Hi! I’m Natalia a very easygoing and positive person who is looking for a place to make my home. I'm super clean and tidy. Sociable as well but I'm not looking a party house, just a place where I can chill and know new people :). Let me know if you are interested too!
Light-filled charming Victorian terrace house just a block away from Smith Street in Collingwood. 5 min walk to tram (no 86) or train (Victoria Park station). It’s also close to the Yarra trail and Collingwood Childrens farm if you like nature like me. The house has an open place living room and kitchen with high ceilings. It’s also got a gas log fire place and central heating. We have a great courtyard with a bbq which faces north so lots of sun in the summer. We also have the benefit of the neighbours lemon, lime and kaffir lime trees which overhang our courtyard:-) About the room: medium size bedroom to fit a queen size bed. There are two wardrobes. The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the house is fully furnished. The room was painted just a few years ago and it’s got a really nice soft carpet. This house would suit someone that is looking for a tidy and homely place. Ideally you have a bit of life experience, have travelled and don’t mind kids. I’m mostly out the nights when I don’t have my son staying with me but in general I’m happy to share a meal or a glass of wine if you are home at the same time. Rent: $260/wk + $40 utilities (internet, gas, electricity, water) Bond: 4 weeks rent Please email me a short note about yourself and we can arrange for a time for you to come and meet me and to see the house.

Hi my name is Hannah. I’m a 20 year old girl from Sweden looking for a place with my best friend who’s the same age also from Sweden. We traveled Australia last spring and coming back to work in Melbourne cause we loved it so much. We are very friendly girls who respect others property, and we are looking to work hard and make a living in Melbourne for 6-7 months. Back in Sweden I work at a salad bar and on my spare time I workout a lot and hang out with my friends. When we go out we often go to bars and clubs. We’re looking for an apartment to share with others or for ourselves, furnished is a requirement due to the fact that we’re staying there temporary.
*Full disclosure-I am seeking a private room in a house or sharehouse, not a shared room* I am great to have a chat with about anything popular culture. I highly value cleanliness and hygiene. I don't demand that my room be massive or anything like that. I like being productive and organised. If the house is within walking distance of or a tram ride to the nearest train station that would be great. If you could provide me with an ironing board and vacuum cleaner that'd be nice, but I am willing to buy my own. If I want to have friends over for the night, I will let you know well in advance. I love music and I would like to be allowed to listen to it freely in my own room, and with headphones on while using the kitchen and living areas. I rarely drink these days, but I would still like to be allowed to store any alcohol I may buy in the fridge. The kind of set-up I'm looking for is to have a desk, a wardrobe and a window. In terms of the shower, my preference is for it to be behind glass as opposed to a curtain. Heating is an absolute must, especially in the weather we are experiencing this season. If there is a mirror in my room, I would like it to be full-body length. I am fine with moving in with a family, as long as it is not a family of young children
Hi future housemate(s)! I'm a 27 year old Scorpio and work full-time in eCommerce. Constant snacker, regular banana bread baker, seasonal gig rat, summer enthusiast, shocking plant mum, love a good nap and love making new friends. Looking to live with anyone who is friendly, sociable, positive and clean. I'm about an 8.9 on the clean-freak scale and a 5 if I'm hungover. If you think you're a 6.5 or over, that's cool! I won't mind washing the spoon or mug you happened to have left on the bench. I'm pretty social. If you want to vent about your day/boss/the weather/society, you can lay it on me. If you're in the mood for eating out or want to split an UberEats order, I could vibe with that. If you happen to need a gig buddy for the night, I'd probably be down. If you're craving a vino and chill chat, I'm your girl. Or if you're just having your 'me time', I'll totally respect that. During the week I'm most likely cooking after work, at KX or meeting a friend for dins. For my weekends I aim to prevent FOMO. Unfortunately I can't live with pets, due to allergies. That is my life's biggest burden and occasionally you will hear me say something like "Sigh, I wish I had a dog." or "I just want a puppy." or "What I need right now. Is a kitten." My lease ends towards the end of August but I'm available and flexible from now. If you think we'd make a great housie fam, let's arrange a meet and greet! :)
I seem young at first but I have been independent my whole life, taking care of my own financial situation since the day I got a job at 14 and 9 months, and have been cooking and cleaning for myself at even younger. I get along with people easily, keeping to myself mostly but enjoy some company between my busy schedule of work and uni. I study full time 7 am to 6pm 4 days a week and work 6am till 4pm 3 days a week. Currently I am employed as a manger at McDonald's (in charge of my own department), studying a Bachelor of science at Melbourne University majoring in mathematical physics. Being a dedicated student and excellent saver, with 3 scholarships under my name from the University. In the minimumal free time I have, I enjoy drawing, painting, (or some other art hobby I'll pick up), playing video games, table top Games, going on hikes or binge watching Netflix. I am a quiet person who enjoys quiet company but am willing to socialise, engaging in deep and philosophical discussions. I clean up after myself, cook for myself (and am willing to share). I prefer to have a cleaning roster to ensure a tidy house. I am a non-smoker looking for others who smoke outside exclusively. Feel free to message me to ask me anything, trust me I'm not the typical 18 year old please don't exclude me from your shortlist simply because of my age. I'd love to meet you and discuss potential share houses further. Fun fact! I am an experienced barista looking into getting a personal coffee machine so that's a bonus perk of giving me a room haha.
Hi. Just looking for a room to rent preferably for a longer term. I'm an easy going kind of person, neat and respectful. I'm open and friendly. Would like to live with similarly relaxed people, ideally other professionals.
