Hi, my name's Patrick. I'm seeking a furnished studio, granny flat, or nice room with an ensuite for 3-4 months (maybe longer). I'm not set on an exact location, but most likely somewhere in the Inner West (as far as Strathfield), East, North or the CBD. It needs to have local shops and a good train or light rail service nearby. I do have a car, although I'll probably be selling it soon, yet there should be free on-street parking nearby if there's none available at the property. I'm a clean, tidy and pretty quiet person, who gets on with most people (but young people best, which is why I'm a High School Teacher). I do enjoy a beer, especially craft, but I don't smoke. When at home, I usually tend to keep to myself, but I'm more than happy to catch up with flatmates/neighbours for a chat, a coffee or a beer whenever the occasion arises. I've lived and worked in Sydney before, but I'm moving back again now after living in Canberra for a couple of years, teaching English and History. I've already started applying for school teaching jobs in Sydney, which won't take long to find, as teachers are still in high demand. However, I am financially secure and can easily pay bond and ongoing rent until I find a suitable role in the near future. I am still currently in Canberra at the moment, as I'm packing, cleaning, organising and catching up with friends and family before I leave. I should be back in Sydney either late this week, around Friday 10 October, if a school needs me urgently, or otherwise the following week. Cheers, Patrick.
