Hi, I'm a friendly, genuine, respectful, honest man in his 50s who moved up from Sydney 3 years ago now and have two adult children as well as my Mum and younger sister who all live up here as well. From December 2021 to April 2024, I was renting with my adult son in Arundel (reference available) yet he has moved out to his girlfriends, and have been sharing a house since then in Arundel, yet am now looking to share a home with multiple living areas plus outside pergola just to use as options to sit in or my own apartment, unit or granny flat.
