I'm a tidy, easy going and responsible 19 year old, I work full time as a carpenter 5-6 days a week. When I'm not working I'm either off-road in my 4WD, camping, working on my car, reading, painting or playing guitar(don't worry I have headphones for my amp so it can't be heard). Looking for an unfurnished room along the coast.

I'm not a big partier but i love to chill out and have a few beers. im clean and very respectful of my roomies bedtimes and privacy. i dont currently have a car so being able to walk to the train and supermarket is important
Hey! I am working fulltime in Wollongong. I have 1x cross breed dalmation dog (Mojito) She is fully trained, extremely friendly, quiet and placid and generally really awesome. We spend most our free time together walking and adventuring before and after work. I am a very relaxed person, sociable and clean! I spend a lot of times outdoors. I love a beer and a good chat. I am outgoing and socialable and enjoy good company! If you have any questions please ask away!
Beautiful 4 bedroom home set against the escarpment with ocean views and a short walk to the beach and train but very quiet. House has just been built so everything is new. Open plan kitchen and lounge leading onto 50sqm deck overlooking ocean through 3 bifold doors. Bamboo floors, BBQ outside, fireplace in the garden. 2 bathrooms, laundry, large driveway and parking.
I'm cool, calm and collected. I'm looking for a new home, south of Sydney and north of Wollongong with like-minded peeps. I'm clean, tidy, considerate and all that guff! I work shift-work hours in TV Broadcast. I hope to live with people who are able to be conscious and somewhat considerate of my odd schedule and daytime sleeping patterns. I promise to do the same! I would love a garden, to occasionally share cooking and/or meals and to live with generally excellent humans.

I won't be home a whole lot, will either be at TAFE or work. Also going away for 1-2 weeks in October. Super clean/tidy and very quiet/introverted (with random spurts of eagerness to socialise haha). Love the beach, animals, yoga, gym and vegan food :) Ideally looking for somewhere between Wollongong and Sutherland-ish... I’m an artist and writer, as well as a part time carer for people living with disabilities. I love the ocean, great coffee, books, art, nature, creativity, music, good food and wine. I enjoy interesting conversations but I also love my own space and will always be respectful of yours. I’m looking forward to returning to the great love of my life: the Sea of the South Coast.
I live a pretty quiet lifestyle, regular gym goer and beach walker or bush walker, I travel to Sydney to see my Dad as often as I can. I'm courteous and would never invite friends/family to visit without giving some notice first, I like to keep a clean house (not fanatical or neurotic about cleaning but I'm not a slob either hehehe). Not into loud music, I'm always considerate of other roomies' comfort. I love plants and am a fully qualified florist (not my full time job though), I love gardening and having indoor plants as well.
I'm a friendly guy who enjoys meeting new people. I enjoy cooking and am willing to do my fair share of cleaning. I currently have a casual job at a nursery in Dapto but looking for more work in the horticulture industry. I'm currently staying with a mate while I look for a place to live after returning from doing some fruit picking near Brisbane. I have a lot of interests and hobbies including learning guitar, gardening, history, science and I love a good conversation.
We are a group of professional healthy, mature friends who would like to live in the area for 12 months while we ( two couples) find houses to buy. Some of us do shift work and so will be very quiet neighbours and look forward to spending our weekends out enjoying the beach, local markets and exploring surrounding areas. We love our indoor plants and I have a beautiful very well trained and quiet Kelpie called Frankie who lives outside and never barks unless something reeeeaaaaallllyyyyy needs my attention. Ideally we would love an executive home to rent and take care of and are Willing to pay a combined $800/week for the right house. Thanks! Marg and Mike, Kate and Dermot and Pete.
