I’m a friendly and hardworking Vietnamese girl. I’m 19 and i have been in melbourne for 5 months. Im currently having a part time job and would love to find a friendly, peaceful place to live in with nice people.
Moving from Canberra to Melbourne to start a job at a law firm in the CBD. Love to travel, been to around 40 countries so far. I love to play sport and try to get to the gym (but to be honest it's more of an ambition than a habit). I'm a good cook but awful at planning meals. I'm also a politics junkie and enjoy some good political satire on abc. I've previously leased an apartment in Canberra, stayed in student accommodation in the UK on uni exchange and made my way through countless hostel dorm rooms. I'm looking for housemates that are keen to hang out and chat/eat/drink but also understand that I sometimes need my own space. I'd be interested in sharing meals but am also fine to cook for myself. Location is important but I'd much rather find the right group of people who have similar values to me. If you like binging tv shows, exploring the city, going on walks and bike rides and want someone who is friendly, clean, low maintenance and easy to live with, then I could be your guy. It's a cliche but I'm looking for a home not a house. "It's the vibe" - The Castle
Hey guys! My name's Leif, I love my sports, videogames, food and an alcoholic beverage every so often. I love cooking, having a lazy Sunday in and enjoy my own time as well as being around others. Easy going and chilled, the only thing I'm 100% for is keeping a tidy house. (Less hassle for inspections haha). I work at a bank, so anyone who also wants some advice or assistance I'm happy to help a housemate out! Throw me a message, cheers guys!
Brand new townhouse in Collingwood with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen/dining area and a separate living room. It also has a courtyard off the kitchen/dining area and a separate balcony upstairs off the living room. The apartment is fully furnished (apart from the available bedroom). The current pictures are unfurnished as I will be moving on 1st December. Ideally located within walking distance of Smith Street's shops, bars and restaurants and to great transport links (less than five minute walk to Victoria Park station and buses on Hoddle St), the townhouse is also within walking distance of Abbotsford Convent and the Yarra River Trail.
I've just finished studying screenwriting at RMIT, but have one work placement unit to complete next year. I work a couple of jobs: cleaning houses, recording sound, filming sport, and am about to start UberEats bike delivery. As a housemate, I'm pretty clean and respectful. Sometimes I like having a good chat and a muck around, other times I just like to binge shows in silence. I'm looking to move asap, and am looking to say for at least 9/10 months.
Very easy going & looking for a chill home environment. Working professional, do like quiet times but also like to socialise and looking for a place to call home. Tidy and responsible as I've housesat for many years caring for peoples homes and pets. Originally from Brisbane, now call Melbourne home
I'm a 23 year old Melbourne dude who just got a new job on Brunswick st. I'm a huge music fan, and I like to spend my spare time seeing local artists play. I'm currently working full time as a chef, so I can cook yummy things at home. I'm a pretty quiet person, but I love meeting new people and hanging out with friends.
I am Danica (mid 30s) old VCA PhD student from Europe. I am kind of a weird mix of intro- and extrovert—like to hang out and to meet new people, but need frequent alone-time moments. Enjoy music, specially old school deep house and techno, and disco. Like to talk about food, to cook and share meal, and enjoy good spirits. Come with a Boston shaker and crepes pan. Probably the most important quality for flatmates is to be open-minded and considerate. I like to live in clean and tidy space (especially kitchen and bathroom), but I am far from being obsessive, so I don't expect others to be any different :)
Hey all, my names Khanh. I grew up in Sydney, i will be moving down to Melbourne for full time work as a Chef. I respect the privacy of others, i'm clean and tidy and will be at work most the time so I wont bother others!
Hello! **Currently the room should be available around Dec 19th but this may change slightly depending on my current housemate. I'll be aiming to show the room to interested people in a couple of weeks time. I am looking for a housemate to share my beautiful Victorian house with in Collingwood. It's a good size home with large bedrooms (3.3x3.6m), floorboards throughout and ornamental fireplaces in each room. There's a courtyard for backyard beers and a lemon tree to top off your G+T on a sunny afternoon. The place is a short stroll to easy public transport - no.86 tram to the city + Victoria Park station. It is a 15min walk to Brunswick St and a hop, skip + a jump to the yarra bend walking trail (so you can get away from city life easily when needed). There's a lot going on in the Fitzroy/Collingwood area so you won't be lost for things to do. The room isn't furnished, however, the house is pretty decked out bar a few things so you would mainly just need to fill up your space. There's a main bathroom and a separate second toilet which makes share-life easier. The house comes with a washer and dryer too! Parking permit available if you have a car.
