Unfurnished bedroom available in three bedroom townhouse. Wybalena Grove is such a great place to live. Our balcony looks out onto woodlands, not neighbours - though our neighbours are super lovely and there are dinner parties in the community every couple of months. There is a fantastic vegetable garden, converted from a tennis court that is protected from birds and possums. There is also a tennis court and a communal woodfire stone pizza oven plus some playgrounds. The whole area is surrounded by native woodlands and we are a five minute walk from a great bar and cafe at the Cook shops. There is no traffic coming from here into civic in the mornings and we are well located for the bus service and bike paths to Belconnen and Civic. We have a carport space for one vehicle and plenty of non-undercover off-street parking available in the carpark. If you are afraid of birds, don't live here because I adore them and we have a family of magpies that visit and often have Gang gang cockatoos, superb parrots, various honeyeater and thornbills and white wing choughs in the backyard. Right, inside the house we have a large living area, kitchen with a dishwasher and large pantry and electric cooking. The bedroom available cosily fits a queen bed, plus a desk or wardrobe. It has a high ceiling and flyscreens. The room will be unfurnished though the rest of the house is furnished. There is a main bathroom that is shared and a small powder room with a separate toilet in the laundry. There is heaps of storage in the laundry area and a bit under the house. We also have a rear and front courtyard. The upstairs living area has a split system AC/heater and we have a large vinyl collection that I like to regularly spin. I have lived here a year and absolutely love it. We are hoping for a housemate with full time work, non-smoker and friendly! Someone who is keen to be friends. PS. Telstra service here is terrible unless you are on a business plan due to our proximity to the Black Mtn tower. We have excellent wifi and all bills are in addition to the rent. The rent is currently in negotiation (downward) so the listed price is a maximum currently.
Hey, my name is Keely. I currently live in a share house in Spence and work full time as an occupational therapist. My lease runs out mid January so hoping to move around that time. I have lived in share houses for five years and am an easy going and reliable housemate. I am tidy, always on top of bills and respect others personal space and the need for some down time. I enjoy watching Netflix (or Bachie!), playing sports and am always down for a chat. I spend most of my weekends playing soccer in winter, relaxing or going to my home town. I am keen to meet new people and explore Canberra a bit more! I’m looking for other young people to live with who are laid back and friendly - if you think you have a place I could fit into or want to team up shoot me a message, happy to answer any questions!
Room in our big sharehouse will open up at the end of October, looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. The property is very close to everything you could need, with the closest shop being just around the corner on Cook Place, or the Jamison Plaza Shopping Centre. There is a bus going between Belconnen and City that stops directly outside the place, though for the driving housemate there is plenty of parking both on and off street. NBN 50Mbps Internet split between housemates. Utilities is split equally among housemates every quarter.
Hi! I'm an ANU student, going into my 3rd year of engineering and science. While that keeps me busy, as well as being involved with plenty on campus and working - I am looking for a cosy home and a nice group of people to move in with. Like everyone on here apparently I am clean and easy going; and respectful of personal space. But I would like housemates who are keen for a night in (or out) together once in a while. I currently have 1 roommate up my sleeve and I'm looking for 1 more! Look forward to hearing from you!

Looking to move on to the next chapter. Outdoorsy, handyman type, mature but youthful outlook, semi professional F/T worker in a Design Consultancy, a mostly thoughtful, sometimes quiet, very considerate and mostly positive person, happy to share chores, eclectic music tastes, good chats about life the universe & everything, great food, innovations, and a bit of a collector and cutter / polisher of pretty rocks and gemstones. IT literate so am able to help sort out computer conundrums. Originally from the Snowy Mountains, every day is a school day, and with not a moment to waste!
Recently renovated duplex property located in Cook, ACT. Air condition and heating for the common areas which makes those summer days and winter nights bearable. The house is a two-minute walk from the Cook Grocer, To All My Friends, Little Oink and an oval area which is great for kicking the footy around or for playing frisbee. We have Netflix, Stan and Foxtel on the main TV with FTTN internet giving speeds of up to 45mbps. The house is located right on a bus line to the City and Belconnen, making getting around a breeze. As for house rules, we only ask that you clean up after yourself and contribute to keeping the house tidy as this is very important to us. We would like someone, like us, who understands that respect and trust are a key part of any great share house. $200 is the weekly rent for a single person but we’re more than happy to have a couple in the room for $250! We're happy to discuss or answer any questions you might have, just flick us a message :)

Hi, I am a 27 year old male, very easy to get along with and respectful of other people. I enjoy being social as well as just chilling and taking time out for myself. I am tidy and clean up after myself. I work in construction. I drive a work truck and have some tools so I require some storage and room for two vehicles. I'm looking for somewhere chilled and homey.
I love being active and getting out to explore Canberra (when I can). I am a very tidy but pretty chilled person. I am currently doing the typical Canberra thing by working (part-time) for the Australian Government. I am also a full-time elite athlete so I am quite the busy bee. I am independent due to my lifestyle but I am always up for a chat.
I'm a 19 year old girl looking for a room closer to University. I will be starting my bachelor of Psychology in Feburary 2020. I am currently renting a two bedroom apartment in Kingston, ACT and my lease runs out early December. I have a bubbly personality and am very tidy. I like to keep to myself at times but I also don't mind having dinner together sometimes. My budget is around $200/week. I am a German citizen and have lived in Canberra for the past 5 years. I am on a Working Holiday Visa at the moment but am transferring over to a Student Visa in November. This allows me to work no more than 20 hours a week. Since I will be Studying full time and working in hospitality I would be out of the house quite a bit. My preferred areas are around Bruce, Belconnen, Macquarie, Cook, Aranda... anything close to the University of Canberra. Warm Regards :)
