Hey I'm Belinda, I'm a 27 year old Outdoor Ed/PE teacher. I'm originally from rural North-Eastern Victoria, but have been living and working overseas for the past 3 years. I have a full time teaching position at a school in the outer Northern suburbs for the year. I enjoy exercise and playing sport, socialising with friends, reading, gardening, travelling, snowboarding, the beach and many outdoor activities. I also enjoy a few ciders at the end of a busy week. I am an experienced housemate who is clean and tidy, happy to help with household chores and knows how to be respectful towards the people I live with. I also love to chat and hang out with my housemates, while also living independently and getting out and about during some evenings and on weekends. Look forward to hearing from you :)
Friendly, non-smoking, mature aged student. Am fun loving and love to laugh. Enjoy the occasional quiet beer at the local or in the backyard. I am courteous, respectful of others' space, beliefs and belongings. I clean up after myself, still working on the cooking thing but have some specialties up my sleeves. And no, it's not 2 minute noodles ;o) I been a Melbournian now for around 8/9 months, have some family and friends here, but looking to find my own space somewhere. I'm an AFL fan, love music (particularly live gigs), all sorts of comedy. Love movies, reading and am a big fan of board games and trivia nights. I go to salsa class every week which is great fun.

I run a marketing team of Chapel st full-time. I'm pretty invested in what I do for work! I love a good stretch (can do a crow pose on command), I'm a bit of a soul/funk/disco enthusiast and I hold a winning record of a minute and 20 seconds for doing my make-up. I also make the perfect completion a-top any human period. Can clean.
The property is in a quiet neighbourhood and is a 1 minute walk from Woolworths, cafes, and a gym. It is right on the 526 bus line to Coburg station and an 8 minute walk to the 11 tram to the city (about 45-50 minutes total to CBD). The house is fully furnished and very spacious with lots of room for storage if needed. The room can come unfurnished if you would like to bring your own things otherwise can come with a perfect condition IKEA Micke desk and leather office chair for $100. There is a small backyard, courtyard in the front, and the garage has a home gym. There is plenty of parking on the street however if necessary, the garage could be rearranged to fit a car. Internet, bills, and netflix are in addition to the rent and are split between everyone in the house.
Large Room in Very Chill North Coburg House. 2x late 20s creative types (1x Male - me, 1x Female) looking for a flatmate to take over our large third room for late July onwards. If you like good coffee and bad horror movies you'll fit right in. We have a huge backyard that we make the most out of in the summer by covering it in fairy lights and building a clothes-line tent that gets more elaborate every year. We are right next to a large park and the Merri Creek trail. 10min walk to Batman station and 30mins to the CBD by train on the upfield line. Very convenient tram, train or bike ride to Coburg and Brunswick. Message me if interested in checking the place out or have any questions.
Hi there, I am 32 from Italy, I am a fairly busy guy, but I always have time for a chat or a beer. I study and work, so i'll be out of the house during weekdays. I am quiet, mostly a home buddy, but I don't mind to go out for a gig and share a laugh every now and then. I also like to spend a sunny day in a park, away from the urban noise. If you like movie nights, count me in. I like to have my privacy and I respect the others'. At the same time I'll not be the guy who is always in his room. If we end up sharing a house, let's try to make the most of it, let's make it a good memory, not just a motel sort of thing. That's why I'd like to share with good and genuine people. My hobbies include meditation, guitar, yoga and technology. If this sounds good to you, please, send me a message and let's arrange an inspection. If you have any further question just message me please. cheers
Hi! I am Mayura from Goa India and I recently moved to Melbourne to do my masters in international development at RMIT. I've lived in flatshares for 4 years now so I'm well aware of what it takes to make a house a home . I like helping out with household activities and make sure to clean up after myself. I also understand and respect peoples personal space, but never mind grabbing some lunch or drinks every now and then.
Sunny nature, clean and tidy, good with bills, conscientious and responsible. Just looking for nice and stable house with friendly people. Born in Brazil, I'm journalist, and I moved to Melbourne in 2015. I'm studying diploma of Early Childhood Education and working in childcare. I love travelling, learn about different cultures and go to the movies.
