Hello!
My name is Tannis and I am currenly looking for a comfortable and quiet place to live.
I am a clean, tidy, considerate, responsible tenant with a quiet lifestyle. I do not smoke, do not vape and do not take illicit drugs, rarely drink alcohol. I do not party or go to parties.
I pay my rent and bills on time and treat the property with care and respect. At present my lease is coming to an end, I am not looking to renew it as since the co tenant (not me) was asked to leave, the landlord has been unable to find a new co tenant and I would not be able to pay double rent. Therefore I am looking to rent a room.
I am used to paying $300 per week (bills not included). I am quite used to budgeting to pay my bills on time. I do this out of my Job Seeker Allowance. Yes I am currently unemployed, and looking for work and hoping that you may have some understanding regarding this. Money is money and I can give a reference to show that I pay my rent capably. I am currently doing volunteer work with a bird breeder as I am very interested in birds and animals in general. I am not sitting at home all day everyday. I am usually out 3 to 4 days of the week. That time is taken up with my volunteer work, exercise, guitar lessons, job seeking and sometimes catching up with a couple of friends.
