Alexia is Australian (with Italian heritage) and Akiho is Japanese. We are both professional ballet dancers. We are always good for a hang-out and chat, but also respect each other's space. We both like to explore Melbourne but also appreciate a quiet night-in. We are super clean & tidy, pet-friendly, non-smokers & LGBTIQ+ friendly!
Hey all. Jay and I have both lived out of home before and would like to move in together. Jay lives a fair way away and we want to be closer together. I work nights at the moment. Jay currently works in Shepparton and will be looking for a job in Melbourne soon. We have a cat named Gemma. She enjoys pats after she gets to know you. She isn't good with other cats but good with dogs and children. We aren't sure when we are moving yet so the above move date is a rough estimate. Have a great day from Jay and Maddy

I'm a 19 year old Filipino girl, born and raised In New Zealand. I will be moving to Melbourne in 2018 to start my pre-professional/finishing year at Melbourne City Ballet. From 9-5 Monday to Friday on Saturday mornings I'll be at the studio training. I moved to Sydney in 2016 to start full-time ballet training and have been flatting for just less than 2 years. My friends and flatmates would say I'm a kind, easy-going person to live with and always pay rent on time. I'm respectful and often told I'm mature for my age. I have a quiet personality so definitely not a party person but I enjoy hanging out and sharing a meal or drink with my flatmate/s. In my free time I enjoy reading, baking, watching movies/shows and love all forms of art especially music, fashion/makeup and dance.
A huge huge sunny room is available in a share house in coburg north. The house is super close to the biggest coles you will ever see. Batman station is a 10 minute walk and so is the 19 tram. The house is super chill and has a huge lemon tree in the backyard for all your lemon needs. Must love dogs as the house has 2 dogs, cobus and valentina. The house is on a very quiet street but close to everything you need. It's also right next to the coburg velodrome. The internet is also super super fast.
- Generally tidy and love decorating my space - I work school hours and will likely be out of the house a fair amount with roller derby commitments - I have a male indoor cat named Merlin, he is pretty chill and he's very friendly but not great for people with allergies - I have my own furniture from my current apartment - I am looking for a queer* friendly share house
We have parkland and bikepaths on the doorstep and public transport close by. The unfurnished room is large enough for a queen bed, desk and space to spare. The furnished has a bed, desk, bookcase and clothes rack. A private backyard has a fairly productive garden and ample room to relax in. There is also a bungalow out back which is ideal for music, yoga, art...... Composting, recycling, organic vegetarian food and an awareness of walking gently with the earth are integral to the home. Rent may vary depending on the number of people in the house!
Hi, I'm Aleks! I work full-time in Coolaroo and on my working days you won't see me much cause my working hours are 6.30 am - 6.30 pm. In my free time I like to cook, do some fitness, go for a walk, read. Most of my free time I spend time with myself. I'm tidy and responsible and respect other people privacy. I do not smoke and am not planning to :-) I'm looking for a safe place to call home long-term where every housemate lives responsibly and is friendly. I need a furnished room with rent + bills up to $160 a week. The closer to Coolaroo the better. I promise to keep the room tidy and well-maintained :-) Thank you. p.s. I will be happy to provide references since I have a solid share-house living experience.
Hi! I'm Taner, I'm a very active and outdoorsy person, I cycle, climb, play tennis and a bit of soccer and other activity I can join. I also like time indoors, with board games, a doco or movie, books or practising spanish. I've lived in share houses before and know how to be clean, tidy and respectful, and can be handy when it comes to fixing things or gardening. It would be nice if the house is a friendly one where there are (ideally meat free) shared meals and other social time and where the occasional visitor or couchsurfer is welcome. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers :) Ideal housemates would be active and happy people who like to socialise, have a few drinks, that join and suggest activities, and who are responsible enough to clean up any mess they make.