I am currently studying Printmaking at the National Art School 5 days a week and I work every weekend and throughout holidays in a camping / outdoor store. Bills will always be on time. I keep areas very clean and organised. I have a pet rabbit and a small greenhouse. I am a chill, friendly person looking forward to living in a share house / granny flat situation
This is a large turn of the century house in Austinmer. Close to the beach, with views to the escarpment from the three balconies. It has lots of common areas, gardens, deck, organic veggie patch, chooks, professional artists and art students. We are 200 metres from Austi Beach. Five Minutes from the train and buses to Wollongong. Ten minute walk to Thirroul. Ultimately we are looking for like-minded, long-term tenants that are happy to live in a communal share house. Students, artists, and professional creative people gainfully employed. No layabouts! We expect people to clean up after themselves, but a housekeeper is employed to keep all common areas tidy. There are various rooms available of differing sizes and rent includes all bills. If this sounds like a good fit for you do not hesitate to email some details about yourself and what attracts you to the The Artists Outlook at Austinmer and why you think you would be a good fit for the place. Look forward to hearing from you
The room we are offering is huge double room and has sweeping water views of Austinmer and Thirroul. It is attached to a large share study (giving extra privacy) it has its own sunny bathroom. We are 2 mins walk to the beach, rock pools and an array of cafes and shops, as well as close to many bush walks and bars. The house is an amazing 70's style with wooden floor boards, high ceilings, and spanning glass windows to enjoy the water views or garden. We also have a huge backyard with BBQ and a wonderful balcony to enjoy the views all year round.
Thirroul is a beautiful little town on the south coast. Still has such a nice village vibe but is close to Wollongong and Sydney! The apartment is close to everything. 5 minute walk to the beach and train station and across the road from the shops, cafes and pub. The apartment has a super spacious living area, big kitchen and two balconies. One of which is off the bedroom being advertised. The bedroom has a built in two door sliding mirror wardrobe, is Spacious and has sliding doors out onto the balcony. We have a washing machine and bathroom with bath. The rent is $275/wk. Internet is available but not included in Rent - $40 a month. The gas and electricity arent included either but is only quarterly and is not expensive ($30 each last quarter) There is one car park off the street which I’m happy to share. Otherwise the street has all day parking up one end. The apartment is one of 3 but one is an accounting firm and the other a tax office so on the weekends and after 5pm it’s just us in the complex! Unfortunately no pets allowed and no smokers please!
The property is located at the base of the escarpment, at the end of a cul-de-sac; quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees with views of Thirroul beach and all the way south to Wollongong. 200 m away a school resides, the express-line train station just 400 m and 450 m away is the local oval. During the week the familiar friendly chatter of children, the distant pass of a train or a far away roar from the local teams can be heard. Plus, Thirroul mall (variety of shops including Coles) is just 600 m walk away. The property has a large grassy garden, large lounge and dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms, 4 rooms, one laundry and a small crossfit/yoga room (no machines). It has 2 sheds and under-house storage if you need extra space. The suburb of Thirroul; a surf-family suburb with specialist delis and cafes, a fashionable, almost 'inner city' ambiance to it, and a popular beach which attracts crowds during the warm summer months.
Great place - really keen to go halves with someone who likes to be walking distance to the beach, train station shops and cafes. Internet and bills are included in rent. Own room, access to plenty of storage, outdoor/upstairs deck, courtyard with barbecue.
The house is a 1960's beach house dream! Close to the Royal National Park and many beautiful beaches. We're also close to the train station, which makes catching the express train to Sydney or Wollongong very convenient.
In beautiful Thirroul, 5 minute walk to public transport and shops. The studio flat is furnished and is quite large with a self contained kitchen area, double bed, study desk area, lounge with large tv area. All in an open plan. Their is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is a veranda. The entry is a shared one via the main house to the steps leading upstairs.
Hi, I'm Courtney. I'm a 24 year old biology student working casually. I enjoy live music, yoga, vegan food and the occasional drink with friends but not a party person. I don't smoke and don't have any pets but I am more than happy to live with someone that has pets. I'm very tidy and respectful of others space and would like to live with some likeminded people :)
Hey! I am looking to move to Wollongong for uni next year. Obviously this is a long while away but thought it would be good to suss out a place to live. I am a chilled out and pretty social person. I am always down to hang out or have a chat, but like anyone, enjoy time to myself. I am passionate about the environment and getting outdoors, will likely be spending a heap of my spare time at the beach.
