Hi I'm Rickie Lee. I'm a 28yo female looking for people to apply for rentals with me. The house- I need a pet friendly house with a fenced yard as I have a beautiful Dalmatian (outside dog) Probably a 3bed/ 2bath house to share with 2 others. Between Broadbeach-Coolangatta. Preferably near the beach.. but can't be too fussy! I have most furniture, minus a few bits and pieces. But happy to negotiate with housemates with what they have/need. Or buy more stuff as needed. Your own bedroom furniture will be needed. Me- I'm 28.. I have just moved back to the GC after living in Coffs Harbour for three years. I work full time in hospitality and studying beauty therapy. I have a good rental history and no issue with going on a lease. I always prioritise rent/bill payments to make sure they're on time. I'm pretty chilled, social, friendly and easy to get along with. Respectful of other people's things. I like to cook, walk my dog, catch up with friends, relax with a movie, go to the gym.. Housemates- Ideally Id like a housemate/housemates between 20-35.. someone who I can get along with, have a drink/chat with. Not looking for people who want a party house! I like to keep a clean/tidy household and would need my roommates to be able to clean up after themselves and participate in general chores. Must like dogs and treat my dog as if he was your own. You will need to apply to go on the lease and contribute to the bond. Prefer non smokers but otherwise smoking is strictly outside only. My dog- Matrix is a 2.5 year old Dalmatian, he is super cute and the friendliest, happiest dog ever. He lives outside, I might let him into my room on occasion for a cuddle but he's not an inside dog. He loves everyone, never barks! Not a very good guard dog though as everyone is a friend to him... the only time I might ask you to feed him is if I was going away.. he loves walkies, snacks, ball games and swims at the beach with mummy. If you think you'd be interested in living with Matrix and I please send me a message :) I look forward to hearing from my new roomies ✌️😄

Looking for someone who may be interested in teaming up to make a share house, as i work in Real Estate, my only problem is not knowing anyone that is currently looking to move. I enjoy spending my weekends outdoors going for walks, hikes and to the beach, or the occasional casual drink with friends. I respect personal space and value time to myself. I would love to find a housemate/s with similar interests, who is wanting to rent for at least 6-12 months.

We are looking for a clean, tidy and independent female to share our house in Coolangatta. You would need to be a NON-SMOKER, have a job and like dogs (and a cat). You would have your own room and share the main family bathroom and separate toilet with Michelle. Walk to the beach, gym, supermarkets. Big house over two storeys; everyone has their own space plus clean tidy kitchen, lounge and laundry to share. Deck out the front for all with ocean views. It is a lovely house. It's a very cosy feel. It's full of coloured casement windows that catch the light all times of day. There are no curtains needed as we are up high and look out to the ocean over the neighbour's roof. We watch the whales from the front deck every morning. You can also see them from your bedroom window, kitchen, lounge, dining and office windows. It is a renovated Queenslander, polished wooden floors throughout. The main house, where the room is, has three beds and two bathrooms. Each bathroom has double sinks (one for everyone individually). Then there is a separate section on the top storey looking out to the ocean. If it suits, we share a meal. If it doesn't, we don't. There's no hassles at all. We all have our own fridge and pantry spaces, and there is a section in the laundry for your linen etc. The house is kept clean. There's a back yard under some work at the moment to stabilise a retaining wall and get the gardens back up and productive. Foreigners are most welcome.
I own my own business in the country (a gym),but am taking a change of pace in 2018 to study full time. I train for powerlifting competitions, so the lifestyle I lead supports what I do in the there: healthy eating, quality rest and clear head space. I grew up in the country with 4 brothers and have lived in share accommodation for a number of years (both in Sydney and overseas). I know the importance of having my own space in a share house so am totally respectful of that for my housemates. In saying all of this I am definitely not a recluse! I would be up for exploring funky bars every now and then with my new housemates, but totally understand if that isn't their cup of tea either! I am financially stable, so being a student is not a problem. I'm a pretty easy going person however I don't want to live with smokers, pets, party people or kids :)
Hey, I’m a 32 male originally from country nsw moved here a year ago. Working full time as a glazier (someone that plays with glass) I’m pretty laid back, if you can’t find me I’m normally out surfing or just kicking back on the beach. Love to get out on the weekends and go for little road trips. I’m clean and tidy, don’t mind doing my fair share of the house clean. Not a partier but I won’t say no to a beer and a chat. I do have a very playful pup called smokey he’s a retriever x collie throw a ball and you have a friend for life.