Room: The bedroom is in a recently built house, bright sunny room. The room comes with a double size bed and mattress, curtains, carpet, desk, office type swivel chair, and built-in wardrobe. You will need to supply your own pillows and blanket (quilt). If you need pillows and blanket (quilt) this can be arranged. Area: The house located in a new estate with Woolworths, cafes, gym and dentist a few blocks away from the property. Buses and trams are within walking distance. Buses will take you to either Preston or Bell St train station. If you are into nature, the Merry's Creek is only 5 mins walk away. Housemate: You will be sharing the house with 3 full-time professional men and a little house dog. 2 of us are in a permanent shift work roles, while the other is in a 9-5 role. As for the dog, she is a maltese cross indoor dog, she loves cuddles and sleeping on your laps. Beside respecting each other's privacy and living style, we like to keep the house clean, tidy and "homely". We like watching a movie, tv shows, gaming (computer and board games). Note: - Rent includes weekly rent, all bills and fortnightly cleaning of the shared space (bathrooms, living rooms and kitchen). We will be sharing the cost of some amenities (toilet rolls, laundry detergents and etc - unless you prefer buying your own). - this is a "home" and not a frat house/party house. The owner is living in the house. We are looking for a professional who we can share and look after the house. If this fits you, contact me now and all you need is to bring your bag/s, settle down and enjoy the house with us. House is equipped with: Central Heater Evaporative cooler NBN Internet - WiFi
I have just purchased this unit and it needs a little tlc. I will be renting it out for 9-12 months so I can save up for a renovation. I'm turning it into a three bedroom unit so there will be potential to continue renting the property after the renovation. About the property: Two bedroom villa unit boasting spacious light filled proportions, walking distance to a host of amenities and adjacent Coburg Lake Reserve, Bedrooms with built-in robes share a neat central bathroom with laundry alcove, while a single garage provides secure parking. In a flourishing pocket, handy to buses, trams and Batman Station, Upfield Bike Path and Merri Creek trails, schools and the cosmopolitan delights of bustling Sydney Road.
I am a quiet 23 years old intl student, I am clean and respectful, shy at first but love to chat, no party girl, Netflix and coffee lover. I like to spend time on my bycicle, and my daily must is going to church. As my church is in Coburg, I am looking for a private room over there, the ideal home would be sharing with just another single person, maybe a cat, and being able to start a flatmates friendship (this includes having coffee together in the mornings and cooking sometimes (:
Hi there, I am 32 from Italy, I am a fairly busy guy, but I always have time for a chat or a beer. I study and work, so i'll be out of the house most of the days. I am quiet, mostly a home buddy, but I don't mind to go out for a gig and share a laugh every now and then. I also like to spend a sunny day in a park, away from the urban noise. If you like movie nights, count me in. I like to have my privacy and I respect the others'. At the same time I'll not be the guy who is always in his room. If we end up sharing a house, let's try to make the most of it, let's make it a good memory, not just a motel sort of thing. That's why I'd like to share with good and genuine people. My hobbies include meditation, guitar, yoga and technology. If this sounds good to you, please, send me a message and let's arrange an inspection. If you have any further question just message me please. cheers
Hello, My name is Jess. I am currently working full time in NSW and am looking to relocate to Melbourne early next year (ideally moving in January or February). I am interested in renting a room but also to team up with anyone else looking to create a share house! Even though I am not moving until January I am more than happy to pay rent a little earlier for a suitable place...also more than happy to Skype chat with anyone already in Melbourne. I am a English Literature and Geography high school teacher. This year I took a job teaching full time in order to gain experience and save money, but am now looking to move to somewhere less regional! In 2018 I plan to do my honors in creative writing/literature in 2018 but I will also be working as a substitute teacher / tutor where possible. I also run my own online business where I sell handmade clothes/accessories (this supported me through my entire undergrad degree) so hopefully if I can find a place with enough room for a sewing desk too! I have lived in a number of share houses before. I prefer a house that more feels like a communal home as opposed to a number of rented out rooms. I am quite and often keep to myself when working or writing but I love cooking communal dinners and chats with housemates. I am a tidy person (but not a neat freak), so I prefer to live with people who have lived in share houses before and know how to respect shared spaces. I have company over now and then but I am not a very extroverted of social person in my home. I don't mind if pets live in the house (because who doesn't love cute animals!). I live a fairly active/healthy lifestyle and love plants/succulent gardens. I also do a fair amount of drawing/art and am also very into film. Happy to live a little further out of the city if that means a more peaceful/larger place but also open to most locations :) If you would like to get in contact about a room or a team up for a place feel free to message! Jess.
I make the world's best meatballs. Always up for a glass of wine or a netflix sesh on the couch. I enjoy weekly trivia at the pub, cooking for friends, and exploring Melbourne on my days off. The boring stuff- Im 29, a non smoker, American, work full time on nightshift. I'm reliable, tidy, and friendly!
I'm a bartender originally from Sunbury, and I enjoy screenwriting and watching TV in my spare time. I'm fairly tidy and like to clean up after myself, and I'm up for the occasional party or night out.
