Hello! My name’s Adrianna, and I’m looking for a calm, healthy, mature share house to rent from in January for 6-12 months.

A little about me:
I’m in my mid-30s, studying horticulture full-time and also working. I value a peaceful, respectful home environment, and I’m someone who enjoys calm, tidy spaces.
I’m friendly, considerate, and appreciate good communication and mutual respect with those I live near.

I’m seeking a room under $260/week, within 15 minutes’ drive to CIT Bruce, and I’m open to both Northside and Southside.

Safe off street parking & some storage space for tools, garden gear, hiking/camping tubs.

Ideally, I’d love somewhere in a leafy suburb with trees and a relaxed atmosphere with others who like to live naturally & healthily.

I can provide character and rental references.