Italian guy just arrived here in Melbourne looking for a place where to stay, but not looking for a room, looking for a Home, where to enjoy spending time with my flatmates and have fun with them. Im a chill guy that likes to party and to get loud as well! Anyway Im also a respectful guy which understands that noise is not welcome if the day after other people are busy with work and that don't mind to keep things quiet during the week! Im Clean and tidy, I love music, sports, open air activities, watching movies and tv shows, streetwear clothing and sneakers, going out, going to clubs and music festivals, and traveling. I like as well to have house dinners and have a couple chill chats with the roommates in front of some dish I might have cooked, or just watch tv! It'd be great to share the house with Australian people just to live an authentic Aussie experience! If you want to know more something about me, not only you’re welcome to ask, I want you to ask me!
We are 3 friends from Dublin, Ireland that have made the leap to come down under with our working holiday visas. At home we all held good positions as an engineer, head technician and support worker and we are currently seeking similar roles here in Melbourne. Collectively we're environmentally conscious, take pride in any place we call home and are inviting and respectful to others. Between us we enjoy yoga, movie nights, cross fit & trying to immerse ourselves into other cultures. We are ideally looking for a furnished house to call home while in Melbourne, however, we would also welcome the idea of living in a house-share should 3 rooms become available for us. Thanks for reading :)
Two traveling friends from Denmark looking for a short-term solution that we can call home for the next 6 weeks, before our next adventure! We´re both in our early 20s, respectful, tidy and outgoing people. We enjoy going out for sunday sessions however we respect and value our quiet down time, as well.

Hi there, Emma, 26, British, moving to Melbourne from London. Work in marketing for Cadbury Dairy Milk at Mondelez - yes that means lots of free chocolate. Looking for a chilled flat share with like minded people. A little about me - I'm pretty smiley, very active, love all sports. A keen cook for myself and others, and love to spend my time adventuring outdoors I'm also a clean, reliable and respectful housemate.
Hey Guys, I'm looking for somewhere where I can set up shop with some rad individuals hopefully around the listed areas, but open to suggestions. Migrating from Brisbane 4+ years ago I am a pretty chilled out guy, big pet lover, Rugby fella with the addition of occasional sporadic furniture making, Friday afternoon drinks and my complied list of the best beer and burger combos in Melbourne (subjectively opinionated) and I am house trained so you can expect all the good stuff of a quality housemate. Currently working as a PM/Estimator (Mon-Fri) while looking to further myself within the electrical industry. I am always down for a hang or a cheeky pint and will often grab my camera and go on an adventure until I get lost But eventually find myself back home with some pretty wicked stories. I'd love to hear about you if you think I might be a good fit :) Good luck with the hunt!
My name's Jordan and I'm a 21 year old creative from the Gold Coast. I studied Film at University and graduated in early 2016; I've since been living and working in Sydney. After over a year's production work, I've recently returned from a much needed Euro trip, where I spent a few months between Paris, Berlin and Amsterdam. I'm now in the process of driving down to Melbourne for work and am looking for a short term sublet, where I can settle in, apply for my own lease and prepare for the following working year. On my weekends I like to work on my own personal projects, taking photos, soaking up the sun in the gardens and exploring new places. I'm ultimately looking for a bunch of down to earth, open minded roommates who I can have a drink with and chat at the end of the day! Look forward to hearing from you soon.
I'm a bubbly and super friendly girl (woman?) who really wants a place to call home with a group of cool people. I work quite a lot but I love coming home to friends and Netflix (preferably together). I like me time but I also like to go out every once in a while and have nice dinners :) . I'm also a very clean and tidy person and would like to live with like minded individuals. I thrive with housemates with open minds and open hearts who I can have great conversations with and be like a family with.
Hey! I'm an industrial engineer studying English, respectful and responsible person, non smoker, very clean, easy going, I like cooking for my housemates sometimes, sharing outside with my friends. It´s very important for me the tranquility to study, a quiet place. I study on Monday to Thursday at 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and I work on weekdays at the night, and I usually work on the weekends as well.
Hi!, I am originally from Lithuania, here in Melbourne for work, have a contract for 2 yrs with Monash Uni which started this January. Likely will extend it a year or two longer, although a change to an industry job is possible at the end of the term. Finished phd in physics in Chicago last year, lived in the US ~15yrs, now postdoctoral researcher at Monash in nanomaterials' properties. After work i go to gym few times a week, practice tennis, or taking a stroll along the beach, getting together for a beer/dinner with colleagues, seeing places/meeting new people when possible. Currently live in Oakleigh on Airbnb which was alright for a start, but a bit too far from a more livelier environment i'm used to. Tidy, sociable, lived with roommates before. Let me know if can provide you any other info. ~ 3-12 months lease would suit, car parking needed &; move in date - as soon as available but fairly flexible. Cheers, -Tadas
