I am looking for an unfurnished private room preferably with ensuite/own bathroom with all bills included. I am a quiet and considerate flatmate, happy-go-lucky and very neat. I mostly keep to myself but wouldn't mind a bit of a social sharehouse. I am looking to stay at a friendly and peacefull sharehouse.
I do not have pets but would love to get one (medium, calm), Only if possible. I enjoy watching movies/Netflix, discovering new music, cooking, art and crafts, markets, festivals and visiting beaches/gardens. I am on job seeker and looking for a part time job. Need close to public transport as I don't drive. My move date is flexible, open to other areas.