hey i'm Maca from chile. i'll arrive in march to Study at Gold Coast dive center. im a dancer and yoga teacher, super easy going, clean and fun. Just looking for good mates to share a home.
im 22 years old from France, just arrived in Gold Coast where I will study marketing for the next 8 month, looking for a quiet and chill place, enjoying cooking and sharing diner or beers, spend most of my time working, studying and surfing
I'm a super organised, respectful and open person :) I do aerial acrobatics, love nature, having fun and making friends, and am ready to live life to the full and experience everything the Gold Coast has to offer until I move to Brisbane for uni in 2019! :)
I work 38hrs a week over 4 days - 8am till 6pm in a very stable job. Part time uni 2-3 days a week Long term single. Not huge on having a nightlife.. but they do happen occasionally. Quiet person. Although social when need to be. I go with the flow. Know how to communicate and have conversation. Considerate and dependable. Lived on the Tweed/Southern Goldcoast for 15 years. Don’t smoke. Don’t do drugs. Social drinker.
I'm looking to move to a place on the gold coast at the end of feburary to start my commercial pilot training, which is a full time course at the airport. I'm generally quiet and keep to myself, am a non-smoker, and clean up after myself.
Hi 👋 Im easy going, polite and friendly. I work full time and im considering taking up some studying soon. In my spare time I like to spend time at the beach or in the mountains and youll often find me stretching out to some yoga. While im happy to get to know and have fun with new flatemates im also aware of and appreciate personal space :)
Hi There, I'll be looking for a new place to call home from the 12th of Feb. I have been working in Melbourne for the last two years and have decided to go back to uni and move closer to home (Brisbane). I'll be staying with when I first arrive so am flexible with starting dates (not in a huge rush). Ideally you live in Coolangatta or close enough to SCU as I won't have a car to start with. I'll be studying Midwifery and am planning on Nannying so for the most part should have pretty normal hours. Love to cook when I am home, and always up for a chat or a wine while winding down at the end of the day. I like to be active and live a pretty healthy lifestyle. I'm easy going, love my chill time and like to be clean and tidy. Also may have a friends or family members visit from time to time (from Brisbane). Love animals especially doggies! Let me know if you have any other questions, happy to chat :). Emilia
Looking to move to the coast with some groovy souls when my lease ends in Feb! I'd love to team up with a few other women and sign a lease, I'm flexible on the location but I'd like to live in a nice house if possible. I have a Staffy named Indie, shes super friendly and obedient but because of this I am only able to live in a house with a yard that pets are allowed to live in, I would prefer to have her allowed indoors or at least in my bedroom as she gets anxious when she's locked away from people (typical staffy). I'd be looking for a main bedroom preferably with a walk-in wardrobe, I run an online business and would need it for extra storage :) I'll be straight up and say I can't deal with mess, I love to live in a clean environment with conscientious people so if this is you, hit me up. I'm super easy going outside of that, happy to live with social people, people who like to keep to themselves or anyone in between. If you have any other questions, feel free to send me a message :)
To start off my name is Jack, I am studying a Bachelor of Primary/Secondary with a major in Maths at Southern Cross University. I am from a family of 7 and came from a small town called Iluka in the Clarence Valley. I enjoy having fun and playing games, both electronic and some sports (although I'm not really good at them). I also enjoy watching both TV shows and movies. The reason that I would also make a good roommate/housemate would be that I'm quite an easy going person that gets along with nearly everyone and I can cook a few kinds of food (both dinners and desserts). Also if the bills and internet are included in rent then I can pay up to $200.
Hi, I am Jemma. I have been living in Brisbane for the past 12 months. However, I am desperate to move back down to the coast as I lived my whole life in Victoria along the coastline. I have lived in shared accommodation over the past 5 years. Very easy bubbly personality to get along with. I love to travel and cook a fair bit. I have been previously studying a teaching degree last year while also being a qualified Exercise and Sports Scientist. I have a strong passion for the fitness lifestyle as my usual spare time is spent doing something active. Preferably live with a range of people in a house of mixed gender. As I know a few people around the coast but would love an open and friendly house who occasionally do things together but then respect own private time as well. Please feel free to send me a message! :)
Flexible. Clean. Responsible. Quiet. Healthy/Fitness I am a home owner, selling and looking to rent on the GC to decide if that's where I want to relocate permanently. I also have a contract with the GC Commonwealth Games and need to move prior to that event. I have one 13year old who is a wonderful kid, and who has a respectful disposition. I also have one chihuahua who is house-trained and quiet. I don't have to move with the chihuahua as I can have someone dogsit him. Looking forward to hearing from you.
