Hey all, I'm a post-graduate student and part-time ESL Teacher from Melbourne, who is looking for a happy place to call home for a while. I’m a social guy who likes to get to know his house mates and share some quality conversations. Also, I'm independent and always have my own things going on. I’m looking for place where I can share common values such as respect, responsibility, cleanliness, a positive mindset and environmental responsibility with my roomies. During the week I’m pretty busy and quiet. I study full-time (Master of Teaching - Primary) and teach English at night once or twice a week. I enjoy keeping fit – running, futsal and yoga. Also, I love cooking and making my own stuff, so you’ll often find me cooking up a storm in the kitchen. On weekends, I’ll be catching up with friends, practising my Spanish at a Meet-Up or going out to a gig. Other activities/hobbies include world movies, going for a bike ride, hiking and gardening if there’s one around to muck around in (not claiming to be an expert!) If you would like to know more about me, just send me question here. Thanks for reading. Good luck finding your roommate, Reece
We are super clean, cooking & food enthusiasts, will sing & dance for your entertainment. We love a good movie night, will make you snacks and cups of tea, & will ask you how your day was when you come home. Keen to meet new housefrens!
Just a 5 minute walk from Coburg Station, this home has easy access to the city. The upfield bike path is close too. A medium/large sized room with no wardrobe. The room is well lit with an east facing window that gets the morning sun. It has carpet and unfurnished. It is now vacant. It is an easy stroll to Coburg Market, supermarkets, the library or pool. Sydney Rd is close, with more public transport options. The house is in a really quiet street. The shared area of the house is fully furnished. You'll be sharing with two others who study, and although its currently a quiet vibe, we are open to discussion. With two toilets, so no one has to wait! A driveway extends to the grass backyard which has a hills hoist and compost bin.
We're a friendly, international couple and we like a tidy house in which we feel comfortable with our roommates. Treating each other respectfully is important to us, and we both enjoy having a chat in the evening while cooking. I, Nicole (28yo German), work as Marketing Manager and as my boss is often on the road, I don't bother driving to the office and probably work from home quite a lot. Facu (30yo Argentinian) is busy during the day as well and when he comes home in the afternoon, we usually drink mate (Argentinian tea) and relax. We're looking for a good vibe place from around the 27th June till mid-September, when our Working Holiday visa ends. Speaking English, German and Spanish - you choose! :)

Hi! I’m Marla, 36, artist, gardener, computer nerd. I’m currently studying at RMIT (PhD, Art) and I’m a practicing artist. (Video, sound, installation). I work in the digital space so I’m often working on a range of projects there. I’m easy going, sociable, love a chat over cooking dinner or a wine on a Sunday in the backyard. I’m originally from Adelaide, been in Sydney for quite a few years, new to Melbourne for study! I’m into homesteading so very much want to grow herbs, make pickles, learn how to build an off grid house haha. I’m looking for a mature share-house that feels like a home, living with kind and friendly people. No drama, no hassles about who's turn it is to get toilet paper, we all just pitch in :) I'm okay with pets. I have a cat but he lives in Sydney for now but I'd love to bring him to Melbourne. Ideally I'd like to live close to the city (45 min to an hour walk range) and near a tram. Prefer a house with a yard to an apartment.
