My name is Mitchell and I am starting my honours at La Trobe semester 2. I enjoy cooking, live music, hiking and camping (a glass of wine or a cold one at night is not a bad thing either). Looking for some relaxed, fun housemates to move in with.
My name is Such I am a 25 yr old Graduate working full-time in Coburg I am looking for a room to stay for 4 nights per week (Mon-Thu) for an extended period of time. I am organised, friendly and will get along with anyone.
Hi my name is Lilly, a bit about myself in simple dot point form: - I'm quite social. Not a massive going out party person but I can be easily peer pressured for a night out - I enjoy playing a lot of sport (still constantly unfit but) - I love chilled drinks and house gatherings every now and then - I enjoy a good board game, Netflix binge and movie nights in general - I work as a CRT (Casual Relief Teacher) at various schools. Despite the job being 'casual' I'm still working full-time hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm. - Clean and tidy but relaxed; I'll clean up after myself in the bathroom, kitchen and any shared spaces. - I just graduated last year from a Medical and Health Sciences Degree; specialising in Physical Education and English (basically I'm a qualified PE teacher)
I live with a 6 year old kelpie cross-ruby who is an inside outside dog, equally at home on the couch or out back chasing bees. I'm vegetarian ruby's not so there is uncooked meat in the house. We live on the door step of parklands and the merri creek. Bike paths, public transport and creek wanders abound and the local pool is just through the park for those hot summer evenings....they will come again! There is an evolving veggie patch out back and ample room to laze about. Also an old bungalow currently set up with a keyboard and yoga gear.
This is a very friendly household equipped with all the amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, centralised heating and cooling. In addition, unlimited internet and bills are included in rent. Property is close to public transport and Woolies, cafes are at walking distance. Currently a guy and a girl are sharing this property and looking for third and last housemate to join us. Property is available for only 6 months thus rent is low. If you have any further questions please do get in-touch.
I'm chill, focused and striving to be successful. Financially prepared, music lover and animal lover. Why I would be great to live with? Respect, honesty and consistency is what I can provide. I can't guarantee perfection.. I can guarantee authenticity and a considerate nature.

Basically its like an bnb set-up. Clean, secure and modern living. Close to Coburg shopping center, Preston market and park lands. Woolworths supermarket only 5 minutes walk. Bus stop on the corner and other public transport not far away. Only 8 klm from the CBD. Everything is provided so all you need to bring is your small personal things and that's it. Looking for Government ID approved tenants with references if possible.4 weeks rent and bond in advance if staying long term otherwise bond will depend on how long you plan to stay. Bills not included. Couples will be charged $100 extra per week. Back yard garden is messy and not suitable for much but is accessible for the cloths line and storage. Outdoor decking area. Cat and old dog reside outside and are taken care of daily by me. The garden is taken care of so you don't have to do anything outside.
Full time social worker at DHHS on permanent contract, reliable, clean, considerate, busy and active. I love cats and dogs. I'm keen to be near the Merri creek tracks for running and cycling (I will walk your dog if you have one). Whilst I try to live a healthy and active lifestyle I am all about balance and like to unwind over the weekend with a wine or two. I'm from England originally and still very much a tourist at heart so will often head off for the weekend to explore.
One room with ensuite available in a brand new corner townhouse in a fantastic new estate. The room also has essentially a walk in wardrobe, it's a bit strange and hard to explain but you can walk in and put a chest of drawers or something in there along with an already installed area for hanging clothes and shelves. House has two bedrooms (both with ensuites) European laundry, lockup garage (car space used by myself but there is storage room), small garden space, front balcony and rear outdoor deck with plenty of room for a barbecue and table setting. Kitchen and lounge room are located upstairs and bedrooms at opposite ends of the house downstairs so you have optimal privacy. Plenty of street parking available right outside the front door. The estate also has a brand new shopping complex with cafes, a Woolworths, gym and other facilities within walking distance from the house. Public transport: Within a 5 minute drive to both batman and Preston stations and a 10 minute walk to the 11 tram which takes you to the city via St George's Rd, plus other tram and bus options. I won't be able to show the rooms until after the 6th of August, happy for someone to move in soon after that however I can't do so any sooner. Currently the house is unfurnished but I am working on it, as I will be moving in earlier to get it all set up.
I'm a 30 year old full-time store-person & student. I'm interested in sports, history/politics and art,(more appreciating than participating in). Enjoy my music; going to gigs; and playing guitar (don't worry I have headphones)Usually keen to get out of the house on the weekend for a drink/gig/event. Having lived in share houses ranging from 2 - 7 people since I was 18, I'm house trained and also not the kind of person to leave passive aggressive notes around, bugging other people about chores. I have; a 55"TV; small home gym; plenty of furniture; whitegoods; and other household items, that I can either bring or sell off, if not required. If you think I might be a good fit at your place feel free to give me a yell.