Home: Hard wood floors, heaps of light, separate study space/sunroom, huge kitchen and separate dining to lounge rooms. Ducted heating, evaporative cooling. Please note- furniture in current photos is from real estate site. It's currently empty (we have some furniture organised). Bedroom shown is the master bedroom, but yours looks the same, just a little smaller (it's still huge - see floorplan for measurements), easily room for a queen bed, cupboards, and then some... Transport: 5 min walk to Sydney rd tram, 2 min walk to merri creek and coburg drive in!! 2 min drive to train, or approx 10 mins walk. Bills- will have a better idea of costs after first few months, at this stage it's looking like $15 monthly for internet. Also approx $10 max monthly for incidentals (toilet paper, cleaning products, stuff we'd share). Bond: 1 months rent. Rent: bill cycle is on 1st of each month, so rent for July due 1st July. We're not a party house but enjoy having people over for drinks or dinner.
Salutations! My name is Tanielle Gordon, I am 20 years of age. I am a full-time student and growing artist studying Illustration in the Visual Arts department. I am looking to move to North Melbourne from the 26th of June with a budget of around $150-$160. I am a VERY polite, clean and tidy person. I will not leave a room without cleaning up after myself! Cleanliness is key. I like to keep to myself but of course always up for a cup of tea or coffee! I spend most of the week studying, when I'm not I like to dabble between many creative hobbies or I'll be out and about! I am very respectful of others, their property and beliefs! I hope to find my future roommate/s that I can feel at home with. I would love to hear from you. Thank you, Tanielle :)
Hi, My name is Dani, 29yr old professional looking for a place to house share. I do have my own bedroom furniture to bring. I am looking for either a 6-month or longer term arrangement. I am super easy going, would be more than happy to share meals or drinks but also respect privacy and keep to myself as well. Non-smoker. I am tidy and always keep my place clean so that wouldn't be an issue.
This is a very friendly household equipped with all the amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, centralised heating and cooling. In addition, unlimited internet and bills are included in rent. Property is close to public transport and Woolies, cafes are at walking distance. Currently a guy and a girl are sharing this property and looking for third and last housemate to join us. Property is available for only 6 months thus rent is low. If you have any further questions please do get in-touch.
Hi Flossers! We are on the hunt for someone to fill the third room in our townhouse in Coburg! Move in date is around the 17th of June (but we are fairly flexible). We are just off Sydney Road at the top end of Coburg. About 500m from the nearest train station (Merlynston) which takes just under 30mins to get to Southern Cross. The house is in a pretty tranquil setting, with parks and trees surrounding it. The room is on the smaller side but easily fits a double bed and desk + it has built in robes with mirrors (super flashy)! Plus if you have a car, the secure garage is completely yours! You would be sharing the downstairs bathroom with one other (Kate). The whole house is brand new and is situated right next to a huge dog park! There is also a baseball field and a running/walking track along the Merri Creek. Our next door neighbours are all lovely and up for a chat anytime. Two rooms (including yours) are downstairs with a shared bathroom and small outside area. Upstairs is the open plan kitchen, dining, living area and a good sized balcony with a BBQ. Another bedroom is upstairs, just off the kitchen. It's all pretty modern and easy to keep clean. We don’t shop together but are always down to cook together and share a meal when our schedules line up. Price is $170/week not including bills. Internet (unlimited and fast) is $23/month each. Bills are split evenly. YOU: Male or female, we are not too fussed. 20's +. Neat, tidy and respectful. Someone who is independent but down to have a chat and be a part of the household. You need to be able to pay bills on time and be keen to stick around for a while (lease ends in Feb). Bonus points if you have plants, love to cook/drink and have interesting hobbies! Also no pets and no couples unfortunately
Newly renovated 3 bedroom house with all new appliances, fixtures and decor. Unlimited internet data once tenants move in. Master bedroom is $280 per week and has a TV as apposed to the smaller ones at $250 per week. Very comfortable with everything you need to just live without having to invest in anything. Basically its like an Airbnb set-up. Clean, secure and modern living. Close to Coburg shopping center, Preston market and park lands. Woolworths supermarket only 5 minutes walk. Bus stop on the corner and other public transport not far away. Only 8 klm from the CBD. Everything is provided so all you need to bring is your small personal things and that's it. The bedrooms are for private use. Everywhere else is a common shared area. Looking for Government ID approved tenants with references if possible.4 weeks rent and bond in advance if staying long term otherwise bond will depend on how long you plan to stay. Bills included in rent. Couples will be charged $100 extra per week. Back yard garden is messy and not suitable for much but is accessible for the cloths line and storage. Outdoor decking area. Cat and old dog reside outside and are taken care of daily by me. The garden is taken care of so you don't have to do anything outside.
