Hey, I’m Clióna, I’m 25 and originally from Ireland ☘️. I moved to Perth in June (2024) and have been renting since. My current lease ends on 01/08, but I’m flexible with moving in anytime from July.
I’ve got a solid rental history both in Ireland (as a lead tenant) and here in Aus. I’m reliable, easy to live with, and always on time with rent and bills.
I’m in the process of being sponsored by my full-time job in the CBD (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm), and I also pick up the odd weekend shift at a pub! I usually WFH one day a week and have a car, so parking would be ideal. Since I’m being sponsored, I’m really hoping to find a stable, long-term place to call home 🤞.
Outside of work, I’m usually catching up with friends, going for a dip 🏊 and sauna at Hillarys, or trying to keep some sort of gym routine going (open to recommendations!). I’m not a gourmet chef sadly, but I’m tidy and like to keep the place feeling homely.
Hoping to live with someone chill, respectful, and up for the odd chat or drink but also appreciates personal space. Ideally, I’m looking to live in a house with no more than three people total (including myself). I’d prefer not to live with a couple unless the space is large enough for everyone to have their own privacy. I’m also happy to be a bit flexible on budget if the place feels like the right fit!