I am a happy, polite and tidy kiwi working in IT full time here in Melbourne. All my remaining time is split between evening outings to talks, workshops, gallery openings etc and the remainder divvied up between cooking, cleaning, jogging or reading. I'm pretty easy going, respectful of personal space and privacy, and keen for a good chat whenever free and available.
Share house veteran looking to bring my mellow vibes to your comfy home. If someone had told me when I was young that I'd be living in share houses in my forties I might have done a hell of lot less cool shit and got into being a working stiff earlier. It is what it is, let's make the most of it. I'm fairly quiet these days, I get along with all sorts of folk, and I'm pretty good at sharing. Except with slobs. I've been doing the odd couple thing for a couple of years and that's enough. Health practitioner with some physical hobbies, cyclist, music lover, reader, broth maker, and middlebrow aesthete.
My name is Ali, I'm 36 and a student. I'm currently obtaining my Diploma in Youth and Community Services. Although I'm not home most times, I do enjoy good company (I love to discuss any topic, controversial or otherwise), cooking and maintaining a light mood all around. Most of all, I take great pride in keeping my immediate living quarters clean and presentable. Here is my current situation: I am unhappy where I reside. Please don't get me wrong, the folks here are fantastic but it is incredibly expensive and it is isolated. I wish to be somewhere more centralised where public transport and amenities are more available, not to mention be closer to family and friends.
I'm a good communicator and live by principles of mutual consent and mutual aid. I'm clean and tidy and always like to do my share of housework. I've just finished a Bachelor of Community Development. I'm looking to find some part time work and embark on a masters project in 2018 to look at the feasibility of setting up a tiny house intentional community. There is a lot of work to do to get myself organised for my research project in 2018 and this is the current focus. So I guess even though I am not formally studying, I am actually busy with getting everything lined up to commence the project. I am pretty much vegetarian and am passionate about social justice and the environment. My primary modes of transport are a bicycle and electric scooter.
quite person, on my head phones listen to my music, busy with kids schools. or detailing my car. in the end of the day i like to have a chat, love a great movie . i'm a tidy person. my kids have there own laptops , so they be studying or playing quietly behaved. i'm more a indoor person. but also from time to time love to travel to the Snow, Ocean, sight seeing photographer, some activities that involves long distance driving too. not often, but enjoy that moment when i do travel a weekend. i born Aussie, but grow up in MALTA island with a strong American Accent. some people enjoys that, some don't lol . i'm into gym,or sports when i have the time (which is rare to find some time in the moment).

*Pub Trivia host + Corporate event MC. *A professional VO artist & presenter. *Black belt in karate (12+ yrs) *Biomedical Scientist. *Speaks English, German & basic Spanish. Most people find that I'm kind of like the boy next door that you became good mates with when you were younger, who is almost like family as he will always be up for a chat, a drink or hanging out if you are around but also always has a few projects that he's working on so wouldn't be in your hair & annoying.... Think of..... A Golden Retriever.... but in human form.... (sounds weird until you get to know me haha)
Easy going, jovial, tidy and Kinda OCD when it comes to cleanliness (basic stuff for an aspiring flatmate, i know). What's the catch? Well ... this is awkward... I'm French. Kidding! We are the best! And great cooks (it's in our DNA i guess). I must warn you though, this might be hard. I just got out of a year flatshionship in Auckland with the two most amazing guys ever. Long life lasting friends now, that i met in NZ. Can you compete? I know i can. I can work with a "do your own thing" flatshare, i intend to sometimes, i've got a girlfriend in Melbourne after all (she might visit my room, but don't worry, you'll only have one housemate). But what i really enjoy, is a House/flatshare where we can sometines eat, watch movies, go out if you feel like it! I do enjoy quiet nights too. I'm a laidback person. I work full-time in the north of Melbourne. Use to be in hospo, use to be a lawyer, use to be a baker, but now i am in Civil/commercial/landscape construction. So, I can afford a really nice place in the northern suburbs, but don't ask me 400 bucks a week for a matress in a corner of a share bedroom, i'll tell you to go love yourself (French=rude, remember?). Wanna meet me, got questions? Feel free to ask, i'll be nice, promise and i won't try to forcefeed you snails, promise too.
Close to Merri Creek, buses and trams, light filled, lots of fruit trees, with a fireplace and ducted gas heating. You'd be on the lease with two others, so rent will be less than $150 per week including internet, plus bills! There are BBQs, a big veggie patch and the place is clean and tidy, close to PT. Lots of garden beds for you to overhaul and plant out as well if you have a green thumb!
