I'm easy-going & quiet in nature! Though sociable, I highly respect other household occupants privacy, personal space, personal valuables & belongings & highly favour the respect in return. I enjoy the minimal interaction between &/or among fellow household occupants, but mostly enjoy my own company. I occupy as little space as possible. A home body of sorts that enjoys the simple comforts in a homely environment. Considerably domesticated, I practicly occupy the kitchen during work week morning & evening hours prepping, cooking & cleaning & on weekends - lunch. Though often enjoy dining out. In addition to domestication, on a weekly bases - Saturday mornings to be specific, I go about a thorough house clean - room, dining room, kitchen, toilet & bathroom etc. & do my dirty laundry - workwear & after-workwear clothing & linen. Lastly, a general spot clean daily as required. I only listen to my favourite tunes with earphones in. Though, as a professional musician, I often keep up my few days a week practice of both guitar, vocal & piano keyboard. That is, acoustic guitar accompanied by vocals at a moderate level. Keyboard with earphones in. And once in a while I enjoy Saturday or Sunday afternoon playing at a reasonable & tolerable level, electric guitar, piano keyboard, vocal & musical accompaniment connected to PA system. Though once again, strictly at a reasonable or tolerable level. My previous neighbours have never once complained. I tend to get compliments rather than criticism. That obviously comes with being a pro-muso of course. I rarely have family or friends over as guests, if ever at all. Only that of an opposite companion. I prefer the socialised outings. Like to keep the place smelling aromatic with pleasant floral fragrances or even at times, incense. Like adequate ventliation. Though security is paramount. Enjoy the comforts of airconditioning after work hours & throughout the night. Economy in power &/or gas usage I highly value, especially during our current high-cost-of-living times. Try to save on power where I can - light of portable solar lights or mobile phone light in place of over-head lights usage or powerpoint switches off when not in use etc. Enjoy breaking a sweat in yard duties - mowing, snipping, gardening etc. Also, general household repairs & maintenence I'm somewhat well equipped to do...a handyman as such. A non-smoker, non-drinker & certainly don't do drugs or gamble for that matter. Leave that for the revelers & punters.

I just love that place too much. - Vibe best with other air or fire signs I love loveee animals though I don't have any pets, I have lived previously with my ex work mate and her little ball of fluff that I miss dearly and my current house mate with his little demon child (all in good fun, she knows she's a total diva). Happy to be a spare human if you have a cat or dog. ^_^ I clean up after myself as much as I can, when I work though I just leave the cleaning/washing etc for my day off, happy to routinely clean communal spaces on a day off/weekend which is habitual for me though it’s worth noting that I suit personality types that are super chilled, easy going and spiritual/open minded and relaxed with living. I don't vibe with people that have rules for everything and dictate things or are OCD with a dish or two in the sink, that's just not reality to me. Just looking for a harmonious place to live where I am safe, comfortable and no drama or chaos. My peace is highly protected and big big person on shadow work and self awareness.