I'm a financial analyst working full-time looking for a convenient place with easy access to the city. I'm a neat and tidy guy who respects other people and their space and expect the same in return. I don't smoke, not the party/clubbing type, and all my friends are professionals mostly in the finance field. I'm a quiet laid back guy who enjoys doing charity work during the weekend, going out with friends, and learning to cook new dishes. I'm looking for a clean place, close to a station, and with an ensuite bathroom and toilet to move into for the long-term. I come with a car, so I'd appreciate if the property comes with parking, or safe on street parking. I would love to visit the property for an inspection and to introduce myself personally.
Easygoing. Love my reggae music and hip hop mostly but throw in some rock for sure. Travelling. Being outdoors. Clean and friendly up for a chat or chill out veg. Generally quiet but open to many things. Work as an archaeologist. Eco friendly. Looking for a relaxed place I can call home feel comfortable and be myself!
About me My name is Amy. I'm 24 years old currently living in Perth. I am moving to Melbourne in July and will be looking for a place to live as soon as I get there. Ideally my own bathroom would be great but not essential. I will need a place for my car also, does not need to be a garage as such but at least off the street would be preferable. I won't have a bed so if one is available (queen) that would be ideal. Although if I need to get a bed I can. I also don't have wardrobes so built ins would be handy to. (i'm not moving over with much!) I am clean, respectful and wouldn't mind an house mate or two who would be potential friends as well as I will be new to Melbourne. I enjoy going out to social events and anything music related (I am a huge fan of house music and love going to live bands) I like to keep fit also, so if you know of a good crossfit gym in the area let me know! I am a bit of an old soul so prefer to live with older people, however age doesn't matter as long as you are easy going and chilled. Cleanliness is important to me so hoping to live with someone/people who can appreciate a tidy living area.. so if you are looking for a clean housemate I am perfect for you :) I am looking for a place not too far from the city, no more than 15/20ish minutes from the CBD. Flexible with location as the suburbs I have chosen are just a rough idea.
I have recently started working full-time as a Graduate Civil Engineer in the Melbourne CBD. I currently live at home with my parents in Wallan, but I am looking to live closer to the city in an effort to cut my travel times to work, friends and social activities. I have decided I am ready to take this step in independence. I clean after myself in all common areas, and try to keep my personal areas tidy. I am always up for a chat, but am happy to give people space when required. I enjoy watching the footy, playing games (board games or video games), seeing friends, going to gigs, and when I have spare time, photography. My weekdays are generally busy. Apart from work, I spend a lot of time after work seeing my friends and partaking in social activities. When I am not doing that, I like to chill at home, playing games, watching YouTube or just lazing about listening to music. My weekends are very similar, but I try to get one day at home to recharge for the week ahead. Looking for something which will be around 800pcm including bills.
I'm a fun loving geek with a love of cooking, sharing a meal, beer, Netflix and miniature wargaming. I'm a well trained housemate with over 10 years sharing experience. I want to start a share house with some nice trustworthy people who want a home. I'm past my party house stage and I really want an adult house with experienced sharehouser where i know all the bills and rent will be paid on time. Also my possession will be treated with respect in the same way i will treat yours. I also need a garage to set up my workshop in and will happily pay more because of that. About me: I'm a clean, respectful and considerate housemate. I work full-time as a sales representative for a local snackfood company. I cook alot and really enjoy sitting down for a meal with people. Anything that doesn't get eaten gets frozen for those lazy nights. I'm also a Home Brewer and make beer, cider and ginger beer regularly and that goes on tap from my beer fridge so you guessed it beer on tap in the house but i don't often get drunk. I'm also a Vaper(e-cigarette) which is why i put down non-smoking. I'm a cat man i currently don't have one but im looking to move in with a cat or get a kitten myself. The reason i require a garage for my workshop is, i collect and paint miniatures for a number of games and i also make dioramas for displaying the models i create which means i have quite a few tools as well as a workbench so it takes up alot of room The things i have to contribute to the shared space are: Fridge/freezer, full upright freezer, washing machine, dining table and 6 chairs, lots of framed art, coffee machine, quite a bit of kitchen gadgets/ware, mower, whipper snipper and a range of succulents. So if you would like to meet me please get in contact and we can see if we like each other and take it from there. Thanks and have a good day
Im a friendly, compassionate, kind hearted soul that tries to see the best in everyone even if it is hard to do so at times. Nursing student at ACU, currently on gap year to find work and take some time for myself. Happy to keep to myself reading, listening to music or playing games when at home. I have no issue with parties or people being over but not looking for a party house. P.s the rent budget is set at 160 for a reason. Please dont send me messages about your rooms on offer if they are more then that. Thanks :)
