Hey all, I'm fairly down to earth, nearly 3 years single after the end of a LTR. I'm laid back and like to live a simple life. Born and bred in Freo, and it's where I feel most comfortable so would like to stay in the area. I work fulltime in Claremont. I'm financially sorted, a social drinker, but not a partier. I'm a non-smoker and Vegan. Happy to share a glass of red or a beer occasionally, but as a fairly introverted character I'm just as happy to have my own space and give you your own space also. I view my home as my sanctuary and escape so I rarely socialise at home, though I'm not opposed to it. In saying that, I've been living in a granny flat on my own for a while now. More space and the presence of another soul, even if it is only to cross paths occasionally, would be nice. Ideally, I'd like to be west of Hampton Road. Or at least, close to the beach if possible. Though happy to consider further afield for the right place as well. Ashbee the Cocker Spaniel and I come as a package deal. She's chilled. She might bark at you the first few times but when she works out you're part of the furniture she'll be up on the couch (if she's allowed) looking for cuddles. She's heading towards 13 years old, toilet trained, very obedient, a non-barker, though will bark at strangers (great security), and she gets a little excited when I get home from work. I like to think she's happy to see me, but something tells me it has more to do with the fact she knows she's gonna get a feed! Happy to organize an introduction of course if that helps things along. I'd prefer unfurnished as I have my own furniture, though not a lot. Also, I have a car and a Vespa so off-street parking would be a bonus. Also, I really miss having a bath, and a dishwasher. First world problems I know, but another bonus for me if you have one or both! Hit me up if you want to know more.
Our house is located next to manning park, in a quiet area and a couple of minutes away from the beach. We have a bus stop around the corner, shops down the road and it is a 10 min drive to Fremantle centre. We have a veggie garden, looots of fruit trees and a fire place. There is also a fan in each room and heater and airconditioner in the living room.

Alternatively looking for another FIFO person on a different swing : ) I work in the mining industry, working 12 days away and 9 days back in Perth and my girlfriend does a similar roster.
