quiet/down time, but also enjoy sharing a meal or catching up over a cup of coffee/tea/beer or wine. We both love live music so are catching a gig whenever we can.
The property, is on a slightly busy road, but easy easy to drive into and out of, with all day street parking, and has potential for two cars to be parked in driveway. The house is newly painted and varnished, filled with natural light and windows. Toilet is seperate to the bathroom. The outdoor area is spacious with 2 sheds for so much storage! outside is great for socialising with friends, under a beautiful tree with fairy lights (couldn't resist). There will be an added kitchen island for more bench space in the kitchen, which has lots of storage as well. Located near Coburg Lake Reserve, Coburg drive in and the Coburg olympic swimming pool as well as the 11 tram line that takes you straight into Fitzroy. Full disclosure as Ive only just moved into this house myself I've been slowly accumulating furniture, if you have furniture already that would be a huge bonus however at the moment the only things I don't have is a kitchen table and a TV. 2 Car parks available otherwise there is plenty of off street parking.
Hi there, we are a Brazilian/British couple looking for somewhere to call home for 3-4 months! We've been living in Brunswick East for the last 8 months but unfortunately our lease is up beginning of next year (more specifically Jan 4th). A little about me, I am Laura, 28, from the UK, lived in New Zealand and Australia previously, big passion for travel, music and architecture. Adriane is a Brazilian national who has also lived previously in the UK, USA, Chile and Australia. During the week we would both be working/studying so we just want a place to relax in the evenings, maybe cook a nice meal or go to the gym, watch a movie on Netflix etc, weekends would be pretty similar... we are not massive party people! We enjoy going to gigs/concerts, keeping active/outdoors and eating FOOD. I would say we are both pretty easy going people just looking for somewhere to live in Melbourne not too far from the CBD due to work commute and study location. Any questions or availability on a place would be awesome! Ideally we want an entire apartment/one/two bed flat NO STUDIOS. Fully furnished or at least all furniture included. Must come with internet/TV, basically somewhere we can move in hassle free. If we had a preferred area I would say Brunswick East grew on us and we just love our neighbourhood and its surroundings... we are however open to other areas dependent on costs and distances to the CBD. We are open to A housemate, so if you are looking to find someone/a couple for a 2nd bedroom feel free to give us a message and we would be happy to meet up and see the place :) Thanks!

The apartment is in a super location: 1 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Sydney road. Hey, I'm Lucien. I'm originally from Queensland, but I've been living in Victoria for 3 years now. I'm a veterinary nursing student and a musician. When I'm not studying, I am volunteering or playing video games. I am looking for a long term place somewhere around Melbourne, preferably with people that enjoy a good conversation, as well as somewhere I can get a pet or two. If you have a pet already, be prepared for it to get plenty of pats.

I'm a Canadian exchange student from Ottawa/Montreal studying at Melbourne Uni for a semester. I enjoy staying active by going to the gym or playing sports like basketball and soccer. I also like to produce music and DJ but don't worry, I wear headphones! I take school seriously but I always make sure I have time for my interests and hanging out/going out with friends.
Friendly and empathetic - love trying new things, but also have a penchant for comfortability. Like to make my home a relaxing and calming area and care deeply about the design and feeling of a space. Cycling, music, spoon carving, gardening, food and art are only a few of my favourite things.
*** CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE CHANGED - MOVING NEXT WEEK TO MELBOURNE *** Key Points: Male 27 (in January) Work in Retail (Part Time Contract - Full Time Hours) Creative Unicorn in my spare time (Audio/Music/Videos/Animations) Relocating from Adelaide to Melbournes West #WestisBest. Alright - so I'm relocating from Adelaide to Melbourne in January and I would love to find a humble abode and some giving, compassionate, enjoyable, funny, charismatic housemates to ease my transition. I've lived in Footscray before, and I literally couldn't think of anywhere else to live. This is why I'm looking specifically at finding not just a house, but a sacred and special space in Footscray/Maidstone/Seddon/Kensington/North Melbourne but I remain open to other suburbs elsewhere. I love that area so much I made a mini travel show on it. I also make music, silly instagram videos (have a watch in the link above), edit podcasts - the works. Sometimes my projects require large periods of solitude in my bedroom, but when I'm not making something I'm usually making some proper good food in the kitchen. Cooking is so important for my soul, I would be looking to share the soul food with my house mates as well. I'm a bit of a social butterfly, and I'm open to hosting social engagements, but I will stop short of saying that I'm a PRT Animal and definitely not looking for houses that facilitate regular parties and 'sesh's'. I've lived by myself and entered lease agreements before and I know how to keep things neat, clean/tidy. I'll be looking at finding retail work that has full-time hours so you can guarantee that I will have financial stability and pay rent. I work on the principles of common-sense, and would be looking for a household that shares this similar approach to coexistence. I come with a few possessions: A Dyson TV and accompanying unit (40') Bed/Mattress/Draws Tupperware/Kitchen Utensils to cook up culinary storms Stand Up Desk/Multi Computer Work Station A Bike - I use this to get everywhere. A Screamer Book Collection I'd be looking for an unfurnished room with enough space to house my desk set-up. Unfortunately as I'm in Adelaide, I can only have Skype/Face Time Interviews. Obviously I understand this is a major inconvenience until I arrive in January, but it's the only way we can connect and confirm if we are mutually the right fit. If you've made it this far, then I congratulate you. And I reckon we should have a chat. PS: I love dogs. Non-Smoking houses only thank you. Sincerely, Eli
I am a single 30 year old teacher who originally comes from rural NSW. I will be doing some casual teaching initially to settle into Melbourne life. I am a social person who likes to be out but I also enjoy chilling at home on my own or with friends. My interests include going to the gym, walking my dog and cooking. I am looking for sociable housemates who will love my dog Zoe and are happy to provide her with plenty of pats. I would like to live with people that I have some common interests with, who work and who are considerate of shared spaces. I want to be around fun people who enjoy chilling at home but also like going out for good food and drinks.
Hi! I've arrived in Australia not too long ago after taking a web development course in Bali. I'm originally from the US, and I'm on a work & holiday visa. I'm looking to live near or in the city. I'm easy going, love to cook, workout, and I'm just hoping to find a pleasant space to live in.
